Best experience I have ever had with a Heat and Air installation. We had both upstairs and down stairs heat units and air units replaced. Cost was $13,600.00. Lathan and Devon were great, as well as the other members of the installation team. Sorry, I do not have the other names. Very competitively priced and workmanship was the best I have seen. Other companies I received quotes from wanted a 50% up front deposit. That would have been almost $7,000.00 dollars up front. I did not pay a thing with Bradham Brothers until the job was complete. I live in Fort Mill, and the city inspector said it was one of the best complete installation jobs he has ever seen. He said quality products were used all the way down to the type of duct tape. Gary Haskins was great when he came out to give me the estimates. Gary was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. After an initial glitch, Shelby was great and very helpful in getting me my rebate from Duke Energy for replacing my old units with energy efficient units. It was an overall great experience. I will be using Bradham Brothers for all my heat and air needs and recommending them to everyone I know.

I called on a Monday morning to say that my AC was running a lot, but not cooling the house properly. They scheduled me for that same afternoon, even though I did not think it was an emergency. Mr. Bradham arrived within a few hours of my call and quickly diagnosed the problem. He charged up the system with freon and cleaned up some coils. I'm so glad I called. The system is working so much better now and the house is cool. Since this was the hottest day of the year so far, I appreciate the quick response!

Called Bradham brothers based on a referral from a co-worker on a Friday. The lady on the other side of the phone said that some of the techs are servicing at that zipcode that day they might be able to look at the issue on the same day. Got a call within couple of hours to schedule and Roger arrived on time. He diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes and explained my options for a temporary fix until the controller board is replaced -- appreciate the honesty about the issue without giving me a runaround. Got a quote to replace the board and got it fixed the same day. Since they are not the dealer for the maker of the AC, they had to buy and pick up the controller board from somewhere else and charged me a trip cost -- which is understandable. After calling back to discuss the flat cost of the controller board (since they bought the board instead of pulling from inventory), they adjusted the initial quote without hesitation -- appreciate the respect for customers time. I probably could have saved a few $$ with deals from other companies, but I think the quality, responsiveness, professionalism and customer service is well worth the value -- good work. Just a suggestion -- I would be even more happier if i would be spared the callback.

The AC unit that cools our kid's bedrooms stopped working one evening, so we were looking for a quick diagnosis. We called Bradham Brothers at 8:30am. They had a full schedule, but said they would try to work us in as soon as possible. An hour later, they called and said a technician was on the way. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, and diagnosed our issue in less than 15 minutes. He said we had a slow leak and added 2lbs of freon. He recommended we have the unit checked again in the fall to determine how fast the unit is leaking, and determine if any additional repairs are needed. He was in and out in less than 40 minutes. I will definitely use them again!

First time turning on AC for the year and it did not work...so in addition to it being rather hot we were having company for the weekend. I called my usual service provider and they would not even offer service until after the weekend. Called Bradham and they immediately offered emergency service, which we decided I did not need but they had someone out first thing on Saturday morning..pretty impressive..less than 24 hour response time....they provided a solution to get me through the weekend so that my company was comfortable and was there to replace the unit on Monday. This entire experience was very professional and beyond what I could even expect...they discussed all options with me..had time for all of my questions and I think the most important thing is they treated me with concern and really wanted to help.... The professionalism from the first phone contact to the technicians that installed the unit was awesome...the technicians were VERY courteous and very careful when entering the house and protecting my floors...beyond my expectations....EXCELLENT service from beginning to end... Will definitely use them in the future......

It was a referral from a neighbor. The service was excellent and so was the staff- everything was top notch. They were very prompt.

I have used Bradham Brothers for years to service my old AC and furnace and used Bradham Brothers to install new today. Prompt, professional and courteous. Communication was EXCELLENT! Kelly initially gave me the quote and walked through everything they would do when the installers were here. During the install process, they answered any questions I had and made sure I was kept informed throughout the day. It is a pleasure to work with this company

I wrote a review in July of Bradham's excellent service while installing my new A/C condenser and coil, so I had high expectations, I'm happy to report Bradham met them again. Not only were they able to get a technician to the house quickly, but also their scheduler/receptionist was great about calling me 30 minutes ahead of time so that I could get home from the office to meet them. They were spot on time, and fixed the problem quickly. The technician, David, was thoughtful, courteous, and efficient. I don't have enough expeience generally to make a comment on pricing of repairs relative to other HVAC service shops, but my impression is that their pricing is extremely competitive. I will use Bradham for the next call.

Furnace (high effeciency) Water was coming out furnace and then we found out drip pan had leak and not holding water, so water ended up on floor. Bradham rep (Roger) figured out it was condensation pump not working and a plastic pipe inside furnace had come loose. Roger fixed both and caulked the drip pan. Happy ending no more problems

We interfaced with several members of this organization. Each arrived when they said they would, each was impressively professional and each demonstrated the utmost respect and consideration. A wonderful company to work with. I am proud to recommend them.

I wasn't going to write a report as this was just a service call. But, I recently started using the heat pack to heat my first floor. The unit has been running so quietly and there was no smell that you sometimes get when you first turn on heat. So, I decided to write a report which I should have done anyway. David was the technician sent to service my units. He did a great job cleaning and servicing the units. It was definitely the right decision to get my units serviced. David also advised me that my heat pump is running fine and does not need to be replaced. Needless to say, I was happy to hear that. Bradham Brothers was the HVAC company that replaced my Heat Pack in 2008.

They were excellent. They explained everything very well. They put in a trying product at a very reasonable cost. The team came in that day and did a great job. It took the whole day and I expected it. They were recommended by another user.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and its people. I obtained other estimates. With Bradham I asked to specifically deal with Rodney Bradham based on Angie's List reviews. He returned my call promptly, made an appt. and arrived on time. Dealing with Rodney was a joy. He is polite, courteous, knowledgeable. He has decades of experience and there wasn't any question that he couldn't answer. Plus, he educated me on things about which I knew nothing and didn't know enough to ask. I just knew instantly that I was dealing with an honorable gentleman/businessman which is of utmost importance to me. He patiently went through three scenarios/proposals with me, in great detail. Bradham's cost proposals were very fair and competitive. I made my selection; we set an installation date. Crew arrived right on time; Laythan and Rodney's son Pete, and Rusty, were exceptional in making everything happen. The crew worked patiently for two days in a cramped attic space and got it all done just right without doing any damage or making a mess. I can't remember all the other crew members names but it was a substantial crew and they were all wonderful in every way. The first morning after they were gone I got confused on how to use the thermostat; I placed a call for Rodney or Rusty; Rodney returned the call promptly and immediately sent a service tech to my house to set me straight. Bradham's quality expertise and responsiveness is beyond reproach.

On the same day, I switched the unit on and it did not work. They came back again on the same day and found out that a wire had been burnt and they replaced that. Then it worked fine. I've used them for about a year.

As luck would have it, our downstairs AC went out during the hottest week of the year. We called several locations for quotes and and to see when we could get it replaced. Bradham Brothers was very reasonable and the best part was that they came first thing the next day to replace the unit. The work was completed in about half a day. We only had to go without our AC for a day or so. I really do appreciate the quick turnaround. They were very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Every technician is absolutely great. Professional. Personable. Knowledgeable. Honest. Social. Punctual. Responsible (about clean shoes, detailed work, unhurried and methodical with diagnostics and repairs (not a 'rip-and-replace').

Our old air conditioner needed replacing, so we got estimates from three different companies. Bradham Brothers provided a very competitive quote on a Trane unit, and their representative was knowledgeable, professional, and likable. He pointed out a couple of things that the other company did not, such as the fact that our a/c coil unit should have a drip pan that also ran underneath our furnace, and they installed that pan at no added cost (not an upsell, just courtesy). They were able to schedule us the same week I called, whereas another company said it might be several weeks before we could get our new unit (in July!). Every person who came to our house was cheerful, professional, and worked with a sense of urgency. The estimates we got from two companies were the same Trane unit but Bradham's quote was slightly less and the third company wanted MORE for a lesser unit from a not-as-reputable brand. I would not hesitate to use Bradham Brothers again.

Fast response! Our company air conditioner went out over the holiday weekend. We came in at 7:30 am on Monday, called Bradham Brothers by 8:30 am, and they were at office by 10:15 am. Fast and efficient.

Bradham Brothers exceeded my expectation of service by performing exactly as they said they would. I left a voicemail on their company line yesterday, just after they closed, and received a call from Larry later than evening. He informed me that the office would give me a call in the morning to schedule an appointment. The office did just that with an 8am phone call informing me that they would be here today, and would call with an exact time as their schedule opened up. Less than an hour later, I received a call back informing me that Rusty was on his way over and would take care of everything that I need. Once Rusty arrived, he briefly discussed the problems that I'm having and went straight to work! To my surprise, Rusty did not try to upsell me on anything and came back with what I felt was a reasonable quote. While I'm not thrilled about the price, the AC system that is here is an older unit and operates on the old refrigerant. Keeping this in mind, I had a suspicion that the refrigerant would be expensive. I left them an A rating for price as I too operate a business and know that there are fixed costs that cannot be overcome. Having operated a mold remediation company in South Florida for the past 5 years, I've seen my fair share of scam artist AC contractors and the folks you really don't want working in your home. Rusty and the rest of the Bradham team were nothing of the sort. In fact, they are one of the handful of companies in this industry that seem to only want to assist their clients. To everyone that I had the pleasure of speaking and dealing with between yesterday and today, I thank you for your quality service. Most importantly, I thank you for reminding me that quality, honest, hard-working companies still exist in the construction industry. Keep up the great work!

They were professional, friendly, helpful, prompt, just generally great! They even helped us look for a dead animal.

Last Friday I noticed my 2-year old Trane system didn't blow enough cool air as expected so I called Bradham Brothers to report the issue. 40 minutes later a nice gentleman showed up on my door and started checking the unit. It was diagnosed as bad thermal expansion valve (TXV), which is quite a common issue with Trane per Google search results. Then the part was ordered and installation was done early morning Saturday so I got cool air immediately. Two days later they came out to check Freon level again making sure everything is good in order. These services and labors are fully covered by the warranty thus no out of pocket cost at all. I am very impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism this company demonstrated in taking care of customers. Good job!

They were prompt and professional. Second time using them and will do so again.

First of all, they are a top notch group to work with. They really know their stuff. My systems were old and at the end of their life. I had a traditional gas/central system. What they replaced them with is far more efficient than what we had simply because the heatpump can provide heating in the cool periods (approximately 40 to 60 degrees) when a full gas furnace is overkill. Second, they were nearly $5,000 lower than quotes from other contractors for the same systems. They were a good group of folks to work with, professional and on time. I would recommend them highly.

We had a home inspection and were advised that we were on borrowed time with our HVAC upstairs and downstairs units. We had previously used BB to install one AC unit so reached out to them for estimates. We knew from past experience that they were honest, straight shooters and professional and courteous and polite. Even though we were pleased with them, we did bid it out to some other HVAC companies. The other companies came in about 55% higher in their estimates . I had experience with the "big boys" before and knew what to expect from their sales pitches and they werre the same this time. Very telling, when I told one of the bigger companies that they were competing with Bradham Brothers he flat out told me that BB would beat them on price because Bradham just didn't have the overhead that they did. IN between the time to install, Gary, our sales rep with Bradham, did send one of his service techs out free to put more freon in the old unit because he didn't like the level it was at upon his inspection. We had a slight problem after installation that occurred the first weekend (Memorial Day Weekend) and even though i called that Saturday and left message that it could wait until they returned to the office during the week, the owner Larry dispatched someone before we could leave for church on Sunday to have it repaired. These guys have always treated us with respect, never tried to sell us things we didn't need or ask for or use scare tactics. Very honest and seem to sincerely appreciate our business. I cant recommend them enough.

I always use them. Have replaced one system and will have them replace the remaining system when needed.
