Cindy was quick to respond, polite on the phone and through email and got me a quick estimate. The carpet technician (didn't get his name) was right on time (arrived a couple minutes early but waited until the scheduled time), courteous, helpful and quick. I felt the price was fair for the work done. Excellent job, would work with them again.

We built our house in 2008 and installed carpet throughout our finished basement (approximately 1,000 sq') in 2010. The original carpeting was done by Standard Pacific and the basement was installed by Lowes. Dennis came out to inspect our house and gave us a quote. He pointed out how the carpeting that was installed in the basement was not stretched properly (way to go Lowes!) and that it should have been cut down a bit more. The crew that Dennis sent was great. They were very professional and left no debris at all. We had a lot of areas where the carpet was loose and thought we would need to replace the carpet because it looked so bad. The carpet looks great (being 5-6 years old) and should hold up for several more years. If you need your carpet stretched do not hesitate and call Carpet Pros. You will not be disappointed!

I appreciated that they fit me into their schedule about 5 days after I called. The woman I spoke with was very nice and the man who cleaned our carpet was very nice and accomodating. I'm not happy that our soft berber carpet took over 3 days to dry when we were told it would take 10-12 hours to dry. We even have a small water stain in a doorway because it wouldn't dry. A 2" coffee stain the technician treated is still there, though it's lighter than before. I thought they were a bit expensive for 2 rooms, a hall, and closet. I especially didn't like that the technician mostly only cleaned the high traffic areas when I felt we'd paid to have the whole room cleaned. I didn't expect him to move sofas or anything, but I did expect him to clean everywhere the carpet was bare--no furniture. Our carpet was not that dirty as our kids are grown, no pets, I clean it often, carpet is 6 years old. We didn't get the preparation/information packet until Monday after the carpets were cleaned on Friday.

Tech was very polite and helpful in explaining what they would do and did a great job. Will do business with them again in future.

Overall excellent experience. My son threw up on his carpet in the middle of the night. The stain was large and dark. Called Carpet Pros at 10AM. They happened to be in that area and were at my house by 11AM the same day. The 2 men cleaning the carpets were very friendly, quick and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I called on Wednesday, February 3,to schedule and was very happy to get a date so soon. I spoke to Cindy, who was polite and helpful. Jay B came on time and did a great job of cleaning the carpets. Working with this company was a great experience. I would definitely call them again.

Great experience. Art arrived right on time and worked non-stop for 4 hours. Art was extremely conscientious in his work and the results were quite amazing. It had been at least 6 years since we had the floors cleaned, the sectional never. We are n the process of putting the house on the market and we could not be more pleased with the results. I would recommend Carpet Pro's without reservation.

Our soiled carpet was cleaned to our satisfaction. An enzyme was used in the hallway and teflon protection was used in two of the bedrooms.

The technician arrived at our home early to perform the service. The task was completed within an hour to our satisfaction.

Everything went well. The repairman arrived on time and completed the job in a perfect amount of time. The workmanship looks great and I would absolutely use Carpet Pro's in the future.

I woke up to discover our dog had thrown up in two spots on our brand new carpet overnight. I needed professional help and went to Angie's List. I chose Carpet Pros and was contacted promptly. Ingrid could get a tech out the next morning. When I asked if it was OK wait until tomorrow, she said she would check and get back to me. She called back immediately and was able to schedule SAME DAY service. Josh called with an arrival window. He arrived on-time, and using a flashlight searched out other spots our dog may have made. He found several and all were professionally and successfully treated. Our carpet looks brand new again! We will use Carpet Pros for future needs.

We had some areas that puckered up and "Ray" found a few others in the immediate area that he tended to. He took his time, did it right, and we are very-very pleased!

Having plans to undertake remodeling, we had not cleaned the carpets this spring, but when unexpected company was about to arrive, we needed a quick carpet cleaning. Carpet Pros actually rearranged their scheduled jobs to fit us in quickly. Art arrived on time, was professional, friendly and hard working. The little higher cost of the service was worth it. Great service!

Was able to get an appointment very quickly (within a day). On the day of, J.B. called to tell me he was on his way. Arrived right on time. Explained the process, looked at the stains with me, then got to work. Was very professional and polite. Courteous and patient when other contractors came in and were in the way briefly. Carpets look great. Excellent service overall.

It looks wonderful! They sent a crew in the morning to do the stretching and a crew in the afternoon for the cleaning. Both crews were courteous, punctual and professional. They took great care in moving furniture, including the pool table. I would highly recommend them.

This was an example of exceptional service. My brother has health issues and had an accident in his apartment. He lives at a Senior Apartment Complex. We did not discover the situation or him for several days. Attempts to reach him were unsuccessful and management would not open the door. After getting police and medic involved, we got into the apartment and found him. Once he was cared for there was the condition of the apartment to contend with. Most of the problems, we could handle, but there was blood, etc. on the carpet that we did not feel equipped to handle. I called Carpet Pros to set up a time to clean the carpet. Fortunately, they were able to do so that same day, a couple of hours later. J.B. showed up and did a fantastic job. The blood had several days to set in, but when he left, there was no visible trace. He actually noticed the condition of the chair and offered to clean that at no additional charge. J.B. was extremely polite, professional and caring. I just can't say enough good things about how what was a stressful experience, turned out so well. The apartment management was threatening to throw my brother out if the carpet was not cleaned to their satisfaction. Whether they could legally do so, is in question, but the stress level was still there. Thank you, thank you, thank you.!!

Excellent work by two teams in neat uniforms. Came protected our belongings. Steady effort. Outstanding results.

Josh arrived earlier than the scheduled time. We walked-thu the house and looked at all the problem areas to determine the treatment. My carpet is 7 years old and was in serious need of a good cleaning. He made the carpet look new again. Every stain came out of the carpet and the tile/grout looked amazing too. I would definitely use Carpet Pros again!
