The gutters installed by our home builder were inadequate for the amount of roof area that was dumping into the gutters. We were ending up with a mud hole in our front garden bordered by our sidewalk. I called Carolina Seamless Gutters and talked to the owner. He actually came out the same day while I was at work to look at the situation. He called me and said his guys could come out the next day and take care of it. They installed a larger sized gutter, with splash guards and now all the water actually lands in the gutters and is carried away. The owner was prompt about coming out and the job was done while i was at work. I'm totally happy with the results and have already recommended them.

They came when they said they would ( WOW!!)

Patrick came out and gave me a price. I evaluated it against other offers and moved forward with the work. Patrick scheduled it, then unfortunately it snowed on the scheduled date, but Patrick stayed in contact letting me know his plans. As soon as the weather allowed, he arrived and installed the gutters in less than a day. Very satisfied with entire process.

Their price was competitive, they were responsive to all my calls/inquiries and questions. They performed a quality job, and when they were done you couldn't tell that anyone had been at my house. They kept the area very neat and clean. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Rarely does one expect a college educated man to show up to fix your gutters. Patrick is a terrific guy and quickly assessed that the small downspout we had at our screened porch area was causing the overflow problems we were experienceing during heavy rains and must be replaced with a larger commercial sized downspout. We agreed on a price of $160 to replace the down spout and resecure the gutters in the area that had pulled away from the house due to the weight of the water standing in them because the small downspout was the bottle neck during heavy rains. After involving my wife to pick the color to match the existing gutter color he returned promptly the next day with the materials to do the job. He suggested that all the gutters could be more secure with screws vs. nails and I agreed for $50 more he'd put screws in to secure all my gutters including a second story portion of the house. We've had numerous heavy thunderstorms since this work was done and the gutters and downspouts performed very well. I highly recommend Patrick for anyone considering gutter repair and/or installation work.

We first heard about Kevin from another contractor who did some other work for us. We were going to replace the roof last year when we thought about moving. Everything got put on hold because of the employment/economic situation. Decided to pursue it again this year. We reconnected with Kevin and got several other bids. Kevin's price was very competitive and his references were excellent. Before the actual work was done, we discovered some other issues with the house. Kevin was very helpful and rescheduled so that the other work could be completed. The roof looks great, as do the gutters. His crew cleaned up the yard very well. We are very pleased with the work they did and recommended him to several friends.

Even though Patrick forgot to show up the first time, he made it up to me when I called again. He came right out and met with me and analyzed the job. He had the best ideas of any of the people that had already come out to look at the job. Patrick also had the best price. The day of the job, Patrick showed up with Scott and the 2 of them installed the gutters and downspout very quickly. I never knew gutters could be so beautiful! As Patrick said, they completed the look of the roof and added interest. They look like crown molding! I love them! Patrick and Scott were so wonderful to work with. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable! I am so glad I decided to call them back after Patrick forgot, because they were the best! Patrick was just awesome and I look forward to doing business with him again! Also, they have an excellent rating on BBB.

Made arrangements for someone to come out to give an estimate on a Thursday. No show.

i called carolina seamless gutters and roofing for an estimate. a lady answered the phone, then she took my info, and in matter of a couple of days i had an estimate for the job. the owner went to my house took measurements ( i never met with him face to face) then, on the next day i received a call from him, he gave the price for the job, and i hired them. the next day they went and took care of it. it was a job well done. i don't know how long it took them to finish it. but i was pleased when i came back from work and saw the result. and the price was exellent as well.

Company was quick to respond...repair was done within two days of initial contact. Patrick the repairman was punctual and efficient. Hope to use company again.

Kevin was very responsive. The gutters look great. He was able to install the gutters very shortly after the estimate. Thankfully, just in time for a huge rain storm. Gutters work great and helped fix the issue I had with water run-off. I would recommend this company.

I called this company twice to get a quote on new gutters. I called once in September and once in October. Both times I got voicemail and no one ever called me back. I have to assume that they're not interested in new customers from Angies List.

We selected a number of contractors from Angie?s list and we had a few come out and give us an estimate with full cover gutter guard and leaf shelter Kevin called back within hours and within days he had an estimate ready for gutter and leaf shelter Of course we had many questions regarding the leaf shelter and the size of the downspouts and every call we made he took his time to explain the pros and cons Once we made the decision they were out within a week replaced the gutters and oversized downspouts We requested to have the front side downspout routed to the side of the house and he did an excellent job they look great

I called for an estimate, and Kevin told me I didn't need to be there. He called me back, and we went over the estimate over the phone. I had called another gutter service and was waiting for the quotes to compare. I appreciated him explaining things to me and getting me up tp speed on gutters. I was concerned about an upcoming storm, and he ensured that the work was completed before the next storm hit. We also discussed various options to ensure water was directed away from the house, and worked with me to tweak things after the work was complete. He also had to move one of the downspouts as the deck didn't allow for a larger downspout in the existing location. He also had to work to get the larger downspouts to "funnel" into the drainage system. Kevin was great to work with. I'm normally not as involved as I was in this process as I really was not familiar with gutters. Kevin was consistently patient with me as I had concerns about the basement flooding again. He was always available to answer all my questions.

It looks really nice. The price listed includes everything they did. Their price was considerably better than any of the other estimates I received. The work really looks great, my neighbors even comment on how nice it looks. I would hire them again.

They returned our call within four hours; during the call they decided to bring parts for two different gutter types so they could replace the old one on the spot They arrived promptly two days later at the agree-upon time and replaced the gutter within two hours (it was two stories up from ground sloping away from the house) They gave us an estimate before beginning the work and charged that amount They also noted that a neighbor's spotlight had burned out and replaced it free

I was very pleased that the work they did. One thing in particular that I liked about the company was the fact that they were very prompt and gave me a straightforward estimate with no pressure. It took them less than a week to do the entire installation. There was nothing that disappointed me about the company. I would use them again.

They had excellent references. The estimate was the lowest. The sales guy was great and sold us on the product. He stood by his word. He was here when they were installed to make sure everything went correctly.

Mr. Alexander was prompt in providing the quote and was very receptive to my questions when I called a few days later. His crew showed up a day or so earlier than expected, which was fantastic. They called me to tell me they were at the house and were very considerate in answering my questions about the installation since I wasn't home. The installation took place within just a few days of my approval to move forward.

Kevin Alexander (owner) showed up promptly for our initial appointment. I had made the appointment long distance and was only in town for a few days so this was very important to me. We talked at length about the pros and cons of gutter covers and my particular property. He seemed to know his business well and we agreed to have the work done. He has a crew of men that have worked for him for years, so I was assured that he knew they did good work and were trustworthy. The crew showed up and did great a great job. They were respectful, considerate, and made sure to clean up everything before they left. The gutters look beautiful. I had one concern about how one downspout was terminated. I called Kevin and he came right over and changed it to the way I wanted. His warranty consists of 3 years for workmanship and 2 1/2 years for material. I would definitely recommend Kevin and his crew for gutter replacement.

Very positive experience. Kevin was very understanding about coming when we could be here for the estimate then showed up exactly when he said he would to do the work. He and his help were very polite. We felt the price was very reasonable. He made a good suggestion for color of gutter guards which was different from what we thought but he was right and we are pleased with the resulting appearance.
