I was very impressed with every aspect of this company. Our estimate was done on time, and the representative gave what I think was an honest assessment of our choices. He did not try to sell us more than we needed. They have a new product that is really transparent, but since we were doing the whole side of the house, he did not push us into using it. We were very lucky. After choosing to go with this company, we were able to get our installation the next day due to a cancellation. The guys that installed the film were great. They came on time, were very professional, and insisted on cleaning up and vacuuming the floors, even though I said it wasn't necessary. The service was just perfect, and the windows look good and should look even better, as the film will take a few days to dry out completely. They even brought dog biscuits for the dog. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend them. The house is noticeably cooler as well.

They were prompt with their appts and returning calls, they were on time and very professional.

Glenn and his company were wonderful. Arrived on time as scheduled, very knowledgeable, answered all questions, taught me more about tinting than I'd ever hope to know. I would recommend them to anyone. The tinting also does exactly what we hoped, namely reduce the heat and glare from Southern facing large window. I'm sure I will recover the cost of the tint with lower A/C bills. Great company!!

THEY WERE VERY GOOD ON THE TELEPHONE AND THE IN HOME MEETING TO DECIDE ON OUR PURCHASE. GLENN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND VERY HONEST ABOUT HOW EFFECTIVE THE TINTING WOULD BE. GAVE REFERENCES IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD WHICH WAS ALSO GREAT AS WE COULD ACTUALLY SEE THE FINISHED PRODUCT. WE ALSO THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. INSTALLATION WAS PROMPT AND ALL IN ALL WE ARE VERY SATISFIED.

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. WHEN GLENN DID THE ESTIMATE, HE ALSO MEASURED SEVERAL OTHER WINDOWS THAT WE MIGHT WANT TINTED LATER SO THAT THE MEASUREMENTS ARE ON FILE, SAVING ANOTHER TRIP LATER ON. DURING THE ESTIMATE VISIT, HE FULLY EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE, THE DIFFERENT FILMS AVAILABLE, AND THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. WE ASKED HOW SOON IT WOULD BE BEFORE HE COULD DO THE JOB, AND HE SAID IT WOULD DEPEND IN PART ON WHETHER WE DID ALL THE WINDOWS OR JUST THE GREAT ROOM, BUT IT WOULD LIKELY BE ABOUT TWO WEEKS. (IT TURNED OUT TO BE ABOUT 10 DAYS.) THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY CAREFUL, FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN THEIR USE OF MATERIALS, MEASURING AND CUTTING CAREFULLY TO MINIMIZE WASTED FILM. THEY LEFT US WITH AN INFO SHEET WITH CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND WHAT WE COULD EXPECT AS THE ADHESIVE DRIED. OVERALL IMPRESSION: A VERY WELL-RUN COMPANY WITH WELL-TRAINED PERSONNEL. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN!

THESE ARE TERRIFIC PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. I AM A PICKY PERSON, AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL WITH RE-DOING ANYTHING AT ALL THAT I WASN'T PLEASED WITH. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

I'VE HAD A COUPLE OTHER TINT COMPANIES IN THE PAST, AT A PREVIOUS HOME, AND THIS COMPANY, BY FAR, WAS MUCH MORE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I'LL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE, AND REFER MY FRIENDS TO THEM.

AFTER MAKING THE INITIAL CALL, THEY SET UP A SATURDAY MORNING APPOINTMENT WITH ONE OF THE INSTALLERS, TO DETERMINE WHAT WORK WAS NEEDED, AND TO GIVE A COST ESTIMATE. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE INSTALLER FOR SATURDAY MORNING, TWO WEEKS LATER. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY PROMPT, BOTH TIMES, AND DID NOT PRESSURE ME TO BUY WHEN HE CAME FOR THE ESTIMATE.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM VERY LONG.

CHARLOTTE WINDOW TINTING WAS NOT ONLY REASONABLE, BUT THEY FOLLOWED UP FROM THE MOMENT WE REQUESTED A QUOTE TO AFTER INSTALLATION. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, CLEAN AND EXTREMELY RELIABLE. THEY WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TINT OUR BEDROOM WINDOWS NEXT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I WISH ALL COMPANIES WERE SO PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND REASONABLE.

ALL INVOLVED FROM OFFICE MANAGER TO WORKERS WERE EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS. I WAS SENT A THANK YOU NOTE FOR USING THEIR SERVICE. I CANNOT COMMENT ON PRICE AS I DID NOT GET ANOTHER ESTIMATE. AFTER TINTING WAS REMOVED, I DID HAVE TWO WINDOWS THAT SHOWED SEAL BREAKAGE, DO NOT KNOW IF DIRECTLY CAUSED BY PROCESS OR JUST ENHANCED BY IT.

IN OTHER HOUSES, I'VE APPLIED WINDOW FILM MYSELF. THIS WAS NOT ONLY MUCH FASTER AND BETTER APPLIED, BUT THE FILM ITSELF WAS A BETTER QUALITY THAT I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PURCHASE AT A RETAIL STORE.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I''VE USED CHARLOTTE GLASS TINTING SINCE 1996 FOR MY HOME. I DIDN''T EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING ANOTHER COMPANY WHEN WE HAD TO REPLACE SOME WINDOWS AND THEY NEEDED TO BE RE-TINTED.

PAUL WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL IN DECISION MAKING ON WHAT COLOR OF TINT TO USE ON WINDOWS. THE PRICE WAS FOR 2, 29X58 WINDOWS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE.
