Excellent service. The contractor was on time, courteous, and efficient. Did an excellent job of cleaning carpet and was careful about my property.

The company was running a bit behind schedule, but he did call to give me a warning. He cleaned the rooms efficiently, and the stain was removed. He was also able to explain the discoloration due to recent carpet stretching in one room. I did notice at the end that I had some power issues in a room and outside, and he attempted to help me see if a circuit had blown. We couldn't figure out the problem, and I didn't know if it was caused by him or just coincidental timing. I was able to get my electrical issues corrected later though.

The rug cleaning was okay- not great- really could not tell a great difference. The couch however developed horrible purple spots. The company asked to pick up our couch on 8/17 to clean at their "warehouse" and we didn't hear from them again for almost 7 weeks! We left more than 20 messages, sent certified letters, filed complaints with BBB and AL. FInally I reach Darrell last Friday and he acts as though he has no idea that they still have our couch. Two days before reaching the penalty box phase of settlement with AL- the guy returns our couch. It had a dirty dust all over it and miscellaneous black hairs- possibly dog- don't really know- but gross just the same. No apologies, no explanation- definitely would not use them ever again.

They called to comfirm the time and I was unable to be there but my mother was and I was able to do everything over the phone. They were great and will always refer.

We have used Carpet Pros in the past and were very satisfied... until this last service call. Couple of spots (spilled coffee) were missed on the stairs (simply needed some add'l rework) and the closet possibly needed a re-treatment or replacement due to the Cat's urine. I contacted Carpet Pros on the day the service was performed to discuss the next step * options. I got their voicmail and left a message. The next day came and went... I left a second message. The Third Day I left one message in the morning and then again, left one in the afternoon. I waited 1 full week to allow for any unexpected circumstances (could have had a death in the family... vacation... etc...). One week went by with no response. I am left with no alternative but to leave this negative feedback. I have hired another company to come in and finish the job at additional expense to myself. Sadly, I would not hire them again.

The did a great job. I was very pleased with their work. He were able to get some new puppy stains out.

They were excellent! They were so responsive and did what they said they would do. Just a great experience, overall!

Since we purchased our house this winter, we have been very unhappy with the way the carpet lay on the floor. Instead of being flat and tight, it was loose and hilly. Carpet Pros re-stretched the carpet and eliminated all the hills. They even did this without having to remove the furniture. They cut the seams where necessary and resewed them better than before. The carpet is now tight and completely flat. They also showed us how to remove the dents from the previous furniture so those are gone, too. In addition, they cleaned our 30 year old Haitian Cotton couch that we had never cleaned because we were concerned it would be stained and discolored. They knew how to clean it properly and it now looks as good as new.

I selected Carpet Pros based on their rating & customer reports on Angies List. When I called, Darryl responded very quickly & arranged to come by the house to look things over. He was extrenely knowledgeable, punctual & professional. He told me how he would proceed to remedy a couple of really tough stains. He was very fair in the pricing & said if some areas could be cleaned & not require a repair, the charges would be adjusted on the spot to reflect only what was done. The techncians, Tony & Alex, were very polite, knowledgable & informative. They worked really hard to get my house looking spectacular. They also cleaned an area in the tub & sink that I thought was beyond hope. The carpet, tile & vinyl all look new again thanks to the team at Carpet Pros. I highly recommend them & will happily use them again.

Very responsive with initial request. Came out the next day to clean carpet. Thorough job. Had to later replace carpet and pad due to residual smell of cat urine. They advised me this could be the case.However, even with new carpet and pad, I cannot get rid of the strong sweet cherry deodorizer smell that was used when cleaning original carpet. Have called twice this week, not to complain, but to get ideas about how to eliminate the strong perfume odor. No response yet. Are they on vacation?

I selected this company because of their Angie's List rating. They emailed me back immediately, and we scheduled a cleaning at our convenience on the weekend. The service provider called in the time frame I expected, arrived on schedule and worked efficiently. I had failed to mention when I scheduled the cleaning that the living room rug was an area rug, which they quote at a different rate, but the provider was able to clean it on site for the previously agreed rate. He was very professional. I could not have asked for any better service.

We have some relatives coming into town soon and contacted Darrell on a Wednesday. By that following Saturday, my carpets were as good as new. Darrell made arrangements for AJ to clean our carpets on a Saturday afternoon on short notice. Darrell spoke highly of AJ, and we can understand his confidence in the job he does for Carpet Pros clients. I now know the difference in the skills of the techncian's work and their conscientious efforts in providing an excellent customer experience. Thanks to Darrel and AJ!!

Darryl was very nice, responsive, accommodating, and punctual. He picked up and dropped off the rug at convenient times. My only complaint is that I think he should have charged us more given how much work they had to do to clean the rug. The rug looks great, and we are very pleased with the results. If we had anything other than hardwoods, we would be calling Carpet Pros regularly.

The owner of the company came out within a day of my initial call. He as very punctual and polite and walked through my home to give me an estimate. The job was scheduled for a day or so after the initial quote, and the technician was very punctual, professional and polite. I was extremely pleased with the end result of the services rendered. I would definitely recommend Carpet Pros and use them again for my own home.

The experience was great. I called on Tuesday and spoke with the owner. He was very nice and informative and was able to schedule my work for the next day. The next day Alex called and asked if he could come early(by half an hour). I appreciated the communication and his promptness. Alex was very nice, quiet, thorough and professional. My wife was impressed with how thorough he was in the cleaning. He did not rush through the job. He was kind enough to add our large basement to the cleaning which I had not planned on doing and took him an extra hour. In all he was on the job for about 4 hours until almost 7pm. Alex was great. I can't brag on him enough. We came back to the house the next day(we are prepping the house to move into) and the nicotine smell is gone and the carpets look great!

I called on a Wednesday to get a quote and scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning to clean the carpets. I received a brochure and confirmation on the cleaning date and time in the mail the next day. Prior to Alex coming he called to confirm the time he would be coming. It had been a number of years since the carpets were last cleaned. Everything came out beautifully. The quote was accurate and Alex was very polite and professional. I will use Carpet Pros again.

They had a special for 3 rooms for $99 and another special for allergen treatment. We have used them several times. This time they did a really nice job. We would highly recommend them for anyone wanting their carpets cleaned. They were prompt, cautious, and professional.

Tony came and did all of the work by himself. He was very experienced and knew what he was doing. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job! Had two heavy traffic areas, stairs cleaned. They look great. Spent a little extra for stain guard treatment but that was an add on I wanted. Very happy with the work. Very professional crew. Will use again!

We were very pleased! Carpet Pros promised that they could get up a sticky residue ( from double faced carpet tape) left where a runner had been removed...and they did! Tony, the service person was great - he was very careful and worked very diligently. I would definitely recommend this company - and would ask for Tony.
