Josh arrived early. He was very polite and professional. The carpeting was a few years old and had never been cleaned. I was just hoping for the best and expected that some of the stains would remain. Josh worked diligently, even getting down on his hands and knees to scrub. He did the entire house and was there almost three hours. He provided us with booties so that we could walk on the flooring immediately (I had never had another company do that). The results were amazing. My carpeting almost looks like new. I will never use anyone else.

Carpet Pros was very professional, polite, and punctual. They did a great job cleaning our very dirty rugs. A word to the wise: it may not be cost-effective to have cheap rugs cleaned in this manner. I am not saying that the cost is too high--considering that Carpet Pros picks up the rugs, cleans them thoroughly offsite, and then drops them back off, the price is probably reasonable. But if the rug is not of great quality, it may cost less to replace the rug than clean it. That was the case with our one inexpensive rug, so I will not have that rug cleaned again. Thanks to Carpet Pros for another job well done.

JB from Carpet Pros arrived after calling within the expected timeframe. He was friendly, remembered that I had found them on Angie's List, and we had a quick discussion on what I wanted cleaned. JB knocked it out in around an hour and my carpet looks great. I will use Carpet Pros again any time I need my carpet cleaned.

Josh arrived on schedule. He cleaned and Scotchguarded the sofa. He was very careful not to damage some thin areas of the fabric and even removed some stains that we had not noticed. We were very pleased and highly recommend Carpet Pros.

J.B. arrived on time and was a very nice guy. However, there were still faint stains left on the carpet,especially in traffic areas. Felt Stanley Steamer process was better and left carpet looking like new.

We needed immediate cleaning after our dog got sick on several large area rugs. They came the same day and the final price was below the quote they gave on the phone. I noticed an odor still lingering after the cleaning dried so I called back. They sent someone back for a second cleaning, no additional charge. This man was literally on his hands and knees smelling my rug to isolate the areas to scrub them thoroughly. Odor was completely eliminated. I will absolutely use this company again. In fact I plan to call them soon to do carpet cleaning and stretching upstairs. They are professional, timely and well priced.

The carpet stretcher guy was great. He found an additional area that needed attention and did it at no charge.
