Description of Work: They cleaned three oriental rugs for me. The carpets were picked up and totally cleaned at their shop. I was very amazed when they returned them today. They looked brand new. I will definitely use Carpet Pros again and recommend them to my friends. I should also add that one of the carpets had a black cherry jello stain on it and it was totally removed. Amazing!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Carpet Pros cleaned our carpeted stairs--16 of them--hallway and master bedroom upstairs. The job was well done and the service provider was polite, courteous and professional. The company also picked up an oriental rug, took it in for cleaning and returned it. The pickup and delivery were free of charge. The deliverer was, once again, very polite and professional. He helped me replace the furniture that sits on the newly cleaned rug. Ingrid, the owner, was most gracious on the phone and made all the appointments. All employees were on time and called to alert me that they were on the way. The prices were quite fair. I would definitely choose Carpet Pros again and recommend them to others.
