Great job, beautiful cabinets.

They were thorough and had a lot of options for finishes and woods. They were also able to do some of the other work that comes with re installation of things that had to come out or they could refer you to someone that they would recommend.

They did an excellent job. They were here when they were supposed to be and out when they were supposed to be. There were no hidden costs. I had them come out to fix one minor issue and they made sure it would not happen again. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

It was the most fantastic experience! I was very pleased with them and I had a very professional installation crew. The owner did a nice a nice presentation when he came out to give us the quote.

They did a terrific job. They were extremely good about being prompt and cleaned up extremely well. They were right on with the time it took to complete the job. It was much less expensive than replacing the kitchen cabinets.

I contacted via email and John came over to estimate even it was holiday. They scheduled when I wanted and crew were came over on time and worked from 7 to neary 7 in the evening for three days. We are very happy with a brand new looking cabinets.

From signing the contract to finished project, everything was PERFECT. Dom is an excellent communicator. He keeps in touch, letting you know what to expect and when.Every timeline was right on. They said they'd start at 8:30am on Monday, and they DID!! They are quiet, no loud radios playing, only the sounds of work. They worked non stop, except for short lunch break. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up, put away, floor vacuumed, no dust left to track around the house. They stayed late on the second day to finish. They completely cleaned up, including the inside and outside of cabinets, polished them,vacuumed the kitchen and the driveway!! No sawdust left all over the yard!! You'd never know they were here,except for my amazingly gorgeous, beautiful new kitchen!!! Anything you ask, they do willingly and with a smile. An incredible experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Fantastic. John Marino came out for the original estimate and gave a written quote on the spot. We later added some work and came up with a fair price. Dom came out and measured the cabinets and ordered the materials. Less than 4 wks later, the work was ready to start. Prior to cabinet refacing, had the lighting and granite work done. Tony and Nadine came on the day and time promised and completed the job in 3 days. Were very professional and addressed any question or issue I had. They were hard workers and put up protective barriers so none of the other areas would be dirty. The quality of the workmanship and carpentry was more than excellent. They were very attuned to detail and making us happy with the work. They did some things that I did not ask and made the finished product look more elegant. I love my cabinets, I love my cabinets, I love my cabinets.!!!!!!! I give them the highest recomendation.

I love the finished product; it is exactly what I imagined. But, start to finish this process took almost a year from the time I paid a down payment due to the supplier not providing a wood sample for me to approve. I did not mind paying a premium for this work, but I had to mark 'price' a 'C' because with the premium price charged, this work should have been completed much quicker than it was.

We called Carolina Cabinet Refacing as the 3rd estimate. Not really expecting them to beat the other 2 estimates we had gotten. They were pretty busy so it was hard to find a time they could come out but we finally settled on a date. It really was the final date for me to make a decision since we had a deadline for our house to be on the market. John Marino the owner came out himself. He did all of the measuring and gave me an estimate on the spot. His estimate was about $300.00 more than the one I had decided to use. I told him this and he said show me the estimate and I will beat it by $100.00. I was amazed and then he said they could actually get the cabinets in a week earlier than the other company. So we agreed on the spot to use Carolina Cabinet Refacing and have never regretted our decision. They came back out and remeasured and installed the cabinets on the exact dates they promised. The only problem we encountered at all was the doors were suppose to be drilled for the hinges at the factory and in the rush to get them out they did not do this step. When the installer was at our home and realized this he found someone who could drill the holes on a Saturday. This caused a small delay but nothing major. The house was left clean and the cabinets look wonderful. Can not tell they are not new cabinets.

They were very good. They used 1/4 inch hardwood overlay and solid hardwood doors. The quality and materials were very good. We did the kitchen first and then decided to reface the bathroom cabinet rather than ripping it out and replacing.

Top quality all around. The carpenter was excellent. Everyday the kitchen was left clean and vacuumed of any dust. The job took exactly one week as promised.

Told me they were backlogged 10 weeks! Good for them, but I couldn't wait that long. They were responsive though. I sort of got the impression it was one of those places with a cheesy salespitch.

The estimate and quote experience with John was easy & hassle freed. Dominic and his crew were prompt and cleaned up. The work was of a high quality, and I appreciated their follow up with a couple of issues. We can truly say, we love our cabinets!

My overall experience was positive. The measuring processes took multiple visits and a different company installed the cabinets. Everyone was on time for all appointments and professional. Any issues I had were handled promptly. I am satisfied with the results.

Company was very professional and gave us a bid for cabinet refacing. We have decided not to do the refacing at this time however due to the expense.

The timeline communicated by Carolina Cabinet Refacing was adhered to, the work was completed on time, without incidents and my home was clean and spotless once the job was completed. If all remodeling companies handled themselves, the way the associates of Carolina Cabinet Refacing did, there would never be any complaint against remodeling firms lodged.

Three step process. Owner comes out and "sells." Separate person comes and measures/orders materials. Third person comes and installs. The three don't really talk to each other!

MATT & JUSTIN CAME EACH DAY AT 7:30AM & LEFT LATE AFTERNOON; JUST AS PROMISED. THEY ARE GREAT GUYS, WORK HARD & ARE DEPENDABLE TO DO THE JOB WELL, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT AT HOME. THEY CLEANED UP AT THE END OF EACH DAY. GREAT EXPERIENCE.
