 + -1 moreProvider failed to keep several appointments over a 2 month period and finally asked Angie's to refund my payment and I had to hire another contractor and pay an extra $200 to get the job done since by that time it was urgently needed.. Used excuses like truck broke down and in the shop or was sick.

 + 0 moreJosh and crew arrived on time and took special care to prepare the area for tree removal. The largest tree was very close to our house and was carefully taken down in pieces. A total of three trees were removed in a just a few hours. Very pleased with the job done and at a very reasonable price.

 + -1 moreI called him on Friday and he came to my house on the following Monday. I showed him what I needed done and he agreed to come back on Thursday to do the work. He was unable to get back on Thursday but he did get there Friday. He did the work that I needed done .I was happy with the work on the trees and he did clean up. I would hire again in needed. His price was good as well as his work.

 + 1 moreThe trimming of the Crepe Myrtles was done well. I thought they were going to be lowering the tops of (2) of the Crepe Myrtle Trees that were closest to my home, but they just trimmed them back from the home which was fine. The crew was on time, but the gentleman that came out to walk through all the work prior, I do not believe was on site as I received calls from the crew on site asking me about specific trees and what needed to be done. I was expecting some communication on a full plan for my yard on landscaping that involved planting (trees, flowers, & shrubs), removal and installation of mulch, and removal of brick walls on current planter boxes, but there has never been anything to come of this. I have not had any communication from the company since the work was completed. I am not saying the work performed was bad, I was just disappointed in that I gave them an opportunity to earn more of my business and there was no follow through.
Description of Work: Trimmed back Crepe Myrtle Trees throughout my yard and removed a sapling tree.

 + -1 moreSo, after some communication issues with Dynamic Services, we scheduled for today, April 24, 9AM to perform the tree service. I had hoped I would be able to update this review with a positive experience after all. I re-arranged my travel schedule to accommodate this appointment. Dynamic Services did not arrive at 9AM, nor 10, nor 11. I messaged Josh Ladislas at about noon to inquire about our appointment. He replied that he had "chosen not to come", because of the previous review. Rather than try to remedy the problems we had scheduling, and complete the work I have already prepaid, (and possibly an updated good review), he chose to refuse to keep the appointment we had, and did not afford me the courtesy of prior notification. I have kept a record of all communication, and attempts to communicate with this provider. I am very disappointed with Dynamic services.
Description of Work: I purchased this tree prune service on Sept 24, 2014. Josh Ladislas, from Dynamic came out shortly after to see the work that needed done on two trees. He recommended that I wait until the start of the Spring growing season to trim the trees, as he stated that trimming during the fall, after the leaves had fallen and the tree would be dormant, could damage the tree. I agreed to wait. He stated that late February or early March would be the best time for this, and I should call then to schedule. I have been trying to schedule this work since mid-February with Him. At first he stated that he had been swamped with work, and a date could not be set, or agreed to. After several more attempts to schedule, My calls and messages have been ignored. My last conversation with Him was on March 27, 2015. I suspect these delays and stalling on his part was to pass the 6 month (from purchase date) mark for services to be performed at the discounted rate. I am very disappointed in this experience and will not renew my Membership again.

 + -1 moreI contacted them and they did not have the permits to work in my area and gave me a name of a competitor with a permit. They told me not to prune Crepe Myrtle trees in spring and to do it in the fall; they told me they will kill them. I checked online when to prune Crepe Myrtle trees and it said to prune in late winter/early spring. Then they hung up on me.

 + -1 moreShowed up on appointed date and we had agreed to taking branches down that were overhanging our roof line in the front of our home. They also pointed out a thicker branch that needed work too and included that in the coupon price. We also showed them several tall thin trees in out backyard that were dead (no threat to the house or neighbors just needed to be taken out). The quote was fair (we did not need the stumps removed as they were in a natural area) and we agreed to have those done too. Very professional, pleasant and knew what they were doing. Cleaned up after job also. Would use again without hesitation. Thank you.

 + -1 moreDifficult to connect with Joshua and get him out to estimate the work. Did not show up on the first scheduled time, didn't call. He did arrive with a crew on the next scheduled time and they cleaned up the trees. Did a good job. My husband was home and both of them forgot to trim the holly tree in the front. It was discussed at the time of the estimate and agreed upon.

 + -1 moreIt was a dead tree next to the driveway. It could have been a dangerous take down but it all worked fine and he cleaned up beautifully. I have no complain, it was perfect. He came out promptly and came when he said he would. We were not home when they came by, we knew that ahead of time and he said it was fine so we just mailed him the check.

 + -1 moreOverall the job went well with this company. The service was pretty quick after we checked out the offer. With the 300 dollars discount we still paid them 1400 dollars. They were good for us. They came, they were punctual. They cleaned as best as they could after work. I was satisfied. I don't know how to do it and I have no clue if the price was fair or not.

We appreciated that they took care not to damage our fencing or landscaping. We also felt their pricing was reasonable and definitely worth the work performed. They also cleaned up very well.
