Jay was at my home promptly ahead of time. He was courteous and explained the repair process fully. He moved furniture and kept me informed throughout the process. The price was very reasonable.

He called ahead and arrived on time; the living room carpet needed to be re-stretched as it had come undone from one of the tack strips. This was pretty straight forward with the right equipment and made quick work of the problem. The second issue was with a hallway where the carpet had become so loose it was wavy. He had to remove one door and cut the carpet in the doorway and pulled it up and pulled it tight with the stretcher tools and cut some off and made a new seam in the doorway and did a really good job. I would use Carpet Pros again.

The carpet was pulled up. I was shown where the floor did not have enough screws and that the home builder pieced the floor together against this wall. The tech drilled more screws into the plywood floor. He drilled screws in between boards where they could be rubbing together when you walked on the floor. He replaced the the carpet and re-stretched the carpet. He also showed me where the installer of the carpet used staples to go through the carpet pad even though we had purchased pet stain resistant carpet pad so that the plywood floor would stay dry in the event of a pet accident. The floor still squeaks, however, I was told that even after the service, the problem may not be corrected.

Second time we have used them. They person who made the appointment and quote was very helpful. The guys that actually did the work were punctual, polite, answered all our questions and did a great job. They were very upfront about what they could and could not get out of the carpets. They actually were able to get some stains out they thought they couldn't. We will use them again.

JB was very punctual, polite and friendly, but more importantly, he did a great job on our carpets. We have four cats, so there are often stains that I can't remove. Also, we had remodeling work done, and stains were tracked across our bedroom carpeting. All rooms look great now. These are my go-to guys for carpet cleaning.

Appointment was easy to set up and they were able to quote over the phone. Arrived on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning all carpet. Areas that had more tough stains were treated and looked very good for age of carpet that had never before been professionally cleaned. Furniture was either set up on foam blocks or used plastic sheeting to protect furniture feet from any dampness. We were very pleased with completed work and price. This included 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, den and small hallway.

Great, showed up on time after calling ahead to confirm he was on his way. Set up and took down equipment carefully. Couch had many stains which came up. Very satisfied!

This is the second time we have used Carpet Pros, and they once again did a great job. The tech, JB, arrived on time, was extremely friendly and courteous, and did the work quickly with minimal interruption to my activities. Our carpets look great!!
