Rodney Bradham came for the initial job inspection on time, prepared a proposal for what I asked for and for some optional items that he believed would make our system better, and supported us with numerous iterations of questions and quotes - all done responsively and patiently. The job was scheduled conveniently for us and the crew arrived on time with all of the materials they needed. During the work, the crew was courteous, always on time, and was careful when working under and inside the house. The work crew cleaned up each evening when they finished and let us know when they would be back the next day. The service department came as expected to make the final connections and testing. Everything has been working great so far (about six to eight weeks). Rodney Bradham completed the rebate paperwork and sent it to us so all we had to do was sign and mail it. My wife and I cannot recall a better experience with a contractor, even on much smaller jobs. Thanks to Rodney and his crew.

Rodney Bradham was the company's representative with whom we dealt. He was courteous and helpful, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of various configurations, and answering our questions. In addition to Bradham Brothers, we got estimates from four other companies. Bradham's estimate was over $4000 cheaper than the other estimates. Because of the time of year, they were able to install the systems within a few days. The systems were installed in two days, each installation taking 6 hours. The installation went smoothly in the walk-up, floored attic. The installers cleaned up after their work. Bradham is the best!

My A/C quit working on a hot summer day recently. I had another company come in and tell me there was nothing they could do and they left. I went to Angie's List and found Bradham Brother's highly recommended. They came out within hours, had my old unit temporarily working and didn't charge me a thing. They talked to me about my options and wrote a quote for me if I was ready to pursue a new unit. No strings attached. I called back 3 days later and decided to move forward with Bradham; they were fantastic! Every detail was taken care of and their workmanship was terrific! My highly professional installation has convinced me that I made the right choice, not to mention my clean dust free home was a great bonus!

They would come out and give a report about both of my A/C systems. It was always the same guy he was very good at his job. I have no complaints.

Our 17 year old A/C unit blew the compressor. Had used Bradham Brothers on several service calls and were impressed with them. Larry Bradham came out promptly to give estimate. Install went exactly as Mr. Bradham said it would. When calling Bradham Brothers phones are answered quickly. Company personnel were responsive and knowledgeable. Two weeks after install ac unit wasn't cooling properly. Bradham Brothers came out that night, diagnosed problem as a bad coil. Replaced coil first thing next morning. We are very pleased at how smoothly everything went and also with the performance of our new A/C unit.

Ethan was great and we will request him again. We have had other techs from Bradham come out who didn't seem to care about the job they were doing but Ethan was wonderful. What a great employee you have.

When I realized that my air conditioner was just blowing out hot air I pulled up Angie's List heating and A/C companies and began calling. The folks at Bradham Brothers said they could be at my house at 2:00 PM. Mr. Tommy Hamilton arrived an hour early, determined the cause of the problem and within one hour he had my air conditioner fixed. Mr. Hamilton was very professional, worked quickly, and was pleasant to work with.

Professional and friendly. Communication could be better but was not a problem. Overall value was superior to the other bids, saving me a significant amount of money. Original estimate done on a Saturday, which saved me time, subsequent modifications to contract at my request went smoothly. I don't think you can go wrong with this company.

We came back from our summer vacation in Seattle to 90-100 degree weather in Charlotte to find that our A/C was dysfunctional. I checked the List, found Bradham Brothers at the top, and called them. They had a man out that same morning, and he had the system up and running before my wife, who was in her third trimester, came back from work. Yeah, she was happy.

They are good to work with, they are the only ones I'd use.

The service was top-notch, although a little pricey ($80 just to show up, about $40 for the coolant, and $70 (!) for spraying some cleaning solvent onto the coil and then hosing it off). Still, the technician (Tim) was right on time and as friendly, as could be. He could have put on the "hard sell" of a new, until when I told him our A/C was under performing, instead he recommended this recharge and cleaning, to see if that fixed things. It did, and we saved quite a bit of money, over a whole new unit. I consider this a most trustworthy and admirable approach by a local business and Bradham Brothers is on the top of my list for HVAC related issues!

We were impressed with the company up until the follow up for the quote. They didn't handle our request very professionally. Our job was not valued by this company. We did all follow up calling after waiting on them for a week. When we did get a hold of them I questioned whether they knew who we were.

Mr. Bradham first gave us an estimate and recommendation for two Trane units that would be appropriate to match the efficiency of our present gas furnace. His estimate was $3000 less on both units than those of comparable efficiency offered by another company. He answered all questions openly and was totally professional in his presentation and interactions. Their service was immediate (next day), clean up afterward was complete and we are totally happy with our experience. Although Mr. Bradham did not make a point to tell us, when we asked detailed questions about the warranty, we discovered that his company purchases an extended warranty from Trane for their customers. In contrast, the other company charges more for extended warranties on their products. We called Bradham Brothers for an additional quote after receiving one from another company that had provided maintenance services to us. Bradham Brothers was at the top of the heating/AC list on Angie's List. Thanks!

They did a great job for a reasonable price. And informed me that something another contractor was trying to sell me was already on the system. You have no idea how refreshing it is to work with an upfront honest contractor like Bradham Brothers. Thanks guys!
