Description of Work: If you need a new HVAC system do yourself and your wallet a favor and call Bradham for a quote. Price range for the exactly the same system was all over the map. I received 4 quotes for the same system - Bradham beat everyone on price and the ease of the sale. "need a new thermostat for another system so they match (web controlled) - $200.00". Others were $350. "Don't need the 16" line - take off $200.00". That's what I mean by "ease of the sale". I normally do my own repairs around the house. HVAC is out of my league, but I know what the end result should look like. The Installation was done right the first time.

Description of Work: Bradham Brothers came out to diagnosis an issue with my very old, non-Trane forced air heating system. Not only was he able to diagnose the problem, he fixed the issue and serviced the unit! A very happy customer to have my old heating system running for this season and to have a contact for an quote as I move towards full replacement during a renovation.

Description of Work: I called when our upstairs air went out. They were very nice and courteous over the phone, scheduled and appointment and showed up on time. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part needed on his truck. We needed a new motor on one of our units. He was in and out in about and hour and was professional and explained the problem and gave me a quote before proceeding with the work. All-around a great experience. I will definitely used them again!
