Description of Work: We had a 9:00 appointment but tech. called and stated he was on the way but held up in traffic. Got on job by 9:30. Tech. was driving an older plain van ( with no company logo) and no identification on his clothing. He came inside and inspected the area we wanted to be cleaned and gave us an estimate. He went back out side to his van and stayed on his cell phone for at least 10 min. before starting the cleaning process, as a matter of fact he stayed on his cell phone a lot. After cleaning the other areas he applied Scotchgard protectant to the den only but I'm not sure how it was applied and I don't know how to test the carpet to see if it does any protection. I did not get a follow up call to see if I was pleased with service performed. Overall I was reasonably satisfied.

Description of Work: I had used Darrell to clean my carpets about a year ago & was very pleased with his service. I'm writing this report about another incidence. I called Darrell spur of the moment to help get stains out of my nephew's carpet that he had discovered when he moved a large piece of furniture. Darrell had no technicians available but he made a special trip to his warehouse to get a chemical for spot treatment, delivered it to us and thouroughly told us how to use it. We offered to pay him but he declined. This is the kind of service you don't typically receive in 2008.

Description of Work: Initially, I had very good service from Carpet Pros. They were very knowledgable, and did a good job with the carpet we had. So, when I went to call them a couple of months ago, I was surprised and disappointed that they never returned my phone calls. It now perplexes me that they are still near the top in terms of ratings. I hate that I'm going to have to call someone else.

Description of Work: I had DR,LR,FR,MBR, stair way, and long hall. Also a 4x6 wool area rug. I have 2 Golden Retrievers and babysit new lab puppy for my son, and had recently renovated sun room off FR and boy did my carpets need cleaning. Tony cleaned my carpets as if they were his own. He gave my carpets a new life. I have used other carpet companies and to date Tony and Carpet Pros is the best. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to family and friends.
