Have used ER Plumbing for several jobs. Mike did great work previously; and, Alison and Caitlin did a super job of keeping us informed and Joe provided outstanding service this time! This is a great company!! Highly recommend for any and all plumbing work!!!

The plumber showed up on time and the work finished within an hour.

ER Plumbing gave me a very fair price, kept me appraised along the way on the day of the job, and left everything clean. The only part I didn't like was that while they had to break up part of my driveway to access the pipe, they did not haul away the broken cement. I was told this was going to be the case, so no surprises to me, but I just feel they should consider including hauling away the broken cement as part of the service. (It had to sit in my yard for weeks before I could get a cement company to come out.). I would definitely call this company if you're getting estimates!400

Both situations solved quickly and professionally by the associate. I've used the company several times, and their responsiveness and knowledge has impressed me. Associate also provided some information about toilet replacement in response to my questions.

Right from the start, I was impressed. I submitted a request form after 8:00 in the evening and within 10 minutes, received a call from Customer Service Rep Alison. I explained that a plumbing issue was identified in a home inspection report and that our due diligence deadline was just a few days away. She took the info, gave me an email address to send photos and other info, and scheduled an appointment that worked with our short time frame. She actually gave me two appointment options so that we had flexibility to work with the seller's schedule. I followed up the next morning with Katelyn to confirm the selected appointment and firm up "call ahead" details. She, too, was understanding of our deadline and committed the service manager to call me while onsite and to complete the report that day. She also waived the dispatch fee. Service Manager Trinity arrived on time and called me to discuss his findings. He answered all my questions in detail. I felt confident in his observations and recommended plan of action. They have a customer for life.

Everything went fine. It will take a few days to see if the clean out helped solve our problem. Terry has done plumbing work for us before, both at our home and at our business. In fact, he was the one that put in the tankless water heater several years ago. I think it says a lot about ER Plumbing and Terry that he is still with the same company!

Leonard was punctual and professional. He was quick to see the issue and get it fixed. Also replaced a leaky valve while he was there. In an out in less than an hour. Very pleased!!!!!

Fixed right away and was instructed how to trouble-shoot the problem if it recurred.

Terry S. installed a gas line from the kitchen supply line out to the patio (in the crawlspace). He did a great job and had everything complete within about half a day. He then arranged for the county inspector which passed based on sealed air pressure test. Terry then came back the following day to do the final hookup. He made sure the grill actually started and lighted before he left. Great service and we'll be enjoying our gas grill for years to come!

Nick was awesome. He was a pleasure to work with. ER was very flexible with scheduling. They were highly responsive. Nick came exactly on time, was fun and pleasant, and gave me a quick diagnosis. He got the new unit installed right away. He wore a cover over his shoes, cleaned up after he finished, and e-mailed me the receipt on the spot. Very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

I had my 50 gallon gas water heater replaced with a similar model. Service tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Well, Nick was an absolutely delightful young man. I’ve used ER plumbing other times and their employees get “the personality of the year award” in my opinion. Plus the work they perform is first class....just downright nice and clean work! They are there pronto, if needed......and that’s a big plus! I would definitely use only this company. It went very well. Jeff was thorough, professional, skilled, and respectful. He did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Josh arrived with a smile on his face and a cheerful reassuring attitude, even though it was an emergency call and after 6 pm. We are senior citizens and my husband is handicapped and we truly appreciated that. He explained everything to us, including the cost, offered to take pictures of the leak and repairs, and never lost patience or his cheerful attitude. If another plumbing need comes up, we will absolutely call back and ask for him.

Very well and Will taught me a few things about keeping my drains open.

The plumber was on time. Their team did a great job staying in touch and making sure that the appointment was still on. Their prices were excellent. They also provided detailed descriptions of what had been done. I’m definitely adding them to my favorite vendors list.

We had a sewer sump pump that quick working. I called ER Plumbing based on reviews on Angie's LIst. They said they would send someone out the next morning. The service technician (Jason H.) arrived on time (actually early) as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went and obtained parts, and fixed it that day. He also suggested installing a cover over the pump, which I agreed to since he had to dig through the mud to fix the existing pump. Jason came back when the cover came in and installed it. Throughout the process, Jason was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I thought the price was reasonable, especially since it was such a messy job! Everything looks great now and if there is a next time, the repair will be easier. The price given includes the $300 cover, which was entirely optional on my part and not required for the repair.

Nick was great, he arrived exactly when they said he would. He was very polite and courteous. He quickly found the issue and fixed it. By the way this happened at 10:30 pm! Would absolutely use this company again.

we had had plumbing work done a few days previous and had asked Joe about toilets. He said ER Plumbing would install a toilet even if we didn't purchase on from ER Plumbing. My husband had a particular brand in mind so he bought the toilet and had Joe come out yesterday and install it. As usual Joe was professional friendly and cleaned up when he was finished.

Went well. Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

It was after noon when we called ER Plumbing but Joe was there in about 3 hours. He was very polite, friendly, and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost.
