It initially went great. I'm not sure what they did exactly. I'm now waiting for them to come back because two units are out. It was a actually really great; they came on less than one day's notice. We couldn't get the door off the crawlspace but he helped figure out a way to get in there.

New system now heats and cools 2 stories much more efficiently. Crews were courteous, clean and worked diligently (even in pouring rain) to get the job completed on time. Office staff were equally impressive and even gave us a reminder call to make sure we sent in our rebate form on time! Would highly recommend to anyone for routine service and/or system repairs and replacement.

My A/C upstairs was not working. I had used Bradham in the past and they were very good (just some small work). The came when they said they would and appeared to do a very thorough evaluation of the problem. They provided a verbal estimate of around $6,000 to replace the A/C and do some duct work. I ask if we could just look to fix the existing A/C, they said they could replace the condenser for about $1800 and that the duct work would be another $800.00. I agreed to this approach and they came as agreed to replace the condenser, but they never came back to do the duct work. I called several time but they never called back. I just assume that they weren't happy about not getting $6,000 out of me and decided it wasn't worth their time to do the duct work. Note, that after spending $1,800 my upstairs never really gets cooler than 78 degrees, not very happy about their lack of follow up.

They were great. It was a perfect experience, they were here when they said they would be here. The pricing was fairly competitive. They were very respectful about being inside my home.

Bradham Brothers sent out another professional, friendly, and very helpful technician for my maintenance-contract service. As always, the technician showed up exactly on time, did a thorough job, and was very patient in answering my questions. Ask for Randy, he's a super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and thorough. Also considerate - removed shoes before coming inside. I know these people are honest because of an experience with another company that quoted a price for A/C parts that seemed excessive. I called Bradham Brothers before committing to the other company's price and Bradham Brothers price was half the other company's quote. That was 5 years ago. I haven't called anyone other than Bradham Brothers since then.

The tech was courteous and took the time to explain things and make suggestions. Did you suggest any unnecessary repairs though there was an opportunity. I told him that the condensate pump was not working and he just said he reset the GFCI (when he could have seen this as an opportunity to sell me another one). One of my major concerns is being able to trust my AC/Heating company. This is my first time with Bradford Brothers but they do have my trust. They did not, however, accept their coupon. They said it was for a service call, which was not what they did (according to the tech). He said I was the 2nd person that day who offered the coupon for this service so it should probably be labeled more clearly.

When they found out the air conditioner wasn't working at all they came within about an hour and 15 minutes after my phone call. I was happy about that. They took good care of everything and I was very pleased.

They came on Memorial Day. Showed up when they were supposed to, they worked really hard. Finished within three days. This week we had a problem with our attic air handler, and the guys came out and did some work on it. Very responsive.

Larry Bradham saved us thousands of dollars! When our compressor quit, a tech from one of the largest AC firms in Charlotte said we had to have a new compressor. They gave us a quote, and Larry came to give us a competitive quote. After spending over an hour giving us a very thorough explanation and cost estimate, he was ready to leave, but said let s just test that compressor to be sure. We didn t even think to ask him to check it. Within two minutes, he had the compressor back on! A minor part had failed that isn t even essential to the operation of the compressor. It made us suspicious of that other company. We will never have anyone but Bradham Brothers work on our HVAC system.

They were very professional and even came back and checked to make sure everything was working properly. They were great!

I found them in the Angie's List magazine and there was a coupon so I decided to use them. While they were doing the work they found an electrical problem, and the electrician rewired my electrical box. It was not grounded and could have caused a big fire, so it's a good thing they found it. There was no extra charge. They were on time and had the work done in six to seven hours. They followed up on their work.

They are very professional. They do all of the little things right. They come out on time when they say they will. I will continue to use them for future service.

Called ahead of scheduled time and then showed up 15 minutes early. Was finished in about an hour and was extremely thorough and efficient. They have done work for us on several occasions and have always been very good.

The service tech was right on time, very knowledgeable, and professional. I will call them again to handle any heating or a/c issues.

Once, I made the decision to replace my evaporator coil, I had an appointment for the service work within one week. I was told the appt would start somewhere between 8:30am and 8:45am. The installation guys (JJ & Randy) showed up at 8:40am so that was perfect. They worked until about 11am and then break for lunch, returning at 12pm and finishing the installation part at 1:30pm. This is the part where I thought it was all done but they told me service had to come out to fill the freon and start up the system. The service guys (Caleb & Kelly) showed up at 2:30pm and worked until 4:00pm. When they left, I went upstairs to check the thermostat. The thermostat was blank & I had to call them back because I couldn't adjust it. When they returned 15 mins later, they went upstairs in the attic to fix a wire that came loose. After that, all was good.

They explained everything and we were satisfied with the work.

We obtained three estimates from different contractors. Bradham came out to give us an estimate on a new system the same day we called and completed the estimate on site. We were very pleased with the estimate, purchase and installation of the new system. The representative was very thorough in their explanation of the different heat pumps and air handlers available to choose from and provided estimates for three different configurations explaining in detail the installed costs, efficiencies of the system, and operating benefits over a one year period. Their estimate was over 30% better than a similar rated company in the A category in Angie's List. The work commenced within 2 days of receiving the estimate and was completed the same day well within the time they told me they could complete the job. The system has operated now for two weeks with no issues.

Our heater stopped working so I purchased a membership on Angie's List to find someone to help since our experience with Morris Jenkins was less than stellar. I called around 8:00am and they were on our doorstep by 8:30am. The service technician fixed the broken part in 30-45 minutes and got the heat up and running shortly there after. He was very pleasant and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, like with the Morris Jenkins representative who came out to check another problem.

Great, they showed up within an hour of my initial call. Were very detailed and explained exactly what was wrong and the options to fix it with one being very costly to do so. Very honest and figured out an economical way to fix the problem.

I spoke with approximately 15 HVAC contractors, all from Angie's List, and Bradham Brothers was by far the best. Not only did their estimate beat all the others by at LEAST $3000, the work they did was impeccable. They were prompt, courteous, professional and helpful and worked on my home as if it were their own. I heard about Bradham Brothers first by word-of-mouth. The fact that they were also one of the top providers on Angie's List was a bonus. I have and will continue to recommend Bradham Brothers to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning service.
