Our complicated repair was performed expertly, efficiently, and professionally! I would hire Terry and Leonard from ER Plumbing again for any and all further plumbing needs!!

Excellent. I left a message for ER Plumbing and explained that it was an emergency and my toilets were clogged and would probably back up. They called back within 15 miniutes. Robin, the serviceman, came about 20 minutes later. He was very nice, did the job quickly. Did not charge me for the dispatch fee and found a $50 coupon for me.

I was very pleased with it. Plumbing is not inexpensive, and he gave me some price breaks. He had to get a part, so he left and came back. The time frame was very reasonable.

Leonard and Terry overcame the challenge of fixing a leak directly under a tree by inserting a new pipe in two sports around the tree. Work well done.

Fantastic! I called with my problem. A technician (Will) called back an hour later to say he was on his way. He arrived promptly and was very personable. He quickly replaced the toilet lever that was leaking. He took the tub handle apart as much as he could without removing the drywall in the next room. He gave me a price to replace everything. I'm pretty sure if not positive that the fixture is original to the house which is 26 years old. So, no surprise that I'd need to replace. I was very pleased with them and would definitely use them again. I worked with another plumber for years and gave them good reviews on Angies List. They have an overall A rating. But, my last call to them was not pleasant at all. Very pleased with E.R. Plumbing and hope to use them as my "Go To" plumber since they're so close by, professional and fair.

Terry arrived early Monday morning. Bottom line: My tankless water heater had been improperly installed. Terry explained everything in detail. He showed me the parts that needed to be replaced. He answered all my questions fully in simple terms. That is the mark of a true expert. ER Plumbing will be the only plumbers I will call in the future. And I will gladly recommend them to friends and family.

The in-house expert - Terry arrived early the next morning. He determined that the tankless water heater had been incorrectly installed. He showed me the parts he replaced and why replacement was required. He answered all my questions simply and fully -- the mark of a true expert. I wish I had used ER Plumbing for this installation in the first place. ER Plumbing has earned a customer for life.

Will O showed up within 30 minutes of me calling and was extremely friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and solved it in the least invasive way possible. My wife and I are moving and he gave us some advise on what to look for in our new house to prevent any issues before they begin.

Brennan showed up promptly, presented his credentials, and the work was finished less than 2 hours later. Instead of a water leak from a pipe, as the previous contractor had claimed, it was actually a sewer pipe backup. Brennan found the cause, snaked it, and cleared it. He showed me everything he was doing. I now have running water again, and the total cost was about $15,000 less than what the original contractor wanted. Also, the restoration/mitigation team can now do their job with the proper knowledge of the problem. Thank you so much to all of you!

It went great. Mike Walker gave options for repairs, his personal recommendations along with his reasoning, performed the work immediately, replaced, reseeded the yard where he had to dig, and covered the seed to protect it. He reviewed the work with me and informed me of the warranty for work and materials. He was courteous and professional the entire time. I would strongly recommend him and ER Plumbing Services and would contact them again for any other work.

Excellent service from fast initial response to arriving on a Saturday for an issue I had. Great plumber! Would definitely hire again!

Will repaired the bath faucets with temporary fixes ;until the new hardware could be obtained from ER supply system. He suggested source and particular fixtures for the toilet replacements and work room facet replacement. The first visit was Monday morning (7/10/17)The next appointment was set for (7/12/17) at 7:00 am. Will arrived on time, got right on task and was finished within three hours. Will was very efficient and organized in how he completed the work. He left the house with no evidence of his being there, other than completed projects that worked as expected. We were very pleased and happy with how everything went. If we need service from ER Plumbing Services again, we will certainly request to have Will O. to do the work. He did everything as promised on time and in a most organized and efficient manner.

Brennan and Jason were very professional, they worked well together and completed the work quickly. They did a great job cleaning up as the area got really muddy. I highly recommend E.R. Plumbing Services and will use them again. Also, I will specifically ask for Brennan and Jason to perform the work.

This was a very challenging job and Jeff and Garrett were awesome. They found the leak and saved us a lot of hassle and money.

Within 5 minutes Will found the root cause of our shower leak and recommended a permanent solution. Previous company had simply patched the problem only to have it reoccur. Called the next day to schedule the work and was offered the same day but ultimately scheduled for the following morning. Will arrived on time and completed the work in a highly professional manner. Found an unrelated problem while fixing the shower and promptly fixed that too. Will was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Jason H. was able to remove tile safely and sweat out the old pipe without needing to replace the entire assembly. His carefulness and expertise saved us a great amount with repairs that then didn't need to be done. We've worked with ER Plumbing twice and won't use anyone else.

The work got completed, but an irrigation line was broken during the process. They came back out right away and completed the work at no charge.

E.R. Plumbing did very well. I called on Saturday to notify them that there was water accumulating on my front lawn and I suspected a leaky water pipe. Brennan B., the technician, came that night to examine the problem and determined that I need to replace a good portion of the pipe. He came back the next day (Father's Day) and worked for about 3 hours by himself to get the job done. Brennan was very pleasant and quite professional. We were very pleased with his work. Today, Johnny R. came to seed and place straw on the uprooted parts of my lawn to promote grass growth. He explained exactly what I need to do and was also very nice and quite helpful. I won't hesitate to hire E. R. Plumbing in the future.

Arranged for an estimate. They contacted me and changed it to the next day. The next day, noone showed up in the block of time booked. I called and they apologized that their tech went home on a family emergency. I rebooked the appointment for the next day. At the end of the two hour window that day, I again contacted them. They said their tech was delayed at another job and would come after it was complete. I told them "No thank you" that I couldn't wait around any more. I have heard good things about them but maybe they are stretched a bit too thin and covering a territory that is too big.

ER Plumbing fixed the issue and also inspected the rest of the main sewer line for issues. It only took a few hours and they left the area clean.

Terry has been very helpful through all of this. I would recommend E R Plumbing and Terry for their services.

Mike Walker was hands down the best plummer I've ever hired. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with our sink and tub and showed me exactly how he fixed the issue. He was professional, polite and attentive to detail. I would recommend using this company to anyone! Ask for Mike Walker - he has restored my faith in plumbing services!
