The process went well from initial appointment schedule to job completed. They are conscientious, courteous and did what was contracted. We would use them again.

They removed new stains and lifted/lightened old stains (coffee!) from our carpet. Our 15 yr. old off-white sofa looks so much newer and smells really clean! They showed me the process they use to pull the stains up from the bottom of the carpet/matting. Because of this technique the stains won't return like they have with all other carpet cleaning procedures. Great job!

I am so pleased! Fast courteous service. Darryl, the owner, was pleasant to talk to on the phone and set up a time that was convenient for me. I was so impressed with the gentlemen (truly gentlemen!) that showed up on my front doorstep! Clean cut, polite, impeccable and on time! They were all business and did the work above and beyond. I was planning on having only the "major traffic" rooms treated with the enzyme and Scotchgard treatment for cost reasons, but Tony included all the areas for the cost of two. I will use them for as long as they're in service! I've already told my neighbors and friends how great they are!

Great job and very fast. They always do a great job. I like them enough to call back if I don't get a return call, which has happened a couple of times in the past.

The process went very well and I am very happy with the work performed. Technicians arrived promptly and in uniform and began work very quickly. Price was very fair and the carpets were cleaned in just short of an hour. Will highly recommend Carpet Pros to others.

It went great. Darryl called me back same day I left message and we arranged an appt for the next week. They arrived right on time and went over the whole house before we started, noting any places that needed special treatment. They did a great job. Everything looks wonderful, and by the next day most everything was dry. Darryl really knows his stuff and was able and quite willing to give me advice on carpet care. He's now my go-to guy for carpet cleaning.

First of all, I was very impressed by the looks of these two guys; very clean and in uniforms. Tony was in charge and he took a look at the rooms I wanted cleaned, and really seemed to know exactly the situation I had with my particular stains (really old carpet plus dog bile). They pretty much told me why no one had been able to remove them before. These stains were treated with an enzyme to remove as much as possible, and also with something to kill the bacteria that was probably spreading the stain from beneath the carpet. He was very professional and went the extra distance to ensure my satisfaction. When the usual steam extraction method didn't clean the carpet as well as he liked, he brought in this big, buffing machine and thoroughly worked in the cleaning solvent and then went over everything again with the truck mounted extraction hose thingy. The carpet looks as great as a 13 year old carpet could, it's very soft and I would definitely use this company again!

We'd had another cleaner in 6 months prior and while it got cleaner, it still seemed in bad shape. We actually brought Darrell in on a friends recommendation to get his confirmation that we should just toss it and install a new carpet. After inspecting the house, he told us that it was not as bad as we thought and to give him a chance to clean it before we gave up. We did and were very happy with the results. The carpet did not look store new of course, but it was definitely rejuvenated to the point that we felt comfortable leaving it in and not worrying about it hurting the sale of this home. We moved into a new home in May 2007 and had Darrell come out and applied protectant to the carpets. He took the time to provide some great tips and guidelines on how to maintain the carpet and stretch the time between professional cleanings. Big plus is that he did NOT try the bait and switch or up sale that I've had several other carpet cleaners try in the past.

Tony did a great job! He arrived on time and went right to work. He got the entire job done in two hours and got up stains I never thought would come out. I was amazed. I would highly recommend Carpet Pro's to anyone. It was a bargain!

Carpet Pros is the BEST. We had a 3 year old stain in our living room that we hired two other national chains to remove, but they could not. Carpet Pros removed the stain the very first time. We were selling our house and after we moved the furniture out of our house, we discovered some more stains. Carpet Pros came and worked on these stains repeatedly (including a Saturday) till they were gone and they did not charge us for the subsequent visits. Moreover they worked with our Realtor to schedule the cleaning. These guys are the best and know their business very well. Their crew is also very professional.

They were professional, on time, and knowledgeable. They did a great job and the price was reasonable.

We really expected to have to replace the carpet, which was stained by a construction "accident," but Tony was able to remove at least 90% of the staining, which was enough for us to be able to keep the carpet. Other companies I called didn't even want to attempt to remove the stains. I also expected to spend hundreds of dollars to even try to get these stains out, and was pleasantly surprised by the bottom line. Also, when I first left a message with Darrell (the owner), the last two numbers of my phone number were cut off, so he (and his wife) called every combination until they found me, which was not easy, since my phone number ends in 96! I appreciated that dedication, and the ease of planning a service call with Carpet Pros.

Called the owner Darrell to inquire about service. Darrell called me back the same day and scheduled a time to come to my house to price out job. Darrell was on time for his visit (was even willing to accommodate a last minute time change from me) and seemed very knowledgeable about carpet stretching and cleaning. We scheduled a time for his crew to come and perform the service. On the day of service, his crew called me an hour before arrival to let me know they were on their way. Once the crew arrived (2 men), they worked quickly and did an excellent job.

It went well. Darrell and AJ were very professional and came out when they said that they would. The cleaning went well but a few spots still remained. I called them back and they came out and did a touch up, which I really appreciated.

I had Darrell Thomas come out to look at a spot on our rug to see if it can be removed. He came out, reviewed the rug and was not sure if he could remove the spot. He came out and looked at the rug and charged us nothing. He was very honest.

They never called me back and used another company.

My phone call was returned the same day and my work was scheduled two days later, while my sofa was out to be recovered. The technician, A. J., called to say he would be there in a few minutes and was there at the scheduled time. The carpets were cleaned extremely well and everything left in excellent order. I received some advice on cleaning future spills.

Carpet Pros did a great job. They were very thorough, and the results are better than we have ever had with other carpet cleaners.

Found company on Angie's List and left message for Darrell on a Thursday morning and got a call back mid-afternoon. Darrell happened to have an opening the upcoming Saturday due to a cancellation, and we agreed to have them come out at noon. On Saturday at 9:40 am Darrell called and said they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they could come out sooner. We agreed for 11 am, and Tony was at our house ON THE DOT. We did a walk-through and I explained what I wanted to have done - was given a reasonable and fair quote and Tony got to work. After 2 1/2 hours, Tony was done and we were astonished that the carpet looked brand new and realized how very dirty the carpet was before the cleaning. The sofa was significantly cleaner than I expected because Tony said he couldn't promise that he'd get it looking brand new and get all the dog hair out, but there was hardly any dog hair and no pet odor when he was done. We were VERY pleased with the work!

They were very courteous and came almost immediately to come check things out. Very easy to work with, polite, prompt and got the job done.

My call was answered promptly and I was scheduled within the week. Darrell even called me to let me know of an earlier opening in his schedule which I promptly took. They arrived right on time and even got done within an hour and a half. The carpet smelled fresh thanks to him deodorizing it and removing what I thought was an impossible stain. Courteous to boot!

From start to finish and then follow-through, the service was excellent. Two technicians arrived exactly on time (Alex and AJ) and did a thorough setup and cleaning. The owner, Darrell, came by to check everything out as well. Very nice, clean, and professional operation. That evening, I noticed some darker patches showing up again in high traffic areas of the carpet. I called the owner who, in addition to scheduling a follow-up cleaning within a very reasonable time frame, discussed the makeup of our carpet and some of the typical problems with removing built-up residue or stains. Carpet Pros were on time for the follow-up. Assessed the dark spots, provided a thorough cleaning of the area that I was concerned about (they offered a full carpet cleaning, but I didn't think that was necessary), and suggested ways that we could maintain our carpet in the future to help minimize wear. This company deserves its high marks on Angie's List.

Darrell Thomas returned my phone call with 24 hours and was very nice and professional. I explained what I wanted cleaned;he asked a few questions, gave me a quote and scheduled a date and time for the cleaning within the week. AJ and Alex showed up precisely on time and well prepared. AJ was very courteous, professional and quite personable. He knew exactly what I had discussed with Darrell, checked out the rooms to be cleaned,and asked me to point out any potential problem stains that I was concerned about (there were a few!). They moved the furniture for me, cleaned the carpet and put blocks under all the furniture. They were very efficient and very thorough. I am so very pleased with the results as they were able to get out a couple of stains that another carpet cleaning company could not. My carpets look excellent, almost like new, and smell fresh. I would certainly recommended Carpet Pros for carpet cleaning and will use them again.
