Carpet Pros was able to do the work very promptly and their price was very reasonable for the job done. He showed up on time and cleaned the carpets in our home. He also cleaned our indoor/outdoor carpet on the back covered porch, which we hadn't even though of cleaning. While cleaning he pointed out several areas where carpet brighteners had been used, and gave us tips for stain removal in the future. He also left us with a small bottle of some carpet cleaning solution we could use for spot cleaning. Great work.

Carpet Pros is a company that works hard to please the customer. They were always pleasant, informative and prompt, but most of all the service I received surpassed all other prior experiences. Carpet Pros will remain my carpet experts.

I thought that I would have to replace the carpet throughout my home after a local carpet cleaning company did such a poor job of cleaning my carpet. I was hesitant to put more money into cleaning the carpet after that experience. But not only did Carpet Pros get up most of the same stains the other company left behind, they also stretched some areas of the carpet and did an excellent job repairing a small area of carpet that could not be cleaned. I was very pleased with the results, and highly recommend that you call Carpet Pros when you need to give your old carpet new life!

Darrell returned our call promptly, and arranged for his technician Tony to come out ASAP. The job was done over the course of 2 days. On the first day, Tony cleaned the furniture and treated it with an enzyme to prevent the cat smell from coming back. He then pulled back the wet carpet from the flooding, cut out the padding, and left the high-powered fan to dry out the floor boards. He then returned 3 days later to replace the padding, put the carpenting back, clean the carpet and treat it with a mold-inhibiting enzyme. Each day, Tony worked quickly,left the work area clean,and did a high quality job. As an added bonus, he was also friendly, and offered to check into finding someone who might be able to fix a small cut in the loveseat. Overall, Tony & Carpet Pros made what could have been a terrible experience into a pleasant one. They worked quickly, the price was fair, and the work was outstanding. Will definitely use again if we have carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

As usual the carpet was ''like-new'' when the finished. The furniture is cream and was looking worn and dirty around the seams. Now it looks almost new again. The removed several food/dirt stains which were several months old. They were very professional, prompt and pleasant to deal with. Daryl the owners cleaned the furniture himself. We can't recommend them enough.

Excellent! We initially figured we needed to tear out the carpet but Tony made it look new. Carpet Pros exceeded our expectations. Best of all was the customer service, so rare in today's world. Tony truly wanted to make sure we were happy with the work (which we are.) They were on time and very professional. Highly recommend.

Carpet Pros was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. The owner, Darrell, was able to give an accurate estimate, very reasonable price over the phone. The technician, Tony, who did all of the work himself, was efficient and extremely meticulous to details. Taking care to get all the problem areas cleaned, while ensuring our furniture was unscathed. He managed to remove a Children's Tylenol stain (red dye), that I was told by other cleaners, for years would never come out. I highly recommend this company.

Darrell spoke to me on the phone, quoted the price in advance, changed the appointment because I had an unexpected time conflict and was very professional throughout. Tony was the technician and he did his job carefully and thoroughly in about three hours. We have three small dogs and they do leave a few stains here and there that are all clean now. Even a stain that was there for at least 18 months (from the previous owner) that a previous cleaning company (a chemical cleaning method) couldn't remove is now gone. I'll call Carpet Pro back when I need the job done again.

Called and left two messages to set up a carpet cleaning. After 5 days and no return phone call, I gave up and called someone else from Angie's list.

We are very pleased with the work. They removed stains others could not remove. They were on time, courteous and professional. We appreciated that they moved furniture and put protectors under furniture. We will have them back again.

Tony, my technician, was very punctual, helpful in his advice as to how to attack the problem, and very efficient at executing the job. He offered several options and took a lot of time in helping determine what solution was best for the situation. Very accommodating and professional.

Darrell was so nice and came over as soon as I called him. The damage occurred on Wednesday night and he started the work on Thursday and it was completed by Monday afternoon. The price was very reasonable. All of his employees were just as nice and efficient.

I thought that Mike and Jacob did a very fine job. They were very personable and professional. They even showed up a little early for their appointment. Mike especially was very knowledgeable. They talked with me to let me know what they could and couldn't realistically clean, but worked very hard to do a great job. I would definitely recommend using them.

Tony was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job on the carpet stretching in one room where we had ripples. The carpets look great, brand new in fact and he was able to remove some stains that reappeared from the last time I had my carpets cleaned. Even a stain on a cotton sofa cushion came right out and looks great. Carpets dried in less that 6 hours. He gave us a free bottle of stain remover for future spot stains. Their pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend these guys.

The company arrived as scheduled and performed the worked agreed to in about 2hrs. The work was excellent as was Tony, the company representative. They cleaned up after themselves and moved furniture back. They were polite and courteous and we would hire them again and recommend them to others.

First I am new in Charlotte and live in a brand new subdivision in the University area. Our neighborhood is on the constant lookout for services and service people we can rely on. Darrel Thomas, the owner of Carpet Pros, responded immediately to my email enquiry as well as my phone call. He was very professional, courteous and was sympathetic when I called in a panic to change the time. His (very good-looking!) rep Tony was friendly and professional. He arrived on time, surveyed my modern,lime green, absolutely filthy seats, and said ''Let's give it a try''. Tony took one cushion outside to test the waters, so to speak and voila! It cleaned beautifully! He went about the task of cleaning the rest of the sofa pieces by carrying the pieces outside and applying the pressured water. It was finished in about an 90 minutes. I cannot be more happy! It's cheaper than reupholstery or buying new furniture. I recommend Carpet Pros 150%!!
