My air conditioning unit quit working the night before and we've been experiencing unusually hot days at the end of June. They were the third company I called to come out (third time is the charm). Not only did they have the quickest response time, he quickly found the problem and promptly fixed it. I'm very happy with the overall experience and will definitely use them again.

They were out within a half an hour of our call on a Saturday at 4:30pm. I cannot say enough good about them. The person on the phone helped my husband diagnose the problem, and the service man that came out was very helpful and did a great job. We will be using Bradham Brothers again.

Called and scheduled an appointment to come and give an estimate. Did so very quickly -- the next day -- and installed the system the day after we decided to use them. Price was reasonable and service was very quick. It was a very comfortable transaction.

Very professional, didn't "talk down" to me, promptly diagnosed problem and fixed it.

Beyond wonderful. Bradham Brothers restored trust which had been severely violated. Their employees were so gracious and went above and beyond the call of duty. They came out twice in one day to check and verify if the unit was leaking. When confidence is lost in the service industry, because badly managed companies that take advantage of situations and falsely charge for services and supplies not needed, it's hard to believe you'll find a reputable company again. But Bradham Brothers proved that there are companies that take pride in their work, are customer focused and customer caring. They value their reputation and what the "customer chit chat" says. I'm thrilled to be a Bradham Brothers customer.

I called Bradham Brothers at 6:30 PM(after hours) due to a problem with my AC unit. I left a message, expecting to hear from someone the next morning. Instead, I received a call from Rodney Bradham around 7:30 PM. He asked about my problem and proceeded to make a variety of suggestions (reminding me to use extreme caution) about what I could check myself in order to avoid a service call (what owner of a company does this?!?), in case it was a minor issue. At the end of the call he said that if I could not resolve the problem myself to call and someone would be in touch first thing in the morning. With his suggestions, I was able to actually locate the problem and resolve the issue. I am astounded. Not only did the owner of the company return my call, he did so after hours and gave free advice on working through the issue. While Bradham Brothers didn't earn a cent from me on this issue, they have my total respect - PRICELESS. And they will have all my future business.

Everyone on the phone was pleasant and helpful. Both servicemen were prompt, polite and professional.

They were great. They crawled under the house and inspected the duct work. They also gave us a rebate. We were very happy with their services.

This was the first estimate I received and I should have just stopped. Within the first 10 min of arrival, Rodney Bradham determined that my heat exchanger was under warranty and could be replaced for less than $1,000. No one else was upfront about this option. Rodney patiently answered every question, came to my house twice, performed a load calculation, priced 6 different options, and actually listened to what I said I wanted. Every other contractor was adamant about the higher efficiency (more expensive) furnaces, the incremental cost of which I would probably never recover. Rodney gave me a used air conditioning unit (mine was 14 years old). He also threw in a one-year service agreement. Everyone who came to my house was polite, efficient and professional. Their price was competitive, and the install passed inspection with flying colors. I was very pleased. In fact, I wrote a thank you note with my check. I don't think I have ever done that before.

Professional and punctual from start to finish! They were very contentious to cover all the carpets and floors. Cleaned up and removed debris daily. Job was started on the scheduled date and finished a day early. The best summary I can report is when the inspector came out from Mecklenburg County to check the job, he said, "This job is perfect in every way. Quality work, quality parts; you've received the highest rating I can give. You chose a quality company". I agree! We received 4 other quotes before choosing Bradham Brothers. Their quote was a little higher than one other but the quality of their work and products used was well worth it! After reading the reports on Angie's List I felt this was a company I could trust, the others were questionable. They were trustworthy! I felt comfortable with the men who came into my home and I also felt comfortable leaving them here when I couldn't be at home.

The whole process went very well. Larry Bradham arrived on time to do the estimate, the team that did the installation was very professional and knowledgeable. This is the second job I have had Bradham Brothers do for me, and I would hire them again.

I called for a service visit based on Angie's List feedback provided for this company. They did a fantastic job throughout. On the same day I called, a service tech was sent to our home. He was thorough in explanation of what he found, what he needed to do to fix it, & the expense that would be involved. I highly recommend this company!

They were wonderful. I talked to 6 different companies, & they came in $1000 under what the other companies gave me. They did not try to sell me any upgraded systems that were too large for my home. He came out & fixed a malfunctioning floater switch at no charge. Their 10 year warranty was much cheaper than the other companies as well. I was just delighted with them. I didn't hire them until 3 weeks after the initial estimate, because I wanted to get more quotes, & they still came out the very next day to begin work!

This was the second company we called. The first one wanted to replace the existing unit for $5500-7000 and that still would not have addressed the freon leak which would have also added another $1000 to the total project. Bradham Brothers came out and was very professional, they took time to follow the issue, scheduled the 2nd and 3rd visit quickly and followed-through. We came out of this more hopeful that we didn't really need to replace the entire unit yet, it still has some life. They finished off the new line with a covering or gutter that blends with the siding of the house. We were very pleased with the entire process. Thank you.

I worked directly with Larry Bradham. He was not pushy at all (unlike Dan King) and gave me several options to choose from. He was very timely, and I have NEVER HAD A CONTRACTOR BE SO RESPONSIVE. I called him one day right before lunch, and by the time I got back he had called me back twice!!!! Trust me, you can't go wrong with these guys. They know what they're doing, they're fair and they are good.

Bradham Brothers was very responsive to the extra service to the heating unit that was required at the last minute. John was the technician that handled today's service call. He was prompt and professional. He explained the problem with the heating unit and what he was doing to replace the part that was needed. Since we have a service agreement, they only charged us for the replaced part, which was incredibly reasonable. It would have cost twice as much with another company. He also serviced our A/C unit to prepare it for the summer.

I was very impressed with this company. They gave me several options, and were very thorough on the quote. The installers were on time and extremely professional. I decided to choose them after reading about them on Angie's List. I went through the individual reports that were big jobs, over $5000, and found that everyone gave them an "A." It told me that they did have a lot of experience in their work, and had a lot of customer satisfaction as well. I worked with Rodney Bradham. Anytime I called and had questions, he would always call back with an answer. I was impressed because I felt that he would always make time to return my call personally.

We called and got an immediate call back to schedule service the next day. They scheduled to come in the afternoon but called before 12:00 to ask if they could come then. Joseph was very thorough and professional, and made several suggestions to save me money in the future.

Larry Bradham provided our estimate. He asked how the upstairs rooms were cooling. He made a recommendation to change the existing duct system to an upstairs bedroom and to add a second vent in the playroom over the garage. Mr. Bradham was very down to earth and honest in his dealings with us. He provided two options for replacing our heat pump. His price was excellent, significantly lower than our other estimates! He was very knowledgeable. We scheduled the installation the following week. The installation team was efficient and polite. They did all the work promised in one day. They also installed a programmable thermostat for our downstairs unit. The price included all the duct work, a 10 year parts and labor warranty on the system and a one year service contract good for both of our heat pumps (the new one and the old one). WOW. Would highly recommend this company!

Saw your referrals and had similar feedback from neighbors. The quote process was excellent. He was on time, friendly, explained everything, compared models. I accepted the offer as soon as I was finished. The work was done in one day. It was a professional staff and they cleaned and cleared all existing equipment and debris. As a testament to their quality, when the inspector came to review their works, he admired the quality of the job. "This is the best one I've seen this month" (and we were 3 1/2 weeks into the month).

All the workers were professional, arrived on time and worked very well together. They cleaned up everything and the A/C and electrical contractors worked together to solve the grounding problem which could have and eventually would have caused a fire. I would and already have recommend them to anyone.

My heat went off during the night when it was 25 degrees outside. I called the office at 7:40am. The dispatcher thought she could send someone out by 9 or 10am (the best time of 3 companies that I called) and said she would call me back as soon as she knew. She called back by 8:30am and said they were on their way! The guys were polite and professional as well as nice to my dogs. They diagnosed the issue (80$) and had a heat pump motor on the truck that they were able to install and get my heat back on. They discovered a 2nd issue with the electrical fuse and recommended I get an electrician.

Every thing went very well. Rodney was great to work with. They installed everything just as requested. After everything was installed, there was sweating from some ceiling vents and Rodney came out and found that the problem was the building contractor did insulation wrong and the HVAC was correct. The building contractor agreed with this. When selling house, the home inspector commented on the way something was done and Bradham Brothers came out(for free) to prove that everything was done according to code and helped sale of house go smoothly.

The company representative spent an hour draining the water from the duct and other minor fixes. He was at my house for a total of 80 minutes and charged me $275. I called the company and spoke to Todd who told me that the company charged $80 for diagnosing the problem and $180 for one hour of labor. They should have given me an estimate instead of surprising me with a bill of $275. On a separate note, the company representative who showed up to diagnose and fix the problem was helpful.
