When I called ER they were out the next day. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and new exactly what he was doing. he quickly cleared the drain and told me how to maintain going forward. In addition Mike explained how to do maintenance on my water heaters(2), advantages of tankless water heaters and what was needed to be done for and external drainage problem. I will not hesitate to use ER Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

A re-pipe, like any home repair, typically has snags and unforeseen issues. However, the two member team, Mike and Robin, worked diligently, completing the job in one day. Not only were the pipes replaced, but these guys were courteous and informed us of each step as they worked. They even cleaned up at the end of the day! If you need any plumbing work, you will be pleasantly surprised by this company. They definitely know customer service!

The guy did nothing, just wanted to go home but collected the fee. He was spleasant and professional but had no interest in doing the work.

Work went well. Haven't had a problem since.

My voice mail was returned promptly and an appt was set for the next day. Plumber arrived exactly on time. He scoped out the problem, gave me a quote and upon my approval, set right to work. Entire job took approx 1-1/2 hrs and my kitchen drain was cleared and running cleanly. I thought the cost was typical of what you would expect. The gentleman that performed the work was polite and professional and made sure all my plumbing connections were tight and there were no leaks under my sink. I would definitely hire them again.

Disappointed to say the least... Without being consulted on the problem, cost to fix or timing, the technicians took the initiative to fix the problem. They had my phone number and everything but decided to fix the 5 inch section of the copper pipe without asking me if it was acceptable or even giving me an estimate!!! Less than an hour after they arrived, I was faced with a bill of over $500. I'm not questioning the quality of the work whatsoever, but the business practice and overcharging. I called the company after having to pay for the service call and asked if it was their practice to present an estimate prior to performing the work. Embarrassed, she answered, "no", and that the price was reflective of 2 technicians. In fact, one of the two technicians told me the other technician did all the work that he didn't do anything. She offered me a $238 refund, but NOT back to my credit card, rather in the form of a check that was suppose to arrive in 2-3 days. Almost 2 weeks later, I still don't have a refund check. I can not in good faith recommend E R Plumbing given my experience.

He was right on time, fixed the problem in record time and then evaluated some other work that we needed done. We are going to use them again right after the holidays. So glad to have this problem fixed quickly and correctly.

This company was a dream to work with. I'd give them an a-plus if I could. After a bad experience with another company, I called ER Plumbing for the repair. They could not get out that day, but the CSR let me talk to the on-duty technician. I'd turned off the water to my whole house, and he told me how to turn it off just to the affected area so I had water in the rest of the house. Appointment was set for the following day. They let me know when the technician was on the way, and he showed up exactly on time. The repair was done quickly and well. The technician was courteous and respectful. The price was reasonable. I could not have asked for a better outcome and I highly recommend this company.

I called on a Friday evening after I came home from work and found that I had no hot water. Jason from ER Plumbing was there in less than an hour, quickly diagnosed my problem (Thermocouple needed replacement), explained the issue and cost for replacement, and had it repaired promptly. While he was there, I remembered that I had a leaky Delta bathroom faucet and he repaired that as well. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and skill. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for all plumbing needs.

Called ER Plumbing and they came out to inspect and repair a gas line inside the house that supplies the gas fireplace. A previous owner had disconnected the line and so we were unsure why and what needed to be done. The initial visit confirmed there was a leak in the line but after spending a couple hours trying to isolate the problem it was determined that the leak was at the top of the attic outside where the line comes down the chimney and into the fireplace. Since the original plumber could not reach that height by himself, I had to check with the manager to schedule another appointment with a two-man crew and extra ladders. ER Plumbing provided me with an estimate of this work. I agreed and they arrived on time the second time and proceeded to replace part of the pipe where the leak was happening. They then air tested the line and when satisfied the leak was fixed they arranged for city inspector to check on it (the next day). After that, ER Plumbing came back to complete the gas line hookup and even tried to get the gas fireplace up and running. They were very expert in their work and did a great job. We had the gas fireplace running most of last winter with no problems at all. They were probably not the cheapest but I was not going to cut corners when it comes to gas line repairs inside my house.

Excellent experience. No wonder ER Plumbing gets so many good reviews because they ARE good. I called late in the morning on a busy Friday and a pleasant "real person" answered the phone, and she scheduled me for Saturday at 8 am, their next available time slot.. Trinity called before he arrived and was right on time. He diagnosed the problem and luckily had my unique flapper design in his truck. Trinity also checked my meter to make sure it was not running before he left. Very peasant and professional personality and I trusted him. I will definitely consider this my go-to plumbing company from now on.. Another plus is the discount I was given because I belonged to Angie's List.

Excellent. Talked to the dispatcher immediately and the plumber arrived within an hour to address our issue. He was polite and quick to diagnose the issue. Would highly recommend.

They're pricey but they are also very good. It's outstanding I would recommend them for anybody.

We called on Friday and we were scheduled for Monday. Mike came out and was very professional and punctual. He gave a fair assessment about the water heater and gave us a solution for the shower. When we are ready to replace the water heater we will be calling E.R. Plumbing for their services.

They did an excellent job. Someone came out within 2 hours of our call (late in the day). The gentlemen went through a methodical and logical set of tests of our system to identify the culprit. Once found, the fix took 30 minutes to complete. He was a true professional in the way we went through his work.

Everything was handled very professionally beginning to end!! Reggie provided outstanding service. Great company!!

He showed up when he promised, explained exactly what he would be doing - what we could expect in terms of water availability - and went to work. Jeff's work is 1st class. It was obvious he was a professional as he removed to old heater and installed the new one. Of course, the new water heater worked, but more than that, Jeff's work was much more professional looking than the old installation. He pointed out the controls and settings of the water heater and offered some good advice as to the care and maintenance of the heater. He also offered suggestions as to what we might want to do when we go on vacation or plan to be away for several days. Replacing a major appliance like a water heater is NO fun and our's was an unplanned expense. In the end though, we feel we got more than we paid for with the service we received from Jeff and E.R. Plumbing Services.

Did a good job, checked the water pressure on the water line, suggested a water reducing valve, And later told me where a tank less water heater could go!

Woke up to a stream of water flowing out of my utility room, underneath the garage door and down the driveway. Knew instantly that it was the water heater. Called E.R. Plumbing at 8:10 am and Jason was on site by 10:15 am. Dispatch staff at E.R. Plumbing was pleasant and professional. Jason assessed the situation and quoted me a new, 50 gal. gas water heater installed for just over $1,500.00. Jason was professional and personable and not annoyed by my hovering curiosity. E.R. Plumbing called when Jason was on the way and asked for a picture of the old water heater so that they could assess their stock. They showed up with a separate truck, delivering the new water heater and hauling away the old one by 11:00 am. It's 1:45 pm now and the job is all done. Jason did a great job of cleaning up debris, trash and scrap. We'll be able to shower by 3 pm today. Very pleased. I will recommend them to my neighbors and use them again when I might have other plumbing needs.

Outstanding service from estimate to completion. Dave's interest in doing the job right was greatly appreciated. Office staff was very helpful with updating and scheduling to meet our needs. Mike and Trinity were very professional and their installation is a masterpiece!!

The service staff was great. Got someone out quick and coordinated with my tenant. The technician Lance was professional and very nice. They will be my 1st to call from now on.
