I bought the Angie's List deal for $199. Excellent job removing the tree limbs and yard cleanup afterward. I will use Dynamic Services again for future tree work. Prices are very reasonable.

Nice guys and great service. They took care of everything we had asked and cleaned up everything afterwards. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would hire them again and recommend to friends.

They are very, very good. They are very, very personable and willing to help on anything. They are also very reasonable on their prices. They were amazing. They came out here and I thought that it would take them the entire day to do the work that they were doing. But they were finished in less than two hours. I was nervous on what they were doing but they did whatever they have to. They are very, very serious with what they do.

Very unprofessional. Did not receive an upfront quote, as listed. The amount of work they did was equal to the $199 sale price, instead of the $400 full price. So basically, they only did work equal to the sale price. When they arrived I asked for a quote to do additional work, but they left without providing additional quote.

I saw this Angie's List deal and assumed that it would pay for the tree removal. So I bought the deal for my daughter. A man from Dynamic Services went to my daughter's house last week and gave her a quote for the tree to be cut down, cut up and hauled away. The quote was over a thousand dollars! Therefore we obtained other quotes from other providers to do the same work. Two other companies gave a lower quote and therefore my daughter is going to hire the company that she can afford instead of Dynamic Services. Please give me a refund because we cannot use this "Deal".

They cannot perform the service that I am needing done

Due to an unforeseen equipment issue on the day before, Josh and his partner were late to my house because they had to acquire temporary equipment on the way over. Josh called prior to his original appointment time to inform me that he would be late. The tree removal went as smoothly as it could have, with no concerns over property damage, and the debris was entirely removed, even though the tree shattered when it came down. Josh's crew was completely finished removing and cleaning up the tree in the time quoted despite losing time due to the equipment.

Josh was very professional and gave me an idea of when and how much additional work might need to be done. He was not pushy or overly aggressive but very easy to work with .. would recommend him to anyone.

Josh and his co-worker arrived on a very cold, but sunny morning and got right to work. It took them about 5 hours to trim back the cherry trees, cut down the sweet gums and remove all the debris from my yard. Because we live in a densely wooded area, rather than have Josh truck away all the felled wood, it was easier, simpler and cheaper to have them just drag it all into the surrounding woods. Once that was done, they completed the job with a thorough clean up, raking up all the small bits and pieces from my yard. All in all a very good experience and I would happily recommend Josh and Dynamic Services to anyone who needs tree work done on their property.

Very receptive and pleasant to talk to. Looked over job and gave me a written quote. I told him was getting quotes and needed his best price. I got another quote from a vendor that was less. I would have used him if the price was right, but another got the price.

purchased the Big Deal for $199 for $400 worth of tree trimming. Josh came out to look at everything that needed to be done. I opted to only have the initial work done now and have additional work that he quoted for $200 done at a later time. He and his co-worker came out and reviewed what would be done this day. Once they started working, Josh discovered that one of the trees apparently has a bee hive in it somewhere. We discussed the best thing to do and decided that he would come back once the weather stays cold so the bees would be dormant and they could work in safety and not get stung. Instead he switched to work on other items they wouldn't otherwise have been able to do that day. They cleaned up and took the cut branches away in their trailer. The limbs that were touching the house (except the one tree) are now gone and all the loose/broken limbs still in the trees are all gone.

Bought this service through the special for $199. Worth the price. Trimmed large oak tree as asked and did a good job of clean up. Would use again.

Josh and team were great, On time, did exactly what we asked, and at a fair price. Made some recommendations for future work to help save a tree, as well as providing a very reasonable estimate for some additional future work. Will definitely use again.

I purchased a deal for $199 for $400 of tree services. Josh contacted me and set up an appointment to discuss what needs to be done. He was on time and did the work within the time specified. Unfortunately, he did not provide me a written estimate . It was a verbal agreement on what needed to be done, which would cost me an additional $200. Overall, they did a good job cutting a few of the major tree branches that were hanging over the roof and the power line and trimming the crate myrtles. My expectations were not fully met because I expected them to remove all branches that are hanging over the roof, as well as the power line. They only removed what they considered "immediate threats". I was disappointed that Josh did not accomodate my request and that it was his word against mine as to what we agreed. I would recommend to make sure you get a detailed written estimate of what needs to be done so that there is no dispute. There was also lack of flexbility on payment terms.

Two days after I paid for this deal Dynamic Service sent an email(through Angie's List) asking for contact phone numbers which I provided. They have not contacted me to schedule service. 5 days have past, no phone call, no e-mail, no text and I do not work with contractors who do not communicate with the customer.

Was not able to come on day originally scheduled due to being behind on another job due to light rain the day before. After taking a live branch out of the dying tree, I received a call saying they were unable to take the dead top branches off of tree because it was too dangerous. He told me he had $50 in cash he would leave me to refund what he had attributed to the work on that tree but then only left me with $40. I called and asked him about this and was told it turned out he only had $40 cash and he would drop by the other $10 the next day. I have not received the $10.

Dynamic Services was punctual and professional. They were actually called out for one tree originally, but during the estimate we decided more trees needed to be removed. They did everything they said they would, and in a reasonable amount of time. The only hitch we had was payment, they take checks or cash only. According to their listing and their truck, they take credit cards. It was resolved, and everyone was happy. I would use them again if I needed a tree removed.

At first, I thought everything was great. Josh was nice and friendly with excellent prices. He kept the appointments to cut up and haul away the limb as hired to do and was the only person that I'd received quotes from that even mentioned repairing the fence. It started storming towards the end of the job so there were a couple logs left that didn't get hauled away. I proceeded to get a quote for the fence repair and pressure washing which were very reasonable so I figured he would be back and could take care of the remaining logs then. I ended up having to have my fence panel custom built, so it was a couple weeks before I had that in my posession. Upon receiving the panel, I called Josh to set up time for the repair and pressure washing. I made several calls and sent several texts, some of which I received responses to, but eventually I gave up after hearing nothing back after several attemtps, and had to hire someone else to do the remaining work. It's a shame that he never contacted me again, as I really liked his prices and was looking forward to hiring him for additional work in the future. But the lack of responsiveness felt disrespectful and unprofessional... if he decided he didn't want the job, I would have been happier receiving that phone call than none at all.

All went well. They pruned carefully and conservatively, and cleaned up thoroughly. No problems.

The first time he was supposed to come this provider cancelled, the second time he cancelled again stating he had some problems arise, so I rescheduled for a third time and he was supposed to show up at 9:00AM and it is now 12:30 and he has not even called.

This was definitely one of the best finds that I've made on Angie's List -- I was getting ready to call a tree service that I had used previously to remove a dead pine and large limbs next to our house when I received notification of Dynamic Services' offer of $199 for $400. Although I sometimes find that providers will run terrific "deals" but then advise that additional work is necessary that bump up the cost, that was definitely not the case with these fine young men. After reading reviews on the company, I purchased the deal and did not expect to hear from anyone for at least a couple of days. It was a pleasant surprise to receive notification from Josh (which he had written at 1:00 a.m. right after my purchase) of his availability on certain dates I had suggested. Because I did need additional work done at that home and another one, I called him to schedule a time for him to come look at the work that needed to be done immediately and to also get an estimate on the additional work if I decided to use their services for the future projects. Josh told me that he would come by after 5:00 on Friday to see what needed to be done for my purchase of the deal and that his crew would be able to remove the dead tree and limbs on Monday. On Friday, Josh called me on my cell phone shortly after 4:00 to advise that they had completed their work for the day early and that he could be at my house within 30 minutes. Because I was out at the time (and having trouble getting around with a broken foot), Josh told me not to worry and that they would wait on me or come at the scheduled time. I told him that I was nearby and got there at the same time as he did. Josh was accompanied by another Josh -- both were very friendly and it immediately became obvious that both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. My son showed them the tree and large limbs that needed to be removed, as well as a couple of other nearby small trees that we wanted to have taken down at some point. Because the prior tree service that I had used was a large group with heavy equipment, I was concerned that Dynamic Services might have some problems because of the height of the trees. Josh assured me that they were fully capable of removing them without any problems -- and told me that the cost to remove the additional trees would only be another $100. We then showed Josh some dead trees that had fallen beyond a fence that had recently been removed and heavy underbrush that needed to be cleaned up. He gave us a quote on that and then followed me up to my other house, which was just up the street. Josh gave me a quote for doing that work, telling me that I would get a 10% discount because of my Angie's List membership. Knowing that I was having trouble walking around and that I had hurried home from the store, Josh and Josh kindly offered to carry in groceries for me -- a very welcomed gesture! Because it was raining on Monday, I had anticipated that they might have to delay the scheduled tree removal -- that was not the case and the Dynamic Services crew showed up promptly at 9:00 a.m. The dead pine and large overhanging limbs were very near the house, but Josh's crew had no difficulty in cutting them down -- and they removed all the dead wood and debris from our yard. Despite the bad weather, they completed the work in just 3 hours -- a wonderful experience, and I will be hiring them back later this month for the additional work that needs to be done at both houses. Josh also informed me that they do home repairs and I intend to use them for those services, as well. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Josh and his Dynamic Services group for tree services and other work. They are hard-working, trustworthy young men who know how to treat clients and provide high quality workmanship at extremely reasonable prices.

The Dynamic Services representative was very promt and professional.

I highly recommend him. He did some work for us year before last and he was awesome. I don't think there was anything about his service we didn't like. He also had a guy come in and grind the stumps. It was awesome that he made that arrangement.
