I had them out to inspect my sewer problem, but since they don't do that sort of work they could not fix the issue. They were nice enough to come and do the inspection anyway and not charge me for the service. They were very nice, just unable to do the service. They were very friendly.

Very pleased with service and the entire installation. Dave from ER Plumbing came to my home and offered several alternaotves for replacing a very old water heater which was in my attic. An outdoor tankless unit was installed and works wonderfully. The installers were great. The old water heater was removed and everything cleaned up when done. I would definitely use ER Plumbing again.

E R Plumbing Services were called to replace an aging water heater that had started to leak. I fist contacted them after hours on 6 July and they called me back within half an hour to talk me through the process of ensuring that the the immediate problem was resolved as I didn't need someone on site immediately. They arrived the next day to examine the problem and presented me with the options available. Terry was willing to spend as much time with me as I wanted and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision or to choose one option over another. I went with the standard water heater option rather than the tankless one given the constraints of the home. They tried to schedule the replacement that same day but were unable to and postponed the installation to 8am the next day. They arrived on time and replaced the water heater with a new one, walked my wife through the new features and left everything spotless once they were done. Highly recommended.

I was going to do a little DIY one evening and when turning off the water the only handle broke off in my hand - in the off position! I called around the next morning and ER Plumbing was able to send a technician out. He did a great job, cut out and replaced my water cutoff valve as well as fixed my little DIY spigot. I can't say enough nice things about this company - we will be calling them again!

In buying a new home, I had a huge list of things that needed to be done, and made appointments with many companies for estimates on services. The "plumbing" day I had 4 different companies scheduled to come out to give an estimate. ER Plumbing was the only one that showed up! They were right on time, and had confirmed the appointment in advance. They were friendly, professional, and affordable. When the gentleman came out to do the work, it was almost 100 degrees out. He came in a nice clean company vehicle, and had a company "uniform" on. He promptly came right in and started working, replacing the hot water heater first in the blazing heat in the garage. He then came in and worked on everything else. He knew exactly what he was doing, was friendly and courteous....very professional. He gave recommendations on other future projects, and left when all work was completed, and all work areas were clean. He made sure everything worked perfectly before he left. The work was very neat and professionally done. I would recommend them to anyone, and will use them for all of my plumbing needs, including some large projects in the near future at home. They are simply awesome!

They are great. We have used them several times. Whenever we have any plumbing issues, we call them. They are responsive literally 24/7.

tried to get a gas line installed, called and left messages about scheduling, for whenever they could, even after the holidays and I never heard anything from them.

I called ER Plumbing about 4:15 PM to report the backup. They told me that all their service reps were out on call and that someone would get to me between 6:00 & 8:00 PM. To my surprise, Jason showed up at my house at about 4:45 since he was in the neighborhood. As soon as he saw the problem, he went outside and snaked out the clogged pipes. When he was done and he made sure the water was draining well, he cleaned up my shower basin which was a mess due to the dirty water that settled there. He was done by about 5:30. He told me that this will probably happen again since I have 2 cracked pipes and the tree roots will grow back. He suggested that I think about replacing the pipes and breaking up some of the problematic roots. I know I will have to do this in the near future. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to - a great representative for the company. I will definitely use ER Plumbing in the future.

We had a toilet that had not been installed correctly when the house was built and the base had split. We needed someone to come out immediately and replace the unit. Bill set up a tech to come out the next day (not a true emergency because there was no water leakage and we had other bathrooms to use in the meantime!) to replace the toilet and remove the broken one. The plumber that came out was extremely friendly and courteous, did a really nice job, and was very efficient. He explained the reasons behind the issues thoroughly, and did a great cleanup of the area when he completed the job. A few days later we noticed an issue with the toilet being loose, we called and they sent the same tech out immediately to fix the problem. Although it was the home builders initial issue, they fixed the level problems without fuss or charge. I would definitely recommend this company on service alone. The price was a little higher, but worth it.

Garett was honest, smart, and did quality work quickly and efficiently. This company randomly drug tests all employees and from our experience is only the best for hire. Would recommend ER Plumbing to family and friends.

In all my past dealings with plumbers, the service visit charge would simply be included as part of the estimate. I asked them to leave and I just paid for their $69 service call without having any work done. I called two additional plumbers and one plumber came back with an estimate of ~$145 including the service visit and another for $130. I went with the $130 plumber and couldn't be happier! I also used a $15 Angie's List Coupon for a total cost of only $115!!! E. R. Plumbing was over $100 more expensive (nearly double)! I do not recommend this company for small plumbing jobs. As is expected of any honest and professional company, they should be very upfront and clear to the customer that the Service visit charge would be charged on top of any work that is estimated during the visit.

This is the second time I have used their services. Richard came out both times. Always courteous, knowledgable and professional. Quickly assesses the problem and fixes it! Would highly recommend.

We have used E R Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They have always been very professional, responsive & personable. Plus, they're local, so when I call for service, I'm not talking to someone in another state to schedule an appointment here locally.

Lance was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained my problem, fixed it quickly, and told me how to prevent its recurrence. He also informed me of other services they offer in a very natural manner without being pushy about it. I would use ER Plumbing again and request Lance by name.

Jeff showed up first day to troubleshoot where the leak was coming, he couldn't find the leak the first and instead of wasting time and money he offered troubleshooting ideas for me to do to narrow down the leaks location. The next night we started troubleshooting and immediately found the leak. Jeff showed up promptly the next day and repaired the leak.

Rich showed up on time and checked out the toilet. He did not have the part on his truck so he called his shop and the delivered it within 20 minutes. Rich repaired toilet and explained what he did.

ER was on time. They charge $69 just to show up. Then they have a set fee schedule for everything. My renters were complaining of slow toilets and a backed up shower. The plumber said the toilets were an old design. Nothing other than replacing the toilets would make them flush better. He then unclogged the shower but it took him a while to figure it out. ER is way too expensive for normal plumbing jobs. Hire a handyman instead.

The plumber was on time; in fact they called to let me know exactly when he would arrive. I have a small rental unit and wanted two toilets, two sinks and a bathtub inspected. The plumber told me the toilets were old and were slow because of the old design. The bathtub was clogged. He snaked the tub but felt there was still a clog. He tied to remove the stopper but could not. Finally he discovered the stopper was held in place by a set screw. After removing the stopper, he finished the job. I have no problem with the work or the plumber. ER charges a $69 fee just to show up and then they work from a set fee schedule. I would suggest for simple plumbing issues you stick to a handyman or a one man show. ER is just too expensive for routine plumbing issues

It went well. We have a yearly contract with them. Their work is always good and very thorough. We have used them when needed for several years.
