The crew did an excellent job. They were very careful of walls, furniture, etc. They cleaned up very well and put everything back in its place. (I removed all lamps, small items, and knick-knacks and emptied out closets along the floor.) They worked all day non-stop to complete. Also Reuben Phagen, the sales person in the Charlotte store, was very personable and worked with me to choose the right carpeting and pad, as well as to schedule on a convenient date. He came to the house with sample boards and got me any samples that I requested. Also they had interest free financing available. This vendor was easy to work with and I would highly recommend. I did some price comparison with other vendors, and they were the best for what I wanted. I love the carpeting color and soft texture. I chose Shaw Dreamweaver with 8 lb. pad with pet protection.

Installation went well. The workers were hard working and courteous. The sales person was hard to get a hold of. Within a year of the company provided warranty a run in the carpet appeared in 3 different spots on the same seam. It was fixed, but only after I filed a complaint to BBB. I dealt mainly with the Mooresville location until the complaint was filed then the main office took over to fixed the problem. The run happened again within a couple of weeks in the same spot shortly after the fix, but we are dealing with it until we can use a different vendor and replace it with something different.

The salesman was helpful and very knowledgeable. Price quoted was the price paid. Installers were on time and the installation went flawless.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the salesman, Adam Wooten. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information necessary to make my carpet selection. The carpet I selected had to be milled and Adam kept me informed throughout the process regarding the status of my order. It was a difficult installation due to the large area and amount and size of the furniture. The installer Jorge Ortega was incredibly conscientious. He insisted that all the furniture be taken out in order to get the best installation possible which required disassembling an exercise rack. He replaced all the tack strips even though they were installed under the baseboard requiring additional time and care. The job took much longer than anyone could have anticipated. Because all my furniture was taken outside, Jorge didn’t want to quit and come back the next day. He worked until 11pm so that he could move all the furniture back inside including re-assembling the exercise rack. Not many people would be that conscientious. I highly recommend Carpet 2 Go & More because of their excellent staff.

Everything went. fantastic. I appreciate the attention to detail that Adam, the salesman, gave me in regards to matching an existing hardwood floor and how the transitions were handled. When it seemed that the standard transition pieces wouldn't match the heights between the floors he had the installer handmake the pieces. I'm extremely pleased with the service given and the end result.

Work was completed early and very professional team. In and out. Cleaned up. They did a walk through with me. Nothing stuck out that was wrong or out of place.

Overall went well. There were sone communication gaps between sales rep and the installer in what can be used. But everything I felt was handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Sharon, my sales consultant gave me confidence in my selection and remained in touch until the installation was complete. My bathroom had a lot of angles and I was concerned about how the installation would look. The tile installer laid the floor out in several arrangements before choosing how he would proceed. He was thoughtful during this step and as a result the floor came out beautiful. They cleaned up after the job and grouted the next day. Overall I am very satisfied.

It was amazing and they were professional, fast and on time. I would highly recommend them and cant wait to get carpet again!

All went well......excellent customer service by the representative (Adam) from the beginning to the end of completion. He went above and beyond to satisfy my request for the hardwood flooring. Also, the contractor was ON-TIME, meticulous and completed the job within one day, versus two days. Bottom line......outstanding customer service, store has a variety of items to choose, dependable and most of all, made sure I was pleased of the end result.

Trying to make a long story short, Carpet to Go FILED A LIEN ON MY HOUSE because of money I NEVER OWED THEM. My insurance was going to pay as the new floor was necessary due to flood damage. They didn't contact me or my insurance company before filing the lien, and they didn't remove the lien for 4 weeks, only doing so after I called. I'm still waiting to receive the lein release but needed to share this story before anyone else hired them to do a job. Again, they NEVER EVEN BILLED ME (or called) before filing the lien, then they DIDN'T REMOVE THE LIEN when they were paid by my insurance company. If you're a property owner, you should NOT hire this company. This is beyond atrocious service and leaving that lien on my property indfinitely should be illegal (imagine if I hadn't called!). Their "accounting" ethics are highly questionable. In fact, I'm not sure there are any ethics behind what they've done.

Juan, the installer was so professional and very experienced at laying flooring he was done very quickly. The company is A++. We would recommend them to anyone. They will match pricing and they have 3 locations here in NC.

We found we had ordered the wrong style. We wanted to exchange it. No where on the order was it stated there were no returns or exchanges. We got frustrated in that they refused to speak to us or return a phone call

David the sales representative was a pleasure to deal with. He was through, knowledgeable and dependable. The same can be said of Miguel and members of his crew who did the installation. The turn around time frame from measurements taken to installation (Carpet in stock) was amazing. All in all a very pleasant experience.

This review is for the Mooresville, NC store location. I contacted Chad at the Mooresville location and made an appointment for him to come out and give us an estimate to replace all carpet on the second floor of the house. He was prompt and professional, emailed the estimates to us very quickly, and the price was very reasonable. When we were ready to begin the project, I contacted Chad and set up a day for the installation. On the day of the installation, Jorge and his two crew members arrived on time and ready to begin. They were absolutely great and worked quickly and very diligently to complete the tear down and install in one day. We are very happy with the results. The new carpet looks and feels amazing. I would highly recommend this company and this team.

Exceptionally well. From the beginning the estimators, Steve, was professional and worked around my schedule. the team who showed up to install the carpet were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this company.

They installed carpet and laminate flooring through the majority of our house and did a good job. We didn't have any problems with installation at all. After several months went by, we had a few issues with the laminate in our hall, but Carpets to Go was very receptive and quickly sent out an installer to fix the problem. We were very pleased with their customer service and the gentlemen that came out to fix the flooring.

Working with Connie (sales) and Jorge (install) was a wonderful experience- both were pleasant, professional and responsive. They were very accommodating with scheduling, and always quick to respond to any inquiries. I would highly recommend this company, and we will certainly use them again!

This review pertains to the Mooresville store. We met with Chad to discuss our needs and he quickly picked up on what we were looking for. He offered several alternatives and we were able to find carpet and pad that looked good, had good stain resistance and met our budget. He came out a couple of days later to do measurements, and I had a quote within a couple of hours after that. Scheduling of the installation was prompt and painless. The installation crew arrived on schedule, and worked very efficiently to remove our old carpet and pad and install the new. The workmanship is excellent. Seams are very hard if not impossible to spot, and they took care not to cause any damage to baseboards or walls. Chad followed up with a phone call the next day to be sure we were satisfied. The carpet looks great, feels great, and came in under our budget.

We needed to replace the carpet in a bedroom that was becoming a nursery and we needed it done quickly. We visited Lowes & Home Depot first. They were both quoting $500-$700 and it would take up to three weeks for the installation to take place. We did not have time to wait so we decided to go to a place that specialized in carpet installation, knowing the turnaround time would be quicker. Also neither of those places had remnants in the size that we needed. We visited Carpet To Go on a Friday afternoon, picked out a carpet (remnant) and had it installed the following Tuesday. We did handle some of the prep work ourselves, by pulling up the existing carpet and padding ourselves (very easy to do).

Their price stood out first of all and they did a good job. I would say that they are very professional and their installers did a very good job.

Brad came out first to do the measuring and estimate. I was very specific in some of my requests such as non-smokers handling my carpet as I am highly allergic to smoke, new hardwoods covered during installation, checking the carpet before install and the stairs installed a certain way. Brad included every one of my requests in the contract and fulfilled each one of them. The installation crew was on time, very professional and did an excellent job installing the carpet and cleaning up. No one smelled like smoke which was important to me. There were no wall scratches from carpet rubbing baseboards. The same crew moved furniture from 4 rooms including a piano with not even a scratch. After the work was completed, Brad contacted me to go over each item in the contract to make sure it was completed satisfactorily. The crew also left a huge piece of carpet for future repairs if needed. I almost forgot to mention that they also were willing to negotiate the pricing of the carpet.

Steve (sales) quickly understood my interests regarding quality, price, color, texture. I was very happy to find what I wanted (loved!) quickly. I was able to take the sample board home to see how the carpet looked in my home lighting. Brad came to measure the house and determine the yardage of carpet needed; set up installation and payment. He was very easy to work with and kept me informed of the project and what to expect. Brad provided a written estimate of cost and was very cordial and efficient. Jorge was in charge of installation. We scheduled the installation and Jorge and his crew did an excellent job! They obviously are skilled and experienced. The installers worked without a break from 9:30am until 6pm. They used my old carpet to make a path outside from the porch steps to the truck so they would not get their shoes dirty walking out to the truck for supplies and then walking on the new carpet. They took extra time to clean the floor of old padding dust after removing the old carpet. I know I have seams in my carpet but I cannot find them even though I know where they are. My experience went much better than expected in all categories. I am very happy with my new carpet. I recommend Carpet To Go & More without hesitation!
