Not well.
Description of Work: I paid them to install siding on the back of my house and repair two crawl space doors. The siding looks ok after two visits from the install manager. The real problem I have is the crawl space doors. They look terrible and are crooked and don't open or close well. The install manager came out twice and in the end indicated they did what they could. They also did a terrible job of cleanup. I had to complain to get them to remove nails left all over the driveway. They also drove a truck through my yard and made a mess.

IN RESPONSE - WE REBUILT TWO CRAWL SPACE DOORS IN HOT JULY WEATHER OUT OF WOOD. NOW IN COLD, LATE FEBRUARY, THE DOORS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO WEATHER DO NOT FIT THE SAME AS IN HOT JULY. WOOD WILL CONTRACT AND EXPAND AT GREAT RATES WHEN EXPOSED TO EXTREME CLIMATE CHANGES. THE SMALL JOB CROWN COMPLETED WAS ON THE BACK OF THEIR HOME THAT IS FENCED IN. IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE WE DROVE THROUGH THEIR YARD. I CAN BELIEVE WE MIGHT HAVE HAD TO PICK UP THE ACCIDENTALLY LEFT NAILS IN THE DRIVEWAY AND FOR THAT WE ARE SORRY. THE JOB WAS SMALL AND DONE VERY QUICKLY, ABOUT 1 DAY; COMMUNICATION WITH THE MEN WHO DID THE WORK COULD BE DIFFICULT AS THE MEMBER WAS AT WORK DURING THE INSTALL. THE MEMBERS' ARE A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER. THEY ASKED US TO BID ON THIS JOB ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES AND DECIDED TO USE US ONCE AGAIN; WE DON’T UNDERSTAND THE STATEMENT THAT THEY FELT THEY PAID TOO MUCH. AFTER COMPLETION OF THEIR WORK THEY REFERRED US TO THEIR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR AND THE NEIGHBOR IN BACK AND TO THE LEFT OF THEIR HOME. THESE NEIGHBORS LOVE THE WORK CROWN COMPLETED ON THEIR HOME AND HAVE REFERRED ME TO MORE CUSTOMERS. I FEEL MUCH OF THE PROBLEMS OCCURRED BECAUSE THE MEMBER WHILE AT HOME DURING MY ESTIMATE DID NOT WANT OR DID NOT HAVE TIME TO GO OVER THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED ON HIS HOME. HE LET HIS WIFE TELL ME WHAT SHE WANTED. I FEEL THAT IN TRANSLATION BETWEEN SHE AND HIM, MANY DETAILS WERE LOST OR MISS COMMUNICATED BETWEEN THE TWO OF THEM.

Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED 28 WINDOWS FOR ME. THEY HAD TO COME BACK THREE TIMES TO GET THE RIGHT SCREENS ON BUT THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CLEAN AND DID A GREAT JOB IN THEIR WORK.
