Top quality work! Came out to reface some cabinets in a rental property I have. Cabinets look brand new! I will definitely use them again in the future.

John Marino, the owner asked me to send pictures of existing cabinets. I emailed them and met him at their showroom in Charlotte where he explained to me and my spouse how the refacing process would work. We chose the wood that we wanted for our kitchen and he promptly provided me with an estimate, which I accepted. In a few days, Dominic from the cabinet company came home and took measurements for custom making the cabinets. He was quite confident in his work and presented us a couple of good options for cabinet pullouts that we were initially unaware of. The cabinets arrived a month after the measurements and Dominic installed it over a few days. Dominic arrived on time every day, paid great attention to detail, keeping the noise and dust under check. The quality of installation exceeded my expectations. Overall Great job! I am glad that I chose Carolina Cabinets Reface for my kitchen remodel. I will be posting some pics shortly.

This was one of the best experiences for a remodel / services provided job that we have ever experienced. From the first day we met John in their showroom to discuss what we needed done, it was clear that they would be the ones to remodel our kitchen. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and completely delivered on the final project. He did everything he said he was going to do and was always accommodating with any change we requested, etc. Secondly, his craftsman, Dom, who actually installed our new kitchen cabinets, is a true craftsman in woodworking. We requested some customization and he made it work beyond our expectations and it looks fantastic! He was prompt, professional and did the job very quickly for the amount of work that had to be done. He was meticulous with every detail and treated our project as if he was doing it for himself. We are so happy with how it turned our that we will be having them do our master bath and secondary bath cabinets this summer. The bottom line is: If you are going to remodel your cabinets and your are considering refacing vs. buying a completely new set of cabinets and you do not contact John and his team at Carolina Cabinet Refacing, you have wasted a lot of time, money and anguish because they are the real deal.

They were on time to do the installation and very efficient. We had two pullouts in our cabinets that presented a challenge because we were getting soft-close cabinet doors and drawer facings and the hinge size and placement was different. They took measurements, went back to their shop and engineered new pullouts that work with the new doors. When I had a question on one cabinet door, they returned, examined the door and answered the question to my satisfaction. The doors and facings look and work great and they match the cabinet color almost perfectly. You cannot see a difference in color. Seeing that the original doors were no longer available, I feel this was a great quality and cost-effective way to update the cabinet doors and drawer facings.

Dominique and his wife arrived on time. They were extremely professional and did a fabulous job! I could not have asked for a better outcome. My cabinets look like expensive furniture!!! Could not be happier!!!

We waited over a year to write our review, since durability over time was a huge consideration for us. The installation went extremely well. Dominic's hard work and attention to detail had the cabinet portion of the project done within a day or two. We initially gave him the wrong dimensions for the double oven (the documentation on Lowe's website for that product ID actually pointed to the wrong plans!). He was understanding, and made the required adjustments. The finished product (with the backsplash and granite counter tops, done by 3rd parties that CCR put us in contact with) looked absolutely fantastic, and still do. A year later, we're still extremely happy with our kitchen! CCR did a great job, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome from beginning to end. Very straight forward. no nonsense. Products arrived on time and work was completed in a very neat,clean,and timely fashion. Dom is a total pleasure to work with and completed the work in less than 1 1/2 days. I would absolutely use them again. I LOVE MY CABINETS!

Mr. John Marino came all the way to upper Cleveland County (Casar-Lawndale area) and discussed what we were looking to accomplish and provided various finish samples to choose from. John was very professional, but was so personable that we felt we had know him forever. We have an older farm house and the kitchen was very dark with walnut stained cabinets we had installed in 1990. After various considerations we decided we would go with the white finish. John took measurements and gave us a quote. The cost seemed a little high, but then we had not had any repair work done in some time. But based on our research and reviews, we decided to go with John. Dom and staff also very professional, arrived on time and wasted no time . It was simply fascinating to observe their work. The new doors and cabinets are all soft close which was a great plus. We had a new granite counter top installed before Dom & crew did their thing, and then after the new refacing was completed, we had subway tile installed as the backsplash. Dom and crew cleaned up everything before leaving and other than brand new looking cabinets, you could not tell they had ever been here. We have been most pleased with this product and would highly recommend them.

OMG! They did a fabulous job. The cabinets are beautiful and the work is exquisite. Plus they cleaned up wonderfully. I love my kitchen!

The absolute best experience I've ever had with contractors. The owner, John was my first contact and he was very informative and had an eye for what I needed in my kitchen. Dominque came out 2-3 times because the granite people Laying It Down hired couldn't explain what they wanted and it wasn't communicated properly. I was not charged for any additional work for the over and above service and work Domique performed. They made the time even though it messed up their own schedule. The finished product is a work of art. The cabinets are stunning. They put a plastic shield up to minimize any dust going into the house. I highly recommend them. I have rental properties and have used many contractors and these guys outshine everyone of them 100%.use John called me after the job and had the courtesy to ask how it went, did I like it, explained the warranty again and said to call if I needed anything. They are the best in Charlotte, I should have used the granite company they suggested and the delays would have been avoided. If your doing anything with your kitchen I would call them. I believe they are the BEST.

We called for an estimate and they responded immediately. Work was performed in one day as soon as the materials were received. The house was left neat and clean when the job was completed. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I contacted Carolina Cabinet refacing about updating my kitchen. They responded promptly and were very professional. I ended up getting several quotes on remodeling including refacing the cabinets, putting in new cabinets and purchasing custom cabinets. In the end I found that I could get new cabinets, including tear out and installation, for the same cost (or somewhat less) than refacing. While I understand the aspect of being finished in 3 days (for refacing) versus the process of having the kitchen ripped up for a couple of weeks (new cabinets) I was very surprised at the cost comparisons. If you are considering updating your kitchen I would suggest taking the time to get several quotes so you are well informed.

Professional quality. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, patient. and efficient. They told me what they were going to do, and did exactly that. I love my cabinets is their trademark and I agree. They cleaned up after themselves, put plastic divider up between the kitchen and family room to contain the dust. Good job. I would recommend them.

The overall experience was great. The one thing we weren't satisfied was the matching of the wood grains. They didn't seem to be correct in some places. We have brought it to their attention and as of yet it hasn't been fixed.

John Marino answered my call to redo my cabinets. He knew what he was talking about and was patient in explaining options to me. It takes me a long time to make up my mind. He had samples of the cabinet doors for me to consider. The carpenters who came under the direction of Dom were the best. They did a fantastic job, they were here when they said they would be here, professional in measuring and completing the project. His slogan is "I LOVE my cabinets" I fully agree. Everyone whom I dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, professional and just plain nice. I have referred 2 other friends to him. No complaints whatsoever.

The materials and workmanship are excellent. The installers arrived on time, did their job, cleaned up their mes and left us very satisfied. The installation manager came to inpsect the job before the installers left and took care of making sure we were happy. I had one issue that the installation manager came back for. He was back within 48 hours of my call and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Our cabinets are beautiful. they look as good as new cabinets and we only lost the use of our kitchen for 1 day.

They were really nice, professional and punctual. They had to come back a few times since the wood was a different color than the others. They came back 3 times to make sure it was fixed. They were very prompt, fast and we were really happy with what they did.

I was pleased overall, it took a little longer than I had expected but I was happy with the end product. I would recommend them. It was a little difficult to coordinate in the beginning.

They were thorough and had a lot of options for finishes and woods. They were also able to do some of the other work that comes with re installation of things that had to come out or they could refer you to someone that they would recommend.
