E. R. Plumbing Services

I reached out to E. R. Plumbing Services on Monday afternoon. They offered to try to squeeze me in on Tuesday but to accommodate my schedule we set the appointment for Wednesday afternoon. For what its worth, they scheduled it as "after lunch" with the plumber to call me once they had a firm idea of how their day was shaping up - probably a way to manage expectations and avoid the customer dissatisfaction of a missed exact time promise so this didn't bother me at all. Reggie arrived around 2:30pm (I did get a call from the office announcing his ETA prior to his arrival) and after I showed him the bathroom with the issue he got right to work. He had the issue diagnosed w/in 5-10 minutes and then looked at the refrigerator water line issue with me. He gracefully accommodated my "hey, while you're here can you take a quick look at my water heater" question and was able to provide some advice (and peace of mind) on that as well. Reggie did a good job of explaining the "why" behind each of my concerns and his recommendations in a lay-person friendly manner. In the end, he replaced all the important innards in the toilet tank, swapped out the water line behind the fridge (after noticing a small leak that we hadn't realized was there), and left me with a good understanding of the health of my water heater and was out the door by 3:45pm for a total onsite time of just over an hour. A very satisfactory experience all around and I'd have no hesitation in having E. R. Plumbing Services (and Reggie) back out again to help in the future.

Work was done on a sat.which is the best time for me.They said they were busy but worked me in.It was not long until they arrived.Nick was the plumber who done the work.He was very nice and professional.He fixed the problem quickly.After he was done he cleaned up the area.The price was fair for the work done.I will use them again if needed.Again Nick was a very nice guy.

I made a request online and followed up with a telephone call. The person who answered the phone was very professional and made an appointment for me for the next day. Joe is the technician who came to help us. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gave us all our options along with costs associated with each. We opted to cap the water line to that faucet and consider a new location for a new faucet in the future. Joe quickly capped the line and ensured that the water was working to all faucets after turning back on the water. Joe then reiterated all our options for a new faucet to be installed at a later date. Joe was very professional and we will certainly contact ER Plumbing (and use Joe) for any additional plumbing needs. We were very satisfied with our interactions with this company and their representatives.

I was provided an estimate after Jason investigated the issue. He returned after the New Year's holiday to complete the work. It was handled most expeditiously which I appreciated. Jason walked me through the necessary repairs and gave me the possible range of cost, depending on complications that might occur.

I live in a 1930s condo with lots of charm ... and rusty, old pipes. Another plumber was reluctant to take this job on after seeing how old the toilet is. ER -- recommended by my HOA -- came out even *before* they said they could. Joe was a total professional. He had to crawl through the crawl space to shut off the water to my building, and it is apparently a tiny, twisty, unlit space. This could not have been an easy job, but Joe acted like it was all in a day's work for him. I recommend him and ER highly.

We have used ER Plumbing several times for different reasons. Although it was not a major problem this time i would use this company for any upcoming future problems i might have. I want to give a huge shout out to Will O. for his honesty, knowledge and his being on time .He is the person i ask for when i need a service call... thanks again Will O.

Horrible, service man showed up, didn't even look at the issue and told my 88 year old Dad it was going to be $650! I called them and asked how they come up with that price, they said it is their "standard".

We faced an emergency on Thanksgiving with a family full of guests. The waste leaving our house was coming up out of the "clean out" of our pipe leaving the house. It was a mess. I reached somebody from ER Plumbing right away and a plumber, Joe, called back within 5 minutes. He was at our house within an hour and quickly took care of our issue. We were able to eat Thanksgiving meal and clean up without a hitch thanks to Joe. What's more, the price was very reasonable--no extra charge for the holiday either.

Will was punctual, friendly, explained the issue clearly, and didn't overcharge when the job wasn't as extensive as originally thought.

Promptly scheduled on short notice. On time for appointment. Area was left clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Absolutely great. I would particularly like to mention Terry and Jason who did the installation. I do not remember ever having two more polite, informative, efficient, careful and professional individuals working in my home. They were extremely organized and arrived exactly as scheduled. Likewise, the electrician and roofer were here at the designated time. Overall, @n excellent experience and I would recommend ER Plumbing and particularly Terry and Jason to anyone!

The gentleman was very kind and professional. He went straight to work and had our problem fixed in excellent time...even though he had to bring in an extra long "snake". We would definitely use them again.

The technician did an excellent job. He went above and beyond the services that were requested.

Everything went well. ER Plumbing arrived promptly on the scheduled day and time window. In addition, we got a courtesy call about 30 minutes before arrival. We needed some new faucet parts since the spigot had failed and no water was coming out. Reggie was very polite and friendly, and explained the repairs and their cost. The cost was higher than expected for a relatively simple job, although since it has been a while since we needed a plumber, it's hard to gauge how the price stacks up against other plumbers. Overall, though, we're quite satisfied with the work. We've used this company before and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I called and they were able to come out that morning. They came when they said and got the job done. The price was slightly higher than others, but they were available immediately, so that was worth it.

They repiped the house. We had a water leak and had to get the house repiped.

Garrett did an excellent job. Prompt response, notification when in route and thoroughly professional installation. Garrett is friendly, knowledgeable and very competent. Work was performed in a high quality manner and job site cleaned on completion.

From the evaluation/consultation through to the installation Nick was professional, punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and super nice. He answered all our questions and on the day of installation he and Will worked hard and did the full installation in around three hours total. While it hurt financially, the blow was lessened by having good work done on a timely basis. I highly recommend!

Great! Garrett was awesome. Super helpful and knowledgable. Actually called to come EARLY!!! and took care of it efficiently.

Garrett was very courteous and efficient. My water heater was very old and bulky, but he was still able to get it out and replaced very quickly. I would call E.R. Plumbing Services again for any plumbing issues.

Terry S from ER Plumbing was truly fantastic. Before I could ask he explained everything to me about what had gone wrong and what he did to fix it. He had to come back for a second visit to fix something that was beyond his control but was extremely nice and professional about it. He did not hesitate to answer any questions I threw at him. I would certainly hire this company again and I would ask for Terry S specifically. Keep up the good work.

Robin was great. Very nice. Identified and repaired the problem in minutes.
