Carolina Seamless Gutters and Roofing

Great! I did not need to be there while the work was done. They did great.

Kevin kept the estimate appointment as scheduled for gutter replacement and a gutter guard across the back of my house. He showed me several options and explained how each worked. Since I had several companies come to show their products it was a week or so before I made my decision - Kevin and Carolina Seamless Gutters. I liked the product he showed me and he was very professional...and the price was very competative. We scheduled an installation date, his workman showed up on time and the work was done quickly. Clean up was great and the gutter looks good. Job well done! I will certainly call Kevin when I replace the rest of the gutters.

During a particularily bad rainstorm I noticed that water was not flowing through a section of gutters on the side of my home. Instead of flowing into the downspouts, water was cascading over the tops creating a waterfall over my garage door. If I were in Hawaii and enjoying the waterfall in a natural setting, it would be really nice. Since it was occurring on the side of my house, I was less than impressed. Even after checking for leaves and blockages in the gutters, the problem still occurred. I called and spoke with a couple of companies offering gutter repairs, but Kevin's company offered the most competitive price. I called Kevin on Wednesday to ask about prices and he was able to come out the same day to inspect the damage. Based upon his inspection, he recommended replacing the gutters. Kevin offered a fair quote and said he would be able to do the repairs within a day or two. Literally one and a half days later, workmen were at my home tearing down the old gutters and replacing them with new ones. The two men were professional and the job was done quickly. The new gutters look so much better than what was there before. The guys did a great job. The amount quoted for repairs was exactly what was charged. I would definitely use this company again.

Had oversized gutters, downspouts and gutter guard installed. Tore down gutters one afternoon, installed new a couple days later. Would have been sooner but unfortunately a rainy day slowed down plans. Very pleased with work and look of new gutters. The work was done very quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

When I called into the office to schedule a quote on Tuesday, I was told Kevin would call me back to schedule a time. Within just a few hours Kevin called to discuss my needs, and scheduled a time to come out the next day. As I was unable to be at the house, he called me while onsite to discuss a few concerns and answer a few questions. He was professional, thorough, and I could tell he takes great pride in his work. While I had gotten a few quotes from other company's who suggested reusing some of the old downspouts, Kevin said he would do it if I like, but he was concerned about the look and didn't feel comfortable doing that. I valued his honesty, and even with additional downspouts his cost was lower than a few of the people I had spoken too. By Monday I had brand new gutters on my house jsut in time for the spring storms. I appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism. I would definitely use Carolina Seamless Gutters in the futurem, and will more than likely be calling on them next year to install lead guards. Thank you Kevin!

The company website had all of the information I was seeking and the reassuring BBB logo, so I called the phone number. I was placed on hold and listened to several cycles of, "Your call is very important to us", and then instead of being connected to a person I had a steady busy signal. Being a determined individual I called back and literned to many more cycles of, Your call is very important to us", only to have the same result -- the busy signal. I will never know what the quality of their work might be because there are other providers who at least answer the phone.

Kevin was easy to work with. He came and quoted my project while I was not home, and left both the quote and roofing color samples for me. He called to let me know he had been by, and explained the costs to me. I had some discrepancy with the insurance value and the roof quote I received. Kevin worked directly with my adjuster and it turns out the insurer under-valued the replacement. After he spoke to the insurance, they approved the difference. Once I picked a shingle, the roof was scheduled for the following week. They were on time and the roof was completed very quickly and looks great.

After getting a couple quotes for gutter installation on my 1600 square foot 1.5 story house that seemed quite high, I called Carolina Seamless Gutters based on the recommendation of a neighbor. A representative visited my house and provided a $950.00 quote the same day I called. This quote was significantly less than others I had received, so when the representative followed up with me a couple days later, I agreed to use Carolina Seamless Gutters and asked that he provide a color chip for a gutter color that would work with my trim so that I could get HOA approval. Again, when I came home that same day, he had provided two sample color chips. The installation itself was clean and looks great. Then to top off my good experience, I was told that the job was less than estimated and would only be $750.00. I would definitely recommend Carolina Seamless Gutters to others

We are extremely pleased with the quality of shingles, the styling, and color. The crew was very professional, they paid special attention to our concerns, there was absolutely no remaining debri, nails, nothing. Just a beautiful new roof. The customer service was great. I had a person from the company come to my house to access the current condition of my gutters and take measurements. He then gave me an in home demonstration of how the new gutters would work. He provided comparisons and contrasts between the new gutters and the gutters I had. I was not home when the work was done, but I was very happy with the work when I saw it. The company hauled away my old gutters and cleaned up nicely. I decided to go with the company for a few different reasons, but one of the important ones was that my gutters have a lifetime guarantee. If anything ever goes wrong with them, the company will repair or replace them. The job took one day to complete.

Came out when I wasnt home for estimate. Dropped off estimate when I was home later that week. Agreed to price, and they came and installed about 10 days later. There was some rain that delayed them a bit but perfectly understandable. Had to come back and do some minor adjustments. Done without issue.

Original quote to install a gutter in a new area to match our old gutters was $550. After one more site visit to verify everything, we set up the install date. Two days before install, I get a call that the price is going to be $1,100. Seems they quoted a K-Style gutter instead of our half round gutters, even though I'd specifically asked if the initial quote was to match our gutters. Classic bait and switch.

A gentleman arrived for the estimate, on time. He provided me with a written estimate and a description of the work to be done. I had requested a brief time allowance after the removal of the old gutters, to paint the wood behind the gutters. This had not been done in years and the wood needed protection. A team came and removed the old gutters, and left. I did my painting. Then a day later they returned and installed the new pieces. They left no mess and kinda drove off into the sun.

I will use their services again in the future.

Great experience start to finish. The reason I am writing this review now is that I just cleaned the gutters and now I really appreciate the quality - very sturdy! Much easier to clean!!! Would definitely recommend.

We purchased a house that had no gutters at all. The rep came over and reviewed everything with me - he was very honest and helpful. He advised that we didn't even need gutters across the front of the house due to the roof design. He totally listened to my concerns and came up with design for the back that incorporated rain barrels I wanted to install. He called back with a quote within a day or two. When I then called him to go ahead with the install, they were very prompt - I only had to wait a couple of days. The installers came and went very quickly. We are totally pleased with the quality, design, and the company's professionalism.

Patrick came over to estimate the job when he said he would. Was punctual and friendly following up when required. The install went very smooth except for the installers forgetting to secure and add two downspouts to the bottom of the gutter in the front of the home before they left. Called Patrick to let him know there was a slight oversight by the installers with regards to the downspouts. The installers came out first thing Monday morning and took care of it no problem. Overall good communication and follow-up and easy to do business with.

They are wonderful. They are a great company. It is just that we were a little stunned by the price, so we decided not to do that at that time. We were not ready to commit to that price.

They came out and finished in one day. The next day they stopped by to see if we were satisfied with the work. Also received a discount for Angie's list. We were pleased with the product and the service.

Patrick came out promptly to give me an estimate. He sounded very knowledgeable and explained why the type of gutter guard he was recommending would be good for our roof line. The service was performed in a prompt manner and all debris was hauled away.

They were very friendly, extremely quick and they did a really nice job. Everything looks great. They just did a very good and efficient job.

Everything was great! We have an extremely long house and the other quotes we got (which didn't include some areas that these guys did) were more than double the price. They came when they said they would and got the job done that day. We are very happy with how the work turned out and would recommend them to anyone. I did see a couple complaints about them just stopping by to look around to give the estimate. The same thing happened to us but he did call when he was on our street to see if it was ok. It was not a big deal to us at all and the estimator (who also helped with installation) was very knowledgable and professional

I tried to call the company several times to request an estimate but the phone service continuously hung up on me after a couple of minutes. I then faxed a request for an estimate. It took several days to receive a follow-up call. The guy I spoke with was very polite. He said he did not have anyone heading out my way to do an estimate so he did the best he could over the phone. His estimate was higher than others so I selected another company to do the work.
