Carpet Pros did a very good job. They called ahead to let me know a time of arrival, arrived on time, and did a great job of cleaning the carpet. The technician was friendly, personable, and efficient. The carpet looks great!

Great job done on both pieces of work. Carpet stretcher was excellent and did a great job. He removed an inch of excess from the entire length of the room where the carpet had loosened off the tack board. Then with cleaning and sanitizing, the rug looked brand new again! Thank you Carpet Pro people! You do awesome work!

Quick, efficient, professional, and effective.

At the last minute before we moved in I decided to have the carpet cleaned. I called the company, and they answered on the first ring, and was able to clean the carpet that afternoon. They showed up on time, sent me text photos of special spots that needed focused treatment and did a excellent job. Smoothest job ever. He even showed pictures under UV light of animal urine spots that he cleaned up with an enzymatic cleaner and full extraction. Everything was handled over the phone and when we moved in it looked great.

We have tried other residential carpet cleaners. We will never use anyone now but Carpet Pros. From the initial phone call with Jason to Adam the technician who did the actual cleaning, it has been a great experience. Adam called to say what time he would arrived and explain the operation prior to starting. We have two large dogs and "accidents" do happen. However, once Adam had finished, our carpet looked and smelled brand new!!! Carpet Pros is one very classy company with employees who are excellent representatives of the business.

Carpet Pros is an excellent company, the owners and their employees stand by their work 100%. They cleaned my carpets a couple of weeks prior and I was not as pleased as I hoped I'd be. I spoke with the owners and they were determined to make it right...and the did. My carpets look great and I am no longer reminded that my cat chose my rug over his litter box!

They were a very good job. I thought they were priced very reasonably. I thought they did very thorough and careful work. My carpet had a lot of pet stains on it. They treated multiple times to remove it all.

Overall, they were first class. On the price, I think I could've probably got it done more cheaper, but we've used carpet pros over the years, so we don't really have it done with the price. You can always get it done cheaper, but are you going to get the quality that you're looking for? So, we're satisfied with the price. The quality is excellent.I'm very happy with the work that they do, that's why we keep having them come back. They told me what time they were going to be here and they were here. There was no issue with that. They're a Ma and Pop operation. They're quite professional.

I get the carpet cleaned twice a year.

I am extremely happy with Carpet Pros. My tech, Adam, was very punctual, friendly, and professional. My carpets look fantastic. Their rates were reasonable. I will definitely use Carpet Pros again. In fact, I immediately put a reminder on my calendar to call them back in 12 months to have them come back and clean again!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Tech was very knowledgeable, pointing out pet urine spots,and residue. Previous carpet cleaners had left residue and a weird citrus smell, I guess to cover up pet odor. Both places Carpet Pros had great work ethic and very knowledgeable about carpet. They super cleaned the carpet and it even smells nice too. Price is not bad, you get what you pay for and this is a quality company I highly recommend. My family feels the floors are clean now and we spend alot of time on the carpet. It was well worth the price.

Was quoted a price on the phone and when service guy came out I was told that the price would be much higher.

They were able to clean 2 very well. One still has remaining stains. But that was not a surprise due to the nature of the stains.

It didn't go well - they never showed up. When I made the appt. they gave me a 2 hour window from 2-4pm. I asked if I could be nearer to 2pm and explained why, but they couldn't guarantee that - okay that's fair. I I didn't receive any confirmation call for the appt. I called to confirm on the day of tha appt. at around 2:30p and I was told to expect him about 3:30pm - no mention of him running behind. At 4pm I had heard nothing from the company so I called to check in and the appt. person was not even aware they hadn't showed up. She did apologize, but didn't offer a time they might be there or a "let me call and see what's going on." I cancelled the appt. telling them a courtesy call would have been nice. At around 4:30 pm I got a call from the service person apologizing for not showing up. He said his van had broken down that MORNING and that's why he was running behind. I feel they should have called in the morning, let me know the situation, and let me decide then if I wanted to reschedule then, instead of letting me sit around waiting. He apologized for not calling, but said he could be there in 10- 15 minutes or I could reschedule for another day. I declined both and have scheduled another company to do the job. I would never recommend them - very poor communication and customer service .A quick phone call of expected delay and a choice to wait or reschedule would have made all the difference.

Although a bit on the pricey side, I was really pleased with the carpet cleaning and the upholstery cleaning. I wasn't planning on having the leather sectional cleaned, but when I asked about the service it was available and I went ahead with it. I am really happy with how the sofa looks now. As far as the area rug goes, I felt that the price per square foot for the cleaning was high. With that said, the rug is clean and it doesn't have an overpowering "chemical" smell from the cleaning. If I have the need for this type of cleaning again, I plan to use Carpet Pros. They did a great job and overall it was a good value for the price I paid.

I chose Carpet Pros because of stellar reviews and they did not disappoint. From start to finish they delivered. Daryll came out to do the estimate - very reasonable compared to other estimates and they scheduled me for the following day. They did 3 rooms and the hallway. Dramatic difference - carpet looks amazing. His team did a great job - kept me informed throughout and took great care moving furnishings. Quality workmanship, customer focused service and professional through and through.

It went well. Our carpets were in worse shape than we thought given multiple animals living in the house. The technician was thorough and informative in presenting our options.

It went really well. Joe came out really quickly after we called to give us an estimate. Due to a scheduling issue on our part, we had to wait a bit to have the work done, but when we called to set the appointment, they came within a couple of days to do the re-stretch. Then Jason came to clean and he was diligent and meticulous in treating the pet stains and working on the carpets. Once the carpets had dried, a couple of the stains re-emerged (although they were much better than they had been), and Jason came right back out to re-clean those areas. We're very happy with the work they did for us, and would both recommend them highly and use them again in the future.

Carpet Pros wildly exceeded my (already high) expectations! My rug, carpet, and sofa look new again, and Darrell (owner) and master carpet specialist Daniel were highly skilled professionals who took the time to explain their cleaning methods and answered all my questions.

They were reasonable priced and quick.

They did excellent work. They were fair priced ad came out when they said they would. They cleaned up very good. I've used them multiple times. For sure, I will use them gain.

Cindy was quick to respond, polite on the phone and through email and got me a quick estimate. The carpet technician (didn't get his name) was right on time (arrived a couple minutes early but waited until the scheduled time), courteous, helpful and quick. I felt the price was fair for the work done. Excellent job, would work with them again.
