Carpet Pros Inc

I've used Carpet Pros before, and once again it went very well. They were able to schedule me in within a few days of my call, at my convenience. AJ was the technician. He is professional and knowledgeable. My carpets look great. And, because I have used them before, I know that whatever they use as a stain resistant works very well. In addition, it did not take a long time for the carpeting to dry, therefore, inconvenience to us was kept to a minimum.

They were able to get out some pet stains that were on my carpets. I feel like their pricing is fair. They were punctual; they came out the next day that I called them. That was great because other providers that I called could not come out for a week or for ten days. I will call them next week to come out again.

Would definitely use Carpet Pros again. Found out on Tuesday afternoon that we were having a VIP meeting on Friday, and we needed to get our carpet cleaned. Through Angie's List I found Carpet Pros. I called and left a message and within 15 minutes Darrell called me back. (Note: I really thought it would be impossible to get someone out to clean the carpets in time for the meeting Friday morning.) Darrell was great - he told me Tony would be out Wed. morning at 9:00 a.m. to give me a quote and could start cleaning Wed. afternoon. Tony showed up right on time and withing 20 minutes he had a quote for me. He wasn't going to be able to get the entire office cleaned Wed. because of the size of the office. But he told me not to worry. He called Darrell and they worked it out so that Tony and another associate could be back Thursday morning to finish cleaning, which would allow enough time for the carpet to dry before the early morning meeting on Friday. They finished up by Noon Thursday and did a great job.

Carpet Pros Inc. had a very good price and they did a good job cleaning my carpet.

Work was performed within a week of initial phone call. Excellent service and results, we were very pleased.

My experience with them was fine and they did a good job. They were responsive, they came in the very next day I called them and they were prompt. The person who came in was friendly and professional.

We bought our house 2 years ago. When we moved in the carpets LOOKED clean. 2 months after moving in very dark, large stains began to appear. It was obvious they were pet stains. I tried removing them w/ a product recommended by a pet store, it worked TEMPORARILY. In desperation I even tried paint matching the carpet and painting over the stains (upon recommendation by a Handyman.) FYI - Don't do it!!! Last ditch effort - called Carpet Pros. Didn't really think it would work but the next step was replacing the carpet which is like moving all over again, not to mention the cost. Called in the morning. Darrell returned my call that evening. Came out to give estimate, arrived promptly. He was VERY organized. Gave est. 5 room carpet cleaning, spot treatment, carpet stretching (forgot to mention above, but also needed), and fabric protection for new couch. Except for the paint he felt confident they could remove the stains permanently. We chose to only try the stain removal since the rest would be a waste if the stains returned. He scheduled Tony (I refer to him as the magician) to be here 2 days later. Tony arrived early (after phoning), seemed to love the challenge, very knowledgeable, and was himself skeptical about the paint. Within minutes the paint was gone and he was washing and drying the areas over and over and over. The carpet looked SO clean when he was done he actually brought in the steam cleaner to clean the area around where he was working to blend it for me. So far no sign of the stains. IF they do return Darrell and Tony assured us they would keep at it until they stayed gone. Having said that, IF they do return I don't know how much fight we have left in us for this problem. But that has nothing to do w/ Carpet Pros. We will call them back to do the 5 room cleaning once we are throughly convinced the stains are history. And should we decide new carpet is inevitable....we would use Carpet Pros to install it and do regularly scheduled cleanings. Nice, nice people. Good work. Just a please all the way around!

I had to repair the carpet quickly in order to sell my home. Darrell and I played phone tag a bit as we both were busy on the phone that day but he scheduled to come out and give me an estimate immediately. They wear shoe covers in the house! He was on-time and quickly assessed the work. He was able to schedule an appointment for me a few days later. What a great result! I wish I had known a repair was possible - I would have done it long before now. I will know in the future that repairs can improve the look of my home and extend the life of the carpet!

It turned out so good, that the new tenant liked it so well they wanted to know who the carpet cleaner was. They came out when promised and took the amount of time they said.

Our air conditioner overflowed and leaked old musty water on to the floor. We had some molding and damp carpets. It took them less than an hour to clean the carpets. Once the padding was removed the padding we had to wait a couple of days for everything to dry. I feel like they were professional and courteous. It was a good price and the job was done very thoroughly.

The Technician was very punctual, and professional and heexplained everything he was going to do. He then explained the other services that were offered. He cleaned the carpets of 6 rooms, the smallest being 11 X 12 and the largest being 24 X 26 feet. He also cleaned the main stairway, (15 stairs), and the hallway uptstairs that leads to all the bedrooms. He then scotchguarded the stairs, hallway, 2 bedrooms and the family room. When he was done, the carpets looked great, and they weren't that wet. It only took about 3 - 4 hours to dry completely. That might have been because it wasn't humid outside. That helped in the drying time. Overall, the job he did was excellent, and I will definately call them again to clean my carpets in the future!

They were not able to get the stain out totally, so they didn't charge us for the work. This is a very good service.

When we called Carpet Pros, they were very responsive. They were very nice and polite. They came in and did a great job. They explained everything that they did. They gave us some hints on how to maintain the carpets. I would certainly call them again.

The owner was very polite and professional. When he sent his employee to my house he was prompt, courteous, and very professional as well. He did a great job!

They are very professional. Tony is the technician who came. We always request him. He is very reliable and conscientious. He does a great job. He treats it like it is his own personal carpet.

They did a fabulist job. They made sure that they cleaned all the carpet. They used scotch guard and insone treatment. My husband found them on Angie s list and they had a very good rateing. He used them for his commercial business too. He uses them for other business and he recommends them to others.

They were great. They were responsive to our phone calls. The work done by the two installers was maticious. They worked in a professional manner. They did a great clean-up every day before they went home. They did very little damage to the walls when they were removing the old flooring.

Cleaner was very courteous and polite. Worked very fast. Everything looked and smelled great. Was a little more than I expected because I chose to have enzyme treatment done (for pet odors).

They showed up on time and got their work done. The staff was very nice and very proficient. The only negative was that it took a while to dry. They squeezed some extra work into their time frame for me.

I thought that they were good. I was very pleased with the fact that they brought two people so they could move the furniture, most of the time companies don't do that, but they had to do it to be able to stretch the carpet. I thought the pricing was very fair.

They were here when they said they would be here, did what they said they would do and the technician was extremely knowledgeable. It was an all around great experience!

Great! No pressure, no worries, no stress. The owner came out to do the estimate. We scheduled an installation date. They were prompt, and when they couldn't finish that day, they came back the next day. It was beautiful and complete!
