I called on a Sunday because the a/c didn't work, but requested non-emergency service to save money. The office called me at 8:00 am Monday morning to ask about the problem and said a technician could come that day. They called back 10 minutes later to say he could be here within the hour. He arrived around 9:00 am. Very responsive service! The a/c works great now.

The overall experience was wonderful.

I called on a Wednesday and had a technician at my place on Friday to do a check up and tune up of my a/c system. The receptionist was great, and mailed me a yearly contract (I asked) and I was able to read it over before the work was performed. I chose to go with the contract which includes one tune-up of the a/c and one tune up of the furnace per year for $220. The technician was really nice, explained what he was doing, changed my filters and installed a drain valve on the attic part of the a/c. He also gave me tips about keeping the drain clear each month, which was really helpful. They definitely are not into the hard sell, and told me not to worry about my old system until something happened, and told me my current one was fine for now. I highly recommend this company,and will definitely use them in the future.

They arrived on time, did everything promised, and honored the Angie's list coupon. I was very satisfied.

They were all professional. Did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. They were on time and were there when they said they would be.

The gentleman who came to our house, Rodney, was very nice and did a fantastic job of helping us to understand the different elements of the system, how they worked together and what our options were. His price was excellent as well. Honestly -- it was about the same as the other company we went with and he offered a good discount for Angie's List members. In the end, we had a difficult choice between the two companies and would be just as likely to choose Bradham Brothers for our next heating/ac job.

Wow. What an experience. Love love love them. I've told all my friends and co-workers. Everybody wanted to sell me a new unit. Rodney came out, to estimate a new unit, gave the the numbers and then said the magic words "If it was me, this is what I would do''...that's what I want to hear! He said my unit was running fine, I've had no problems, so I should just replace the motor and capacitor. It works beautifully!!! When I DO replace the furnace, these guys are gonna do it! Also, thanks to june in the office! I'm so happy I could dance!

Representative, Rodney Bradham, was initial contact. Very good 1st impression. Very honest & trustworthy. He answered all questions, promptly returned calls, did research, etc. Techs came on time & replaced coils & tested unit. Price includes 10 year warranty on new coils. I would definitely recommend this company.

They're price is competitive, and they do a good job.

These guys are great. We thought our heating cooling unit was 10 years older than it actually was, so when we were getting estimates on fixing the heat exchange most of the people that looked at it told us to replace the whole system. Not one of the six other companies that we had out there giving estimates actually verified the date of manufacture, or if they did, no one told us that the unit was actually only 5 years old. Mr. Bradham came out to the house, took a look at it, and told us there was no reason to spend 5K on a new unit when the heat exchange on ours was still under warranty!! Thanks to his honesty, he now has a lifetime customer.

I am always pleased with Bradham Brothers service. In today's case, I was having trouble with Piedmont Nat Gas in getting them to realize that the meter was turned off and that they needed to send a rep to turn on the gas, not just drive by and read the meter. Bradham Bros rep ordered my motherboard, but without the gas on, they couldn't do anything more. But they stayed in contact with me to find out when the gas was turned out - then they were able to pick up the part and come out to fix the furnace as soon as the gas was on. And they were able to send the same guy (Randy I think)! June at the office was very helpful and kind on her end - making sure I got the service today considering all the problems I was having with Piedmont NG. Overall, if you want a company that cares what you think and wants you to call them back, then please use Bradham Brothers.

Very friendly, came the same morning I called. I asked about a service agreement and they left one with us.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE FIELD. EXCELLENT DESCRIPTION IN MEETING WITH THE OWNER.

On time, polite, quick to come out and check the problem.

TWO DAYS LATER IT WAS LEAKING AGAIN, BUT I WOULD SAY THEY DID WHAT THEY CAME TO DO. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND CAME FAIRLY QUICKLY. THEY WERE REALLY NICE.

I chose Bradham Brothers because of their excellent reports on Angie's List. After the initial installation, I felt that the noise from the heat pump was excessive and asked that it be corrected. (I had been told that it was a scroll compressor which my research had led me to believe was quieter. That turned out not to be the case with this unit and I was initially disturbed about that.) But they did work very hard, came several times, and ultimately came up with a solution which I could live with. One hitch is worth mentioning. When the electrical inspector came, he notified me that the humidifier they had installed had no electrical power connected to it (which I would never have known - inspectors do provide a good service for the consumer). Bradham Brothers promptly corrected that oversight. Overall, I am pleased with their attention to my needs and would use them again.

Pete Bradham was great - friendly, knew his stuff, answered all our questions, and recommended things to solve the heating and cooling problems we've had in our house. I had 3 quotes for nearly identical equipment, and Bradham's was lower than both of the others. System installation was on time and crew was friendly. There were several minor problems on follow-through, though. Electrical hook-up work that had to be done never seemed to get scheduled until we called back several times. Condensate pump was wired into a circuit that only worked when crawl space light was on, and they never noticed - and pump did not work after wiring was fixed. They replaced the pump, but again it did not work - and apparently was not tested when they installed it, because failure was due to packing that was never removed. New cold air return vent that was promised was never installed. Overall, however, Bradham did a good job and I would use them again.

The technician who came to our house was very professional. He completed the work the same day. It seemed kind of expensive, but I think it was worth it.

Patrick, the service tech, was very professional, polite, and informative. We were so impressed, we signed up for the annual service, which helped cover that day's service call and ensured that they would come out twice a year to check the heating and AC system. Patrick said that they would call the following week to set up a time for our first visit, because we really needed it. Two weeks have gone by, and we've not yet heard back from Bradham Brothers. Granted it has been the busy holiday season, still I'd expected them to follow up like they said they would. I'll call next week and set up a time for them to come by.

I left a message early Tuesday morning before they opened, and called again at 10am when I had not received a return call. The technician (Rusty) came to my home around 1pm. He seemed knowledgeable and was very polite. I expected the company would recommend a new system as the current system is 25+- years old, and was pleased that the technician evaluated the system and suggested what I thought were necessary repairs as I had inspected the system myself before I called. The work was completed the same afternoon, as he had the parts with him. I am pleased with the work, and would use the company again.

THE TELEPHONE STAFF AT BRADHAM IS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME OUT WAS ON TIME AND POLITE, VERY HELPFUL WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS AND IF HE DIDN'T KNOW THE ANSWER, CALLED THE OFFICE TO GET ONE. A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

ALL MY CONTACTS WITH BRADHAM WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. LARRY WAS CAREFUL TO EXPLAIN THE REASONS THAT HE SUGGESTED THE EQUIPMENT THAT HE DID. HE CLARIFIED ALL MY CONCERNS AND GAVE US A GOOD PRICE. THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND WORKED VERY HARD, COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION IN A SINGLE DAY. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CAREFUL TO BE MINDFUL OF MY DOGS AND NOT LET THEM OUT. THEY CHECKED AND RECHECKED EVERYTHING.
