Excellent customer service! They answer their calls immediately! Communicate with the customer on arrival time. Demar was so friendly and professional and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet! This is the second time we have used Carpet Pros! They also did an excellent job on carpet stretching!

I read the reviews first and they were all so positive that I called CarpetPros Inc on Westinghouse to take care of small carpeting issue. My first positive impression was how they communicated! My call was answered immediately - the owner provided an estimate over the phone! The text messages kept us up to date on their arrival. The two men arrived on time, dressed professionally, were friendly with great attitudes and the right tools to make the repair! My only wish is the CarpetPro could provide other services in addition!! :)

Will showed up at our home and let me know my options and the process and then worked hard to get my rugs cleaned and an ottoman we had. I have three dogs so this was a job! I have used other companies in the past but will have Carpet Pros now as my source for professional carpet and furniture cleaning. Highly recommend.

I had my 3 bedroom carpets cleaned, restored and protected. My sectional, a recliner, and 4 upholstered kitchen chairs all cleaned and protected by Brandon who did an excellent job. Even when I pointed out some hard to get out stains he was able to get them out. He is a hard worker and very polite and willing to do anything asked of him and I am fussy and asked a lot!! I would highly recommend Brandon and Carpet Pros. My carpets and all looks like new and smells so clean!! Thank you Brandon and Carpet Pros!!

Came from out of state to ready an in-law's home for sale. I called a few carpet cleaning places & got the same static response - a high charge & a few weeks wait time. I called Carpet Pros based on reviews & am so glad I did. I spoke to Ingrid & she was friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating to schedule on a last minute basis to come during the one week we were in town. Ingrid was extremely fair with pricing & didn't try to upcharge or talk me into any additional services. Will was the one who came out to do the cleaning. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have found a cleaning professional who is honest, dependable, truly cares to do a good job & spent 3 hours making sure the carpet was cleaned completely. The carpet looked absolutely amazing! Will was more than happy to answer any & all questions we had. I had my carpet stretched and cleaned, everything was wonderful, from the quote to how they cleaned up once they were complete. The carpet loos as good as new, I thought I was gonna need to replace it, they saved it and saved me a lot of money. Thanks so much, highly recommend

We contacted Carpet Pros to help us with stretching carpet to repair a bunched up area in our hallway and to clean the carpets. They quickly responded, and I met with one of the owners, Darrell, at my home. Darrell provided us with a quote for the work and we scheduled the work without any issues. The work was completed without any issues and now our carpet looks great and there are no more signs of any bunched up carpet! Overall this was a great experience: they quickly solved our problem and delivered on what they promised.

This is a fantastic company. I would go as far as to say, they are one of the best service providers that I have dealt with in Charlotte. We have used them several times for carpet cleaning and carpet repairs and they have always exceeded expectations. The owner, Darrell, is fully involved and knows his business well. Outstanding! I have used Carpet Pros since 2006, and this trip I had the pleasure of working with Darryl the owner again who was training a new team member Tommy. We discussed the areas of concerned, I had the furniture moved for a smooth flow and used blocks, coasters and plastic under the furniture legs. Realistically, it takes a good 24 hours for the carpeting to dry with 70 degrees and ceiling fans going. Don't skimp on the carpet protector! It truly saves your carpet for years! Wet carpet will not look as clean, but once it thoroughly dries, you'll notice the difference. If something is not quite right, Carpet Pros will make it right. Good communications when they arrive and discussing the areas of concern will make a huge difference. Total price $509.00

They picked up rug, cleaned it over a two week period and returned it. It came back perfect. Friendly, professional, I will call them again.

Brand new carpet and a large coffee stain! I am glad I looked at the reviews on Carpet Pros. Daniel and his coworker did an amazing job explaining the issues, outlining the process and then did a great job in ensuring that they used the right techniques and treatments to remove what I thought was permanent. From my perspective, they have the right equipment, training and people to handle almost anything. Carpet Pros is definitely on my "go to" list.

The gentleman was on time and courteous. He phoned ahead to make sure we didn't forget about the appointment (that was nice). He was able to remove some stubborn stains. He did a good job. My sister was happy with the results.
