I thought the sales and design people did a good job. I think there were some quality issues with the installation that I was not 100% happy with.

I was referred to Closets & Storage Concepts by a friend who highly recommended working with Heather Carroll. Heather was so great to work with! To say that I was overwhelmed trying to pick out 15-20 closets is an understatement! Heather made the whole process so much easier. She didn’t try to talk me into anything that we didn’t need. She was truly there to make my life easier! She helped me to imagine what functionality my family will need, as well as other families that may live in this house in the future. The installation was great and easy. Our closets look amazing! I highly recommend working with Heather for all of your closet and storage needs! 

The closet Looks wonderful! Everyone was very professional and friendly. They really listened to what we wanted in a closet and delivered. I would definitely recommend for great quality and competitive pricing.

The designer (Kristin) worked with me to customize the layout to my needs and the installers (Chris and Erwin) were professional and completed the work more quickly than I anticipated and even swept the floors in the areas where they had been working. They made sure I knew how to adjust the shelves before they left. Very happy with the results.

It was great. Installer was an hour and a half late but other than that, everything was super timely and well done.

They arrived very organized. There was one person per area. They worked very hard and only had brief lunch break since they were there all day long. All of the materials used were of high quality and I am just so pleased with everything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. The lady I worked with was pleasant and made my closet dream come true. The additional room and the organization a closet system provides is totally amazing to me.

It went great, the crew was very professional and they worked non stop all day then cleaned Up after themseves.

It was effortless for us. Designer was extremely helpful with great suggestions. The installer arrived on time on a Saturday morning and worked quietly and efficiently and was done in about three hours. We were impressed with the pleasant and efficient service and are very happy with the results. I was originally planning on doing this project myself, but am relieved that I did not.

The whole project was complete within 6 hours.

The quality of the product and installation was excellent. Everything has worked great and we are very pleased with how nice it turned out. Andrew was great in making changes to his design to meet our needs.

The installers arrived at the scheduled time. They were very professional and ensured the final installation exactly met our requirements. We were very happy with the finished product and would use them again.

The owner, Andrew, consulted on the original design and provided a drawing based on the needs we discussed. This was the only contact I had with him. While the design seemed fine to me initially, I was trusting that being his profession Andrew would design the most efficient and accessible closet possible for our space and needs. Unfortunately, the delivered product fell far below my expectations. Not only did the organization seem illogical, but it left me wondering if he had ever designed a closet before! I am on the short side and my husband on the tall side, neither his suits or my dresses and pants cleared the ground when hung. Further, as I was told occurred in other designs and installations, my shoes were never counted or measured to ensure proper shelving height, nor was our clothing measured to ensure our clothing would hang properly. In my mind, this was a very simple project - nothing besides hanging racks and shelving - and it came out all wrong. They did return to move some racks higher, but overall I still think the design is inefficient. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The one positive I can speak of is that the company is relentless on contacting regarding sealing the deal, setting a time for installation and receiving payment.

The designer came over and we talked through options for maximizing the space. She gave me several suggestions and ideas. She had a drawing for me to look at in 48 hours. I made a few tweaks and set up my install date. The crew that build my closet where professional and very quick. Took them about 4 hours. I love my new closet, it feels like a small boutique when I walk into it. I would have never been able to envision making such a small closet look and feel so big. Thank you! I definitely will use again for the other closets in my home.

Went great. Got a personal visit, measured closet and came up with design for our needs. We made a late decision to replace closet prior to having new carpet and they worked us in very quickly. Everyone showed up as promised and did quality work. Would recommend and would use again.

Much more functional and amazing how much space I have as a result of their redesign. Installation was great and the installer checked with me several times during the process to ensure I was getting what I wanted.

We contacted Closet and Storage Concepts via email to obtain an estimate. They were very prompt in returning our call and setting up a meeting time. Andrew arrived at our home on time and was very courteous. He took measurements, got some ideas and then emailed us back the next day with his design ideas. We have decided at this time to not utilize Closet and Storage Concepts; however, wanted to provide feedback on our experience with the company.

The project went well, but thre were some communication issues. I asked them to make an additional shelf for the master br closet installation, which they agreed t do. They came and did the job in our bonus room, but didn't bring the shelf. It took three rounds of calls and e-mails (over many months) before I finally got the shelf. Not a major deal, and I generally have been pleased with their professionalism. Don't know what happened here, but they definitely dropped the ball.

I loved them. I'm going to hire them again in the future to complete our closets.

The installer was amazing and did an excellent job. The sales person did not really spend any time or explaine things to me. I was not happy with the way the closet cam out and told the sales lady and she said that is what I signed the contract for. Everything was great...EXCEPT...the saleperson did not estimate my dress needs correctly and she did not give me the proper room for shoes.

We called this company to build out our home office -- 2 built-in desks with overhead cabinets and some shelving for printers and network equipment. The designer (Sandi) came out when she promised and gave us some great ideas. She was able to incorporate all of our needs in the design, and the price came back reasonable. The installers (David and Robbie) were punctual and finished the job in 2 days as promised. They were extremely conscientious and friendly, and we had no problems leaving them at the house alone all day while we were out. They took pride in their work and the result is fantastic -- we couldn't be happier. I would recommend this company highly to anyone.

As always, Jenny and the administrative staff were quick, efficient and ultimate professionals. I love working with Jenny and have great confidence in her ability to accomplish great design with maximum storage and cost effectiveness. The flooring company was very professional and timely. They did a great job and were happy to make any adjustments to ensure we were thrilled with the results. As with everything at C&S, it comes with a warranty (this item is for 5 years which due to the nature of the product and an industry standard). As far as the closets, they were installed quickly and with superior workmanship. I had a time constraint and they went out of their way to rework their schedule to accomodate my needs. Closet and Storage Concepts is a top notch company and their pricing can't be beat. I have spend close to $15,000 with them and I will never go anywhere else for storage needs. They are the best!

....after the initial visit and design which was a dual effort between myself and my designer (Jenny Dabbs), I must have made at least 4 different changes to that design. Every re-deisgn I introduced was given a welcome response. We communicated via phone, email, cell, sms, and each time my changes were welcomed and given immediate response. I made a final decision on the design and it was submitted for production. I was offered an instlation for my convenience... and on that day they arrived with everything they needed for a complete instlation. The installers arrived promptly, introduced themselves, explained the process of their work. They were professional; covered my floors and carpet with canves and were respectful of my home. Also, were very flexible with my suggestions on the shelving being adjusted. This was an absolutely great experience, from start to finish. The company was more cost effecient than the competitors and I was treated withe professionalism and respect through out the entire process. Highly recommend this company for your storage needs. This system cost me less than what the cost figured from the systems offered at both LOWES & HOME DEPOT, AND they were more cost effective than their competitors. The quality of this cabinetry is more attractive and gives my home a better value.

We bid out some reputatable alternatives and took a chance with Closet and Storage Concepts as they all came in relatively close. It was well worth it. Everyone was an absolute professional and extremely competent from start to finish. We are in the final stages of an extensive and arduous renovation and this company was one of the few that did not disappoint us. Jenny was very knowledgable and responsive. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made sure I had fabulous dressing room at the end of it all. The installation was meticulous and quick. The installers were extremely clean and courteous. The whole experience was pleasant and the results were excellent. I look forward to inviting them all back to work on the garage and remaining closets.

I used their big deal. I paid $210 over the big deal. I liked their system because I had one put in earlier in another bedroom. They were easy to schedule and get it done.
