Description of Work: We contracted with Bradham Bros to replace our upstairs A/C unit, plus furnace. They were very professional and offered very favorable financing options in comparison to the others. While you always hate to spend money on things like this, they made it as painless and seamless as possible.

Description of Work: We did not use this company, but they came out and gave us an estimate. The company was very friendly, prompt, and the prices were competitive.

Description of Work: We had to replace our 19 year old HVAC system. I talked to five (5) top Angie's List Super Service HVAC contractors. Then I saw the excellent article about Bradham Brothers HVAC in the October issue of the Angie's list magazine. I called them and they came out right away and talked to me about what I needed and what they recommended. The salesman really knew his systems. I had studied different manufacturers and he answered all of my questions. He gave us an excellent deal and they installed it the next week. Thank goodness we got our new system before this horrible winter. The installation crew from Bradham Brothers did an excellent job. They were professional, polite, efficient and very very neat with their work. We have saved about 30% off of our energy bills each month because we bought this more efficient system. And that was comparing this horrible winter to last years more temperate winter. The system is extremely quite. We are extremely happy with the Bradham Brothers company, their workers and the product they sell. They are excellent.

Description of Work: We suspected a gas leak in the house and one of the furnaces was not working. Bradham Brothers provided same day service which was extremely helpful. The first set of technicians believed the furnaces should be replaced and were not able to clearly identify a gas leak. The next day a second team came by and was able to identify 3 small leaks as well as the probable site of an additional leak. They also meticulously reinspected the furnaces and were able to leave them in good working condition without trying to sell me two new appliances which we evidently didn't need. We received an additional phone call the following day to make sure that all was well. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My neighbor owns and HVAC company and I use him to service my two units. Last week my lower unit went out while I was out of town. I called him and he diagnosed the problem as a broken exhaust blower. He "ordered" the part and said it would be in by Friday. Long story short it did not come in and he said it may not "be in" by monday. On Sunday I call Bradham and got a call right back. Larry told me he could get the part on Monday and he may even have a used blower that would work until then. Because it was not too cold I desided to wait. I called back on Monday morning and by before noon Larry and his brother had my heat up and running again with a new part. They have a customer for life.

Bradham arrived on time...............very professional...............and fixed the problem/ Morris J wanted me to spend eight thousand because I absolutely needed a new unit NOT

Description of Work: Our air conditioning quit working. We called Bradham Brothers and they sent someone over this afternoon. We had a number of issues, all handled, and we are back up and running. We used the $35 on line Angie's List couple too. They added freon at the end, just to be sure this doesn't happen again.

Description of Work: Service call. Unit had switched off and I didn't know how to restart it. The technician checked everything over and showed me how to restart it myself if it happens again. He was very careful and helpful.
