Description of Work: Cleaned an area of pet stained carpet. The intial cleaning missed several spots so they had to come back. They also didn't rinse the carpet as well as needed, leaving a residue. They came back once and took care of that, and the 2nd tech was even able to get a couple of spots that the 1st guy missed. I feel like if the 1st tech had taken more time it couldve been much better, but overall it was fine.

Description of Work: We had bookcases built into a room and needed the carpet recut and shaped to accommodate the changes. They did an excellent job of stretching the carpet and making it fit. Now the room looks like the bookcases were always there, and the carpet fits better than it did originally. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: Cleaned part of the carpet in my car where I spilled coffee. (I drove to their main location. The job was well done. Very little moisture left in car. The carpet came very clean (and it is an older car.) It has been a few months and still there is no side effect bad smells. Note: |They cater to people with sensitivities to soaps and scents and have lots of options. They seem to really know their stuff. We hope to use them in our home as well... when the time comes

Description of Work: I have used Carpet Pros a number of times and my two comments would be towards the price and for this particular visit the timing. When they give you a price for "three rooms plus a hallway" it doesn't take into account how big those rooms are, which in the house I am now, are small! Maybe pricing it by square feet? And while the technician was very pleasant, it took him a very long time to get set up, maybe 45 minutes? which I thought was excessive. But the carpets are definitely clean!

Description of Work: Carpet stretching was done in three areas. Work was done quickly, professionally, and within the time frame I requested. Having been told by another company (Home Depot's installation company) that they couldn't do the work until some date in December, I was beyond happy about Carpet Pros timely response to my needs.

Description of Work: They cleaned three oriental rugs for me. The carpets were picked up and totally cleaned at their shop. I was very amazed when they returned them today. They looked brand new. I will definitely use Carpet Pros again and recommend them to my friends. I should also add that one of the carpets had a black cherry jello stain on it and it was totally removed. Amazing!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Cleaned a heavily soiled, light carpet. They were able to get out 90% of the stains. Looked very nice when finished.
