Darrell was very helpful on the phone. Called on New Year's Eve & was fit in Jan 2nd! Tony cleaned & scotch guarded our master BR carpet, sofa, two club chairs & ottoman. He did an excellent job, all pet stains & odor gone! He worked for over 2 hours & cleaned everything very well & everything smells so fresh!! I will highly recommend this company to friends & family.

Tony did and excellent job on all items especially some trouble spots in a few of the carpet areas. I only trust Tony to be able to get out ALL of the troubling spots since we have very light color carpeting throughout the house.I have had Tony doing our carpets for the last 2 1/2 years and I recommend the Teflon coating to keep the spots to a minimum between cleanings!

The owners and employees were exceptional. They were well trained, very professional and kept me updated on the project. I was very impressed and would recommend to all.

The owner of the company did most of the work himself. Even when there was still an unpleasant odor, he came back to treat the problem. They are not specialists in the area, but they did a great job.

I had called and made an appointment with another carpet cleaning service to clean our rugs. On the day and time they were supposed to be here no one showed up, and no one called explaining they had to cancel the appointment. I waited an hour and called them informing them of their appointment. Since no one returned my call, I then called Carpet Pros and spoke with Darrell Thomas. I informed Darrell of my situation, and asked him if he was able to fit me in on such short notice. Unfortunately he wasn't able to, but he suggested that I call Gregg White with Happy Feet, and if Gregg couldn't fit me in than Darrell suggested that I call him back to see if we could locate another reliable carpet cleaning service. Good news, Happy Feet were able to fit us in their schedule on very short notice. There are a lot of business people who if they can't get your work don't know anyone who can help you. Not so with Darrell Thomas, a true professional businessman, although he wasn't able to assist me with cleaning my carpet, he referred me to another well qualified company. I didn't use Carpet Pros this time, but I would the next time because of their extremely helpful and professional customer service attitude. Thank you Darrell!

They were on time. They were personable. The price was competitive.

Darrell was extremely professional and willing to help in any area we needed help in. He had lots of tips from my husband and I for our new house. He explained in detail what he was going to do and that is just what he did. This was a small job and he never made me feel like it wasn't worth it. You would have thought I was spending thousands because we were given that much attention. This is the kind of guy you would have over just as a friend.

They were the best carpet cleaners we have ever hired. They came on time and did a very nice job on the carpets. They were also very responsive and they got the job done on time.

Everything was wonderful! Our home had been renovated and due to the construction dust the upholstered furniture and carpets were very dirty plus there were stains in several areas. I called and left a message, got a call back within a few hours, a price was quoted over the phone and an appointment scheduled within a few days with an estimated arrival time of 12 to 1 pm. The technician (AJ) called just before the before the estimated arrival time began and let me know that he would arrive at 1 pm. After arriving he surveyed the furniture and carpets to be cleaned and noted that a mistake had been made on the quote, I had 1 fewer piece so my price was actually less! We discussed the stains and he was very honest about what could and couldn't be done. He quickly set to work and was very thorough going over the stained areas repeatedly with very good results. There was one stain that wouldn't come completely out, but it was better than expected and he had told me upfront that he didn't think he could get it all out. Everything else looked beautiful; in fact guests that came over at Thanksgiving thought I had gotten new furniture!

It was very good. We had some stains and they got all of them out. They did a very good job. They came on time, very professional, and were very courteous.

I sent an initial inquiry via email, and got a response from the owner (including a quote and scheduling options) in less than 30 minutes! The next week, the technician was delayed a bit, but the company called me three times to update me as to when he would arrive. When he did get there, he assessed the situation, made sure my expectations were realistic (our light-colored carpet was VERY dirty) and got to work, finishing the job in less than two hours. We do plan to replace our carpets with hardwood floors in the next year or two, but would not hesitate to use Carpet Pros again if the need arises. We will definitely recommend them to others.

Stretching and cleaning were done by separate crews. Both were quite good.

They showed up on time, very professional, and I will use them again. I would recommend them also.

They were responsive and came when they said they would. They did a very thorough job of cleaning. My carpets look great and I am very satisfied with their work.

I had never used them before but I am going to call them again before the holidays. They did do a pretty good job. The workers were professional and courteous.

My daughter moved out and left a few tough stains behind. They did some re-stretching and had to go over the carpet a few times. They quoted me on the price and stuck with it. They did an overall great job, they were on time and did a great job with the stains, which was the main thing.

They did a very good job. They showed up on time to do the work. They were very courteous when they were there working for me. They got everything they said they would do.

Talked to Darrell initially and he had an appointment available two days from my call, so we set up the time then. Worker called about 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on the way. Worker quoted the price, which was as I expected, based on my using this company last year. Worker proceeded to work diligently for a good 90 minutes or so. Carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction. Worker was professional and arrived at the stated time. No problems. I would use this company again and would recommend them to friends.

I cannot recall a more positive experience with a company than I ve had with Carpet Pros and Darrell Thomas. Thinking that my sofa was ruined by pet urine smells, I called Carpet Pros. I spoke with Darrell who said he would do his best to get the odor out and do it without charge. Darrell stopped by the same day I called to pick up the cushion. After several treatments, the sofa cushion is free of pet smells and I couldn t be more pleased. What a wonderful experience and not just because of no charge. Darrell was professional, personable and persistent in cleaning the cushion. Carpet Pros will definitely get my repeat business for upholstery and carpet cleaning.

They did an excellent job. They were here on time and the carpet looked great when they were finished. They were very honest about some spots about what they could and could not get clean. They told us about other things we could do around return air vents. They also gave us quotes about re-stretching some carpets.

They were professional and quick. The only down side is that the rugs stayed wet for a long time, but everybody was accommodating. I'm not sure if the price is correct.

Our neighbor had used this company and referred us, plus they got a good rating on Angies list so we decided to use them. The first time we used them, the owner and the technician came and I showed them all of my concern areas. He explained everything to me and also what I can do to prevent some of the discoloring. They clean the carpets well. Almost a year went by and after a party, we needed them again. The same technician came out and did a terrific job. He even called ahead and had an earlier opening which worked perfect for me. I would definitely recommend them and continue to use them. Can't remember his name but he may be the only one. If not, I will ask for him again.
