It went great overall. The two individuals showed up on time, were very friendly and discussed various options. After my wife and I conferred with the two reps, we chose the film to go with and they installed it. They were definitely pros. Very good work.

We are extremely pleased with the job that Charlotte Glass Tinting did. They were polite, knowledgeable, professional, truthful and punctual from scheduling the appointment through completion of the work. When we decided to tint the windows I did a lot of internet research and asked a lot of questions on a forum that the professional window tinting installers use. I did not tell Charlotte Glass about my research because I wanted to see what they said first. Everything they told me was in line with what the professionals on the forum had said. That plus the information on Angie's List made me feel very comfortable using them . And the results from the tinting are better than expected. Especially in heat reduction. We should have tinted the windows years ago.

Our experience was wonderful throughout the entire process. When we called to make an appointment, we spoke with the nicest lady that went above and beyond to schedule us an appointment at a time that was convenient for us. She was kind, professional, and efficient. Blair gave us the quote. He was on time for the appointment and gave very detailed explanations of the product and installation. Blair was also very professional and friendly. Blair has many years of experience and provided a wonderful demonstration of the films ability. We are very confidence in product we bought thanks to Blair. The installation team was equally prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional. They also provided good explanations of the installation process and product care. They did not make any mess at all. You wouldn't even be able to tell they were working in the dinning room. The installation team obviously had a lot of experience. The entire experience was just wonderful! I will recommend Charlotte Glass Tinting to anyone. They are the best from start to finish.

The windows that we had it applied to are large windows that get a lot of afternoon sun. We were very concerned about the sun bleaching out our wood and furniture and this product is doing a great job at preventing that. The product also cuts down on the amount of heat that comes through the windows. You can wash the windows just like normal and the film is completely invisible.

Wonderful experience working with Blair and his company. My intial thought was to get estimates from other companies. After contacting Charlotte Glass tinting and meeting with Blair, I so no point in looking further. I received exceptional service from initial phone call to the actual installation of the window tinted film. I was impressed with the fact that they did what they said they were going to do, arriving on time for initial appointment and for the installation. It's rare finding a professional organization that makes the act of doing business with them a true pleasure.

I love the film. It is clear, so you do not notice it at all. It made a difference in the comfort of the rooms.

They were great. They gave me very good customer service. They came on a Saturday and did the work. They also gave me a window warranty. I had lost my warranty with my window company and they gave me the warranty for them. There are 3 different tints which are used. I did not have much information about it. They brought extra tints with them. They put it first on a window and let me check it. If you don?t like it they will rip it off and put it again. They were very accommodating. They also gave me samples to get an idea. However, they put it up on a window as well so that I get a better idea. They were very nice people.

Blair came out for the estimate. He showed me the film that he thought would work best to cut down glare. The installers (Hap and John) were excellent representatives, friendly, quick and clean. The day it was installed it was very dark outside. Hap asked me if I thought it was too dark. I told him it was so dark I couldn't really tell. Later the same day one of my double-paned transom windows started sweating and it hasn't stopped to this day. The film made my house dark and gloomy - and I only had it put on 5 transoms, the top part of a dome window and 2 windows in the foyer. I called the office and spoke to Jennifer who was very professional. She told me to live with it for a week and maybe I would like it better. I agreed. During that week I called the owner of a window company who had come over to give me estimates. I told him what my window was doing. He said the film makes windows go bad quickly and that if I wanted to cut the glare I should go with a tint in the glass - not film. At the end of the week I called Jennifer back to schedule the removal of the film. Hap and John came back out to remove it. I kept it on 2 windows in the hallway, as he said that I could have them come back any time to remove it. So...in the end it cost $296 to find out it was too dark and I have a window I will have to replace.

Appointment for estimation was prompt, courteous, and informative. He explained what they could do, and left the information with us so we could decide later, without pressure. The initial estimate was somewhat high based on square footage he measured. We measured ourself and he willingly adjusted the price using our measurements. He took our Angies List coupon as well. The installation was done in a very professional, thorough and friendly manner.

Blair and his company did a excellent job installing the window tinting. The installers were very careful with leaving a area clean when they were done. They worked together very well, and were delightful to have in my home. Great job guys! I'm very happy with the Prestige although it was more expensive, it is much lighter in appearance on the windows.

I liked that they gave me an Angie's List discount when I asked. They had good reviews on Angie's List. Blair came to my house and was knowledgeable. He helped me choose the tint that was appropriate for my intentions. They were responsive. Rick installed the film a week later. He was by himself and it took 6 hours and has had a lot of experience. He was meticulous. The work and the product come with a warranty.

The sales representative gave me a lot of information and new her product well. I was pleased to find out that we got a discounted rate because we went through Angie's list. On the day of installation the workers were actually early. They were friendly and completed the work quickly. We noticed a difference in the house temperature immediately.

We get a lot of heat through the front foyer windows. I was told that tinting could help. They came and did an estimate (within a couple of days) and explained very well the different options for different types of tint. I was able to schedule an appointment to have the work done very quickly. I ended up using a lighter tint that, while a bit more expensive, does almost the same job as the darker tint but is not as noticeable. Considering I was only doing these particular windows and not all the windows it was important to me that the tint be the least obvious as possible. The installer did an excellent job, was very neat and cleaned up after himself. While the price was slightly higher than another estimate I received the quality of the materials and the work done was exceptional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Very experienced and professional workers and they clearly wanted to do best for the customer. Their price is competitive with other companies. They brought all materials needed to complete the job and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. The finished product looks and performs superbly. I would highly recommend this company and the product it offers.

The three employees with whom we dealt from the beginning of the job to the end were helpful and courteous. They knew their products and explained the pros and cons of each. The work was done promptly and well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Both the salesperson and the installer were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Hap, the installer, automatically removed his shoes at the door and even had treats for my dog. The entire time line from when I first called to the completed installation was less than 2 weeks.

They did very good work but I was not happy with the follow though.

Charlotte Glass Tinting has done several homes in our neighborhood. They were even able to supply a list of the neighbors for references. They did an excellent job of installing the window tinting as well as cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely recommend Charlotte Glass Tinting to anyone wanting this service.
