They are wonderful crew to have around there was no need to be afraid to leave them in the home alone. They are very easy to work with, because this is the second time we have used them.

Israel Barker was our salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we came to the showroom to pick out carpet. We told him our requirements, and he steered us to a great group of carpets. Even though, in the midst of the installation yesterday, we made some major changes to what we wanted, Israel was great in helping us figure out what would work best. The owner of the company even came out and was not at all irritated at the changes. He was super to work with as well. I am extremely pleased with this company.

I selected the carpet I wanted and asked for the price of carpet and insulation, I was quoted a price and accepted. This was over the phone when I ordered the work order. I was out of town at the time. When I went in to pay for the carpet I received a receipt as paid in full. No one told me I needed to pay the installer when he finished the job. I felt very bad about the way the installer was treated.

CARPET WAREHOUSE HAS A HUGE ASSORTMENT OF CARPETS OF ABOUT EVERY COLOR AND GRADE. WE FOUND A CARPET THAT WOULD BE PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS AND THEY CUT IT TO SIZE AND BOUND THE EDGES. WE ORDERED IT OVER THE WEEKEND AND THEY PROMISED THE CARPETS READY BY MONDAY AFTERNOON. THERE WAS A PROBLEM AT THEIR SHOP SO THE CARPET WASN'T READY UNTIL TUESDAY AFTERNOON. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND THE SERVICE WAS QUICK. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT, OUR CARPETS FIT THE SPACES PERFECTLY. I WILL DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN IF I NEED CARPETS.

THEY WERE VERY CUSTOMER-SERVICE ORIENTED, VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL AND VERY PATIENT. THEY WENT OVERBOARD TO HELP ME. I REALLY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD GO BACK. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT.

OUR SALESMAN WAS GREAT. HE LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED. WE PICKED OUT THE CARPET ON FRIDAY AND FRIDAY AFTERNOON THE GENTLEMAN CAME TO MEASURE FOR OUR CARPET. WE SCHEDULED OUR INSTALLATION FOR MONDAY MORNING AND AT 8 A.M. MONDAY MORNING THEY CALLED TO SAY THE INSTALLERS WERE ON THEIR WAY! BY NOON THEY WERE FINISHED, COMPLETELY CLEANED UP, FURNITURE PUT BACK IN PLACE, AND EVERYTHING LOOKED GREAT!

LEFT SOME GLUE AND ATTACHED CARPETING MISLAID, BUT CREW CAME BACK AT MY CONVENIENCE AND FIXED IT NICELY. LINOLEUM NICELY LAID. VERY GOOD PRICES FOR MID RANGE PRODUCTS. GENERALLY DEALS IN DISCONTINUED ITEMS SO LARGE QUANTITIES MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE.

GREAT VALUE AND A QUALITY INSTALLATION USING A POWER STRETCHER. VERY PLEASED WITH THE TRANSACTION AND RECOMMEND HIGHLY. CDW REPRESENTATIVE WAS JAYSON. THEY WILL BREAK OUT THE INSTALLATION PRICE SO YOU CAN SAVE MORE IF YOU MOVE THE FURNITURE, REMOVE THE OLD CARPET, OR REUSE YOUR OLD PADDING.

WE NEEDED ODD SIZED AREA RUGS AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. RUGS WERE READY THE NEXT DAY, ON TIME AND AS ORDERED. THEY HAVE HUNDREDS OF CARPET ROLLS FROM WHICH TO PICK.

CARPET IS GOOD QUALITY, THEIR CLEAN-UP WAS GOOD, BUT MEMBER REPORTS THAT THE EDGES HAVE PULLED BACK A BIT SINCE THE INSTALLATION. HOWEVER, SHE STILL GIVES THEM A POSITIVE REPORT.
