I can't say enough GOOD things about this company! We have used them 2-3 times and we're always amazed at the magic they work on our carpets. With multiple dogs in our house, the carpet takes a beating, but it looks and smells brand new when Carpet Pros is finished. Appointments are made and kept promptly with phone updates and information. Ingrid is always pleasant on the telephone. The technicians always look neat and spiffy in their uniforms, are very personable, and knowledgeable about their task. To use the movie line, we give Carpet Pros two thumbs up! We'll never use anyone else. Kudos to this company!!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in the last 10 days and wanted our carpets cleaned before the "fight" started. Not having the energy or time or really the care to shop around for quotes, I called Carpet Pros after seeing their listing in our last Angie's List mail out book. I literally called, rec'd a quote and booked it all in the first and only call. I completely went on the fact that this company was an Angie's List Service award. J.B. arrived at our appointment on time in an hour window they gave me for arrival. The window was 10-11am. He called me at 1030 and said he was on his way. The job was started before 11am. JB walked through the house with me so I could show him some problem areas. He took notes and explained what he was going to do. He was professional and such a nice guy! He worked in our home probably 4 hours! His work was quality. I feel like I can now put my house back together and get ready for a couple of tough months. It was nice that Carpet Pros made this such an easy process! Thank you!

the man was very professional, very through, moved all furniture that was able to move, and left the rooms neat and clean.

They were very, very good. Their prices were very reasonable. The owner actually comes out and provides the service. It's not like you negotiate the service with one guy and then somebody completely different shows up. He was out there with another guy and they worked all day. I like that. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

The workers went out of their way to accomodate my schedule, even calling in an extra technician to finish the job more quickly. I have used Carpet Pros a number of times and am always satisfied with the work.

I have used Carpet Pros several times in the past, and I am never disappointed. They do a great job on our carpets. We have four cats, so there are always issues, and Carpet Pros handle them like the pros they are. Their technician, JB, was awesome - punctual, polite, very hard working. And I know that before I call them again, there will be stains, but I can get them right off because the protector that JB put on is that good. I can't say enough good things about this company. Thank you! My carpets look great once again!

They truly did a FABLIOUS job on everything and I will be using them again next year. The technichians are wonderful in every sense. I have used several other carpet cleaning companies but this is truly the best and they werre on time and did not bash the competitor. They made my spring cleaning simple and easy. There was a mix up on their end as far as scheduling but it worked out.

We have been very happy with them . They are punctual, courteous and they leave the house as they found it.

Carpet Pro came to my assistance when water flooded our carpeted bedroom. I called them late on a beautiful Friday afternoon; they came within an hour. They advised me on several options and we selected the most appropriate for the situation. I can't say enough great things about them.

It went OK. Some of the pet stains that had been there a while did not come out completely, but I don't know that it is possible to get those stains out. Overall, they did a good job.

Carpet Pros did an excellent job at both locations. There were stubborn stains in some places that they were able to remove, much to my surprise. I am planning to have some oriental rugs cleaned by them soon.

Great! Very easy to schedule, gave 1 hour window for arrival time and Josh arrived on time. After a quick survey of the carpets, he got to work. At the end we walked thru and looked at everything. The carpets were clean, chairs and other portable furniture had plastic protectors between them and the carpet. Everything was dry within 24 hours, and the carpets look great!

Darrel and his assicate arrived on time and was set up and job completed in time scheduled (1 1/2 hours)..The carpets came out better than expected and my wife and i were completed satisfied with his work and professionalism. We plann on using him again in the future when we do the rest of the house.

I took advantage of an Angie List promotion/ coupon. The experience went very smoothly. The crew arrived during the scheduled period and called ahead to let me know they were coming. They were polite and efficient. They inspected the carpet with me before cleaning to check for stains and again after to make sure I was satisfied. They took care to put down tarps on hardwood floor and corner protectors to insure the hoses would not rub and damage wall corners. I have used Carpet Pros before and will use them again.
