Great experience! Carpets look brand new, and the chairs do as well. Arrived on time, very polite, and did a great job. I will hire again!

The whole experience was a very positive one. Darrell Thomas (the owner), set the appointment in a very professional manner. A gentleman named Tony actually cleaned the carpeting. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant, and completed the work very efficiently. Berber carpeting can be a challenge to clean well with its tight weave. He did a beautiful job.

After a day of drying, the worse spots were clean. Later that week Tony returned and did the entire home that had soot stains, completely doing all areas including 7 rooms, over 14 stairs and a long hallway. Now, not all the stains came out on that visit. Tony return 3 times to eliminate all the spots that we found throughout the home. Also, they was no additional fee for the first 2 extra visits. This was a very difficult situation, however, Tony stayed optimistic that he could get all the stains out and Darrell was kind enough to continue to let Tony be the only one of his people to stay on this project until it was cleaned to our satisfaction. They did an outstanding job, and I will have Tony come back again in 12 months to clean and reapply DuPont Teflon back on the carpeting.

My mom a senior had the work done at her house and the gentlemen who came had actually been the same man as previous times. He helped her move the big furniture and did a great job. He was on time, did more than what was expected and was very pleasant thus making this carpet cleaning a hassle free experience.

From the get go my experience was great with Carpet Pros. Darrell was extremely polite and helpful when I called to set up the appointment. Tony is the one who actually did the work. He was right on time, polite, and very professional. My carpets look better than they have ever looked. Tony was delightful. He is very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to recommending cleaning options. Tony went above and beyond. He helped me move a piece of furniture in from outside when it was about to rain, and even fixed an area of carpet that wasn't attached for free! The job that Carpet Pros did was great, but Tony is the reason that I was "wowed". I will definitely ask for him by name next time I need help with my carpets.

After having a bad experience with a ''dry method'' carpet cleaning company, I called Darrell in sort of a panic to see if he could do same-day carpet cleaning in my home. He and AJ came to the rescue about 2 hours after calling him and did a FABULOUS job!!! I don't think my floors have ever been cleaned so well before. They were both SUPER professional and efficient. They even gave me a great price on having the job done, knowing I had just had a bad experience with another company just hours prior to their visit. But the best part about the whole thing is....my daughter's room had printer ink embedded in her white carpet and we couldn't figure out what it was at the time. It was everywhere. Darrell just about got the entire mess up - so much so that you can hardly see it!! I was positive I was going to have to replace the carpet. They were the best carpet cleaners I've ever hired and I will definitely use them for all my future cleaning needs!! I highly recommend their services!

Quick, efficient and friendly. My stairs really needed a lot of attention but they cleaned up great. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

I was pleased with the job & the professionalism of our worker. This was my first time having my carpets steam cleaned. I had the full range of stains--from nail polish to dog stains to paint. He was able to get the nail polish out and a large, liquid laundry detergent spot out. He was not able to get some craft paint spots, an ink spot, or some ''pink'' spots--which were probably red Gatorade stains at one time. He explained that a cleaner that would correct the paint stains would also take the dye out of the carpet. I was hoping the pink stains would come out, but now I better understand the limitations of steam cleaning. Overall though, my carpets looked & felt much better!

Once again, Tony saved my carpet from ME trying to clean out dried Pet Stains. Again, Tony was on time, professional in appearance and manner, and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. Tony now has an industrial, on board steamer vacuum on his truck versus the portable unit. Carpet Pros are reliable, honest, and show great pride in their work. Tony and Jacob were wonderful. The service was excellent and the repair job was first rate. The best part was the low price for the entire service. They repaired my carpet for $50 extra while two other companies quoted me a minimum fee of $150 just to come and look at it. Overall, the entire package was about 40% cheaper than others. Tony and Jacob were very professional. I had an ill family member at home and they were polite and worked around it. First rate all the way.

This was an exceptional experience. Darryl scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday evening to look at the pet stains on the living room carpet. He and his technician immediately cleaned the carpet, and amazingly every stain came out! The remaining carpets were scheduled to be cleaned on the following Saturday, all of which came out looking great. Carpet Pros also cleaned 2 wool area rugs, both of which turned out great. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

They showed up on time, did a very good job in a very cheerful manner. Considering the extent of my problem I think the price was appropriate.

Tony was very conscientious and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions. Every spot was removed, even red candle wax from light-colored carpet. I will be using Carpet Pros again.

TONY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON THE CHAIRS. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. I NEVER EXPECTED THE CHAIRS TO LOOK AS GOOD AS THEY DID WHEN HE FINISHED. THE CHAIRS ARE ABOUT 30 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN IN A DAMP BASEMENT FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. I AM TRULY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL USE THEM FOR ALL OF MY CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING.

The price above is for the area rug and stain preventative treatment only. The owner did the other work for free because he had to reschedule due to a transportation problem. They graciously offered to do this on their own. The overall work was done very thoroughly.

Prompt return phone call to discuss the job and provided quote over the phone. Scheduling was no problem since it was just before the holidays. Received a phone call a little before the appointment time to let me know they were running about 0.5 hours behind. Crew was very professional, polite, and explained some technical issues regarding the methods to be used to clean the various upholstery fabrics such as cotton and wool blends. Even placed little plastic pads under chair/bed legs after cleaning the carpet to ensure no contact discoloration as carpets dried. Work was performed a number of weeks ago and the amount paid is a guess at this point. Will definitely use Carpet Pros again at least once per year.
