Description of Work: We replaced carpet in three bedrooms and a staircase. They also treated one bedroom for pet odor before replacing the carpet. Very professional and accommodating. The installers were hardworking, friendly and skilled.

Description of Work: Called Dennis for date to measure and next day install. Excellent carpet, padding and price. Unable to be there due to conflicting schedule, my daughter, Heather Rollins, "supervised" and was impressed with the installer, who went above and beyond expected service. Minor glitch was their warehouse sent wrong padding for a walk-in closet. Dennis promised my daughter he would personally obtain proper padding and install it the next day, and he did so. He even brought some donuts for my daughter that day to sooth her nerves! Superb customer service!

Description of Work: I purchased some beautiful carpet for the main living area of my home. David was my salesman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to expedite delivery of the carpet from the manufacturer to meet my personal schedule. I wanted to have a friend install the carpet, but had no way to transport the carpet to my home. Although Carpet To Go was not doing the installation, David arranged to have the carpet delivered to my home.

Description of Work: We purchased carpeting and padding to be installed in two rooms and one hallway downstairs and our stairs. We had shopped at a number of different places before finally deciding on Carpet to Go. They did a good job working with us on finding the type of carpet that we wanted and were able to help us match our current carpet color so that where they abutted (top of the stairs), there wasn't a definitive difference. When the installers arrived to remove our previously installed carpet and padding they found that there were large cracks in our cement floor. They offered to patch those cracks with concrete caulk if I would go pick it up from Lowes HI. So they waited around while I purchased the caulk and then they did the best they could to patch it. Once the caulk dried, they laid the new padding and carpeting and did a very nice job. All in all, the installation went smoothly and the carpet has held up well. We would use Carpet to Go again in the future.

WORKED WITH AL AND HE MADE IT AS HASSLE FREE AS COULD POSSIBLY BE. THEY MADE MULTIPLE TRIPS TO MY HOME TO ASSURE PERFECT CARPET MATCH WITH EXISTING CARPET ON STAIRS AND UPSTAIRS. THAT SEALED THE DEAL. THEY HAD THE JOB COMPLETED WITHIN ONE WEEK AND THE PLACE LOOKS GREAT. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN FULL TIME EMPLOYEES WHO PERFORM THE INSTALLATION AND ALSO, REMOVE OLD CARPET AND NEW CARPET REMNANTS.
