Their technician was right on time and was very thorough. We have a unit in our attic and in our basement, he put everything back that he needed to move for the maintenance when he was finished. He explained everything to me and showed me exactly what he did and was very efficient.

The installation of two HVAC units (upstairs and downstairs) was a precise, punctual and provided attention to our needs. We were shocked to see the condition of the old units they removed which had been "serviced" by another company. They cleaned up everything and inspected the work afterwards. They made all the arrangements for proper City inspections and even provided us documents to submit for energy rebates and tax credits! We couldn't be more pleased in the quality of the product and the craftsmanship of the installation.

We recently purchased a new house that had an ancient furnace/AC unit and uninsulated ductwork from the 60's. They did a very thorough job in sizing the equipment via a load analysis and worked with my wife and I to balance functionality with aesthetics in placing the new vents and returns. The install crew was great, they came when they said, the job took the amount of time they estimated, they kept the place clean and were courteous. While it may sound corny, it felt like it was an old friend of the family was doing the work. So far, a nice cool house and a very quiet system.

During my first service call, the technician found that both of my HVAC units needed freon. He determined that there may be a leak in each unit. Since, my downstairs unit was still under warranty, I decided to have that unit checked out. A technician came back to check for a leak and a leak was found in the indoor coil. The part was ordered and a technician came back to replace the part. I decided to wait and confirm that there may be a leak in the upstairs unit since it was four years since freon was last needed for that unit.

I purchased this Trane Unit from Bradham Brothers several years ago and was very impressed with their overall professionalism and quality of service. From the initial sales meeting to the installation, everything went smooth. I've had a couple of warranty repair visits from them since and both were handled with courtesy and promptness. Special kudos to their service rep named Daniel. This visit in June was just a scheduled visit for a check-up. The gentleman showed up on time, went about his work and was all finished within 25 minutes. He even remembered to cut off the light and lock the door to my crawlspace, something most service people seem to forget.

Went fantastic. They went above and beyond by removing 50 year old oil burner parts that have been under the house unused for decades. They did this on their own and it helped tremendously.

Technician was friendly, but a few snags with the scheduling & expectations. Called on saturday morning for service to my a/c that went out fri night. Didn't think they would be available until later in the day, then the doorbell rings at 9am. No pre-call that they were on their way or that i was even really scheduled. Tech was quick and found it was the drain clogged that shut everything down. Cleared it & gave recommendations, but didn't check entire system to be sure that's all it was. Told me that sat service is "emergency" and just does minimum to get a/c running. Glad it is running, but Wish someone had told me this, as i usually have low freon from a leak, etc so would have been nice to be check so i can be sure that isn't an issue too that will hit me soon. Price was higher because it was saturday, but didn't get same standard of service.

Wonderful experience - highly recommend. I obtained three quotes - though Bradham was not the cheapest, they weren't far off. Randy provided the quote. He was on time, extremely professional, left me with a clear and complete quote inclusive of spec sheets showing and describing the units I would be purchasing as well as two other options for comparison. The material was very clear and easy to understand. They were able to slot me into a very tight timeframe for installation which required two days to complete. Every single person that showed up for the company was introduced to me so I knew not only who was in my home was but what that person was there to do. At the end of day one, the guys recapped the work completed and explained the next day's activities confirming arrival times. My experience is that this is one well oiled team. I have already recommended them to several other people for like services. Interesting to see Bradhams' quote for one friend was exactly the same as mine for exact services holding true to their prices. Another vendor I obtained a perspective for increased my friends quote by $5,000 for the exact same deliverables.

From start to finish, this was the best repair service I have ever experienced. I left a voicemail over the weekend and I received a call Monday at 8:01 am. Kelly came out that afternoon and once we gave the OK to start, within 72 hours (peak season too) we had a new unit, done in one day. Passed inspection on the first attempt. Great follow up too.

Charlie from Bradham Bros was amazing. He showed up on time after a call ahead notice and was very thorough going through their checklist, and explaining everything to me. I have a filter at a weird/dangerous location in my home, so he communicated with his supervisor to have someone come back out with a telescopic ladder to put my filter in free of charge. Would highly recommend Charlie and Bradham Bros to anyone.

Excellent service. Correctly diagnosed the issue and even told me that it was still under partial warranty, which the other companies that I had do bids neglected to tell me.

I waited until heating season to post this. I wanted to make sure there were no issues with the heating portion of my system. There aren't any. My A/C suddenly couldn't sufficiently cool my house. I called Bradham Brothers. They came out that same morning. The technician quickly diagnosed that one of the compressor valves failed. Since it was a 10 year old, trouble prone, inefficient unit, it was time to replace it. An estimator came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable about how efficient of a unit I could purchase, based on the the location of the outdoor unit and the indoor units. I signed up for a complete replacement for my heating/cooling system. As a courtesy, 2 days later they came out, at no additional charge, to replace my outdoor unit with a used unit they had salvaged from another installation. This kept me cool until they could schedule my work. The installation was flawlessly. They placed runners on all the paths to my attic to protect the carpet. The work was completed in less than a day. They had me inspect their work to make sure that I was satisfied. It was so much better workmanship than my builder's installers. Through no fault of Bradham, some drywall was damaged when they removed a hatch to pass the equipment through (the builder didn't install the hatch correctly). Despite that, Bradham sent out a repairman to fix the drywall, buy color matched paint, and repaint the repair. Again, at no additional charge to me. I've used Bradham exclusively for the past 8 years. They will be the only HVAC company that I will ever use in the Charlotte area. The building inspector that inspected the installation told me that Bradham was one of 2 companies that he would ever use. He should know!

New customer, came out the morning we called when our heat was not turning on. Found a float switch had been triggered...reset it, paid the $89 diag fee. Fast, honest, great! Today, the switch went bad again, they came out again fast...same morning we called, checked it, determined switch must be bad and bypassed it (since unit is in the crawl space and not as necessary)....no charge since they came out a few weeks back for the same issue. Never write reviews....I truly appreciate the speed and honesty of their work. They will have my business forever if they keep this up.

Got up Monday am and air conditioner was not working. Had an appointment, so I called them on the way. They were on their way when I got out of my appointment despite it being in the hottest period of the year. Tech arrived right on time and said air cond was grounded and fan was blown-suggested I replace unit. I have never been happy with unit so I asked when someone could come out and give me prices. A few hours later, a sales person met me at home, gave me suggestions and helped me with the decision. They were already booked Tuesday but Wednesday am a crew showed up right on time and 2 days later I have a new air conditioner and zone control. I've already noticed I keep my air 2-4 degrees higher and now it's cool and because of the zone control, we are able to keep the heat lower. The service was great, crew was professional and I can't be happier. Even the price didn't seem to bad for all I had done. these guys will be my go-to for service from now on.

They are an A+ and a 100%. They are very honest and reliable. I have used them in the past and I've never had an issue with them. I got several estimates and they were pretty much on par with the rest of the estimates.

We recently purchased our home and five weeks into the purchase the upstairs AC until stopped functioning. We contacted the Home Warranty company and they sent over a contractor. However, that contractor took five business days to schedule the appointment. They diagnosed the problem but had to order the part. Five business days later they still did not have the part in and would not schedule the followup repair until the part arrived. Since it was mid-summer with temperatures consistently in the mid-90s with high humidity, it was already going on two weeks and we could not wait for a repair any longer. We contacted Bradham and found out that all parts and labor were still under warranty from the year-old system (we transferred ownership from the seller). The same day we called, they sent a technician to our house. He immediately identified the problem - which was different from the home warranty contractor. Two days later they fixed the problem and cool air began circulating through the house. The technicians were professional and trustworthy, and had we not contacted them we would probably still be dealing with problems on the HVAC unit as the other contractor misdiagnosed the issue and would have completed unnecessary repairs/work on the unit. We will certainly look to Bradham for our future HVAC needs.

I realized at midnight that I could hear one of our AC units outside continuing to try to work - it had a cycling sound going on that wasn't normal. I then realized that it was MUCH hotter downstairs than it should be...and then realized that no air was coming out of the vents. I turned off the AC system and went to bed. I called Bradham the next morning, and within hours, they sent someone out to my house. I'd love to tell you I completely understand what happened, but a blower motor stopped working which fried out a condensate pump (I think)? Needless to say, the technician provided me with the non-working parts, and spent quite a while outside and in my crawlspace making sure everything worked. We're still good three weeks later, and I appreciate the speed with which Bradham sent someone out to my home.
