Description of Work: refinished hardwood floors in the living room and stairs. stripped floors, added darker stain and sealed. From the initial quote to the scheduling of appointment and the actual work, all went very well. The workers were prompt, courteous and respectful of our property. They were friendly and did a good job.

Description of Work: I called Buff and Coat for an estimate to buff and re polish the hardwood floors on my main floor. Andrew came promptly and inspected my floors. Surprisingly, he said my floors were in very good shape and just appeared to have a waxy residue from various for shine products I've used over the years. Instead of trying to sell me a service he believed I didn't need, he went to his truck, got some diluted ammonia and cleaned an area in my foyer to show me how the ammonia would dissolve the build-up, which it did. I was so grateful for his honesty and willingness to show me a DIY option. I spent the following weekend on hands and knees using diluted ammonia to clean my floors. They look almost brand new and it cost less than a dollar and my time thanks to Andrew. I didn't use them but would highly recommend them due to my experience. Great to do business with a company you can trust.

Description of Work: He said that the floor damage might still dry out. Told me to wait couple months. Then he would fix the floor if necessary. Would cost approximately $400 to 500. Honest, knowledgable, professional, really nice.
