Jay arrived early for the appointment after calling first. He stretched carpet in our hallway that had become loose. It took about am hour. Jay left the hallway tidy.

Very professional company and did an excellent job of cleaning my rug. Person that picked up the rug and returned it very nice and placed rug back under my furniture as he found it. Will definitely use this company again.

Called and Darrell the owner was out within a day to answer questions and give me a quote. The quote was clear and I knew exactly what I should expect. My main concern was moving the furniture for the carpet to be stretched. They took care of that no problem. The team was extremely professional and knew exactly what they were doing. My carpet was cleaned very well and the carpet was stretched to like new again. If you want quality work and no worries this is who you need to call.

It went perfectly ! I have been using Carpet Pros for a few years and each visit has been consistently excellent ! When having work done, I generally use Angies List to get bids from competing suppliers. For carpet work, I only call Carpet Pros.

The technician was extremely professional, very friendly, explained what he was doing step by step, and was very careful not to spill water on our wood floors. He answered all our questions without hesitation and worked very efficiently. We were very pleased with how the rugs looked when dried and we are now going to have Carpet Pros clean our living room furniture. We would highly recommend them for both carpet and furniture cleaning.

The owner, Darrell Thomas came to our home and gave us an estimate 3 days after my initial call. We agreed on price and services needed and was able to agree on an entire day needed for everything to get done on the following Monday. Jay, the carpet stretcher, was on time and ready to work @ 9:30am. He was professional, pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done to stretch our 6 year old carpet. The carpet is in excellent condition, just needed to be stretched before it became a problem. We had recently had an addition put on the rear of our home, and with the extra traffic walking back and forth over certain areas for 2 months, we had soiled areas needing a professional cleaning, including the stairs. Jay was able to stretch the rooms needing cleaned first in order to coordinate with Art, the person doing the steam cleaning's schedule ,so those areas could be cleaned as early in the day as possible, allowing maximum drying time before we needed access later that evening. Art also, was very professional , extremely polite, professional and did a super job of cleaning our carpet. We are totally pleased with all results and recommend Carpet Pros to anyone reading this review. Also it's extremely helpful to mention you looked Carpet Pro's up on Angie's list to get a discount for all services. The final amount owed was exactly what was quoted. Went great ! Very professional company. Arrived on time, explained what he was doing in detail. Our carpets had wrinkled in several places in all upstairs rooms & hallway. Completed the job with minimal requirements on our part for moving any items out of their way . I am very pleased with the results !

I purchased a special deal from Angie's List to remove stains on 2 cushions. The appointment was set-up promptly however the stains were not removed when treated at home. The owner, Darrell, suggested they take the cushions and have them cleaned in the shop. They had the cushions for over 2 weeks (with no proper updates during this period after phone inquiries) before they were returned. When returned, both cushions were horribly discolored. They then took the chair to the shop to ensure the color matched. The owner returned the chair damaged and said he had the formula to retreat the cushion and would fix the chair. The second cushion had to be reordered from the manufacturer. It's been 6 weeks and my chair has not been repaired, I don't have my cushions after repeated phone inquiries. I plan to file a complaint with the commerce and left a message with the order letting him know. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

The technician "JP" did an outstanding job and the sofa looks WONDERFUL. Love Carpet Pro's and will always use them. They have the best technichians and do an outstanding job.

The owner came out with an estimate for cleaning and repair (to be done in the future). He was very nice, professional, helpful and very reasonably priced. J.B. came out to do the cleaning. He was on time, VERY PROFESSIONAL, personable, thorough, and again very helpful with advice regarding dogs and carpets that is.

It went very well. There was some old stains that didn't come out, but it had been a while since I had work done. I don't fault the company for that. I've used them before, they're very consistent. Darryl the owner, tries to work with my schedule. I would tell a friend or family member that they do a good job. But it was a huge job and they originally sent one person, and ended up having to send two. Which made the job take longer. It took about five or six hours.

Two workers were on time and thoroughly cleaned every room & stairs. Put blocks under furniture to dry. Very professional.

From the call I made to Carpet Pro, to the service call for estimate to installation expert - everything was fantastic!

On time, called to verify, cheap, good and a 3 year warrenty. Helped move furniture also!
