I was very pleased. I had a couple other providers come out, and I compared the prices. They did beat everyone else on the price. They did a really good job and I would recommend them.

Estimate was the cheapest of several. I don't usually go with the cheapest but based on feedback from my in-laws who are Charlotte natives (gave me good remarks on their reputation) I decided to go with them. Work took two days. House was still empty (recently purchased) with the carpet already removed. I scheduled the project to make it easier for all. Work crews arrived promptly and worked efficiently. First day the existing system removed, new outside and inside units were installed, electrical work completed. Second day the duct related work was performed, testing and cleanup. Everyone was courteous, friendly from the sales rep to the office folks.

We were given a reasonable quote by Larry. The new heat pump was installed within a week.

Good. Bradham Brothers sent an estimator the same day I called and ensured my that we would be cool until a unit could be installed.

I called the office to make an appointment & Daniel was out within 2 hours. He checked the furnace & found the broken part. He called his office to find out how much the part would cost & how long it would take to get it. Daniel went & got the part himself, installed it & had our furnace working within 4 hours of my original call. Daniel was very polite & professional & explained everything that he was doing. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

When I bought a new furnace, a year-long maintenance contract was included with my purchase. I did not use the contract and assumed that after a year after purchase, it had expired. I was pleasantly surprised when the office called me, 18 months after the install, to schedule a furnace maintenance trip that they said would be at no charge. When I inquired about how this could be included, since my contract had expired, they said that they knew most people did not get new furnaces checked out the first year, so they extended the contract so that one check-up would be included. The technician came out when he was scheduled and was very pleasant and efficient. I will definitely be renewing my contract.

Excellent customer service. He could not replace the furnace immediately but was able to rig up a new blower to give us heat during the winter over the weekend until they could permanently fix it. At no extra charge.

Bradham Bros came in with the best price, for a furnace and air conditioning system. They came in and replaced the system in one day, and it was up and running the same day.

I am extremely pleased with them. We have had the same guy for the last three years. He knows our house and the systems. The air conditioner just stopped working on a really hot day and they came within an hour to fix it.

I just think they are excellent. They are very prompt, and very courteous. They are a very nice company to deal with. There is no stress involved in dealing with them.

When they replaced the part, they told me right away that in about two weeks it could have gone out, and I might need to replace the whole system. They came back two weeks later with the part in hand, and they checked something else and then found that I only needed Freon. They didn't end up charging me for that visit and I haven't had any problems since.

I called in on a Monday they came that same day. They gave me a good price and saved me a great deal of money. They were very good at responding quickly. And they said that if it didn't work than they are more than welcome to call them back.

I use them twice a year for routine services. They do everything right. They are always courteous and show up on time. They do what they say and say what they do.

I needed quotes on repairing or replacing my A/C. They were a little bit higher than 3 out of the 5 companies I contacted through Angie's List. I went with a company that could give me a year same as cash financing through Home Depot.

We called the prior night to schedule an appointment for the next day. Our problem was not an emergency, so I did not want to pay extra for after hours service. I was concerned that we could not schedule an appointment for the next day, but the person on the phone was helpful in providing some diagnostics to us to determine that we did have a problem (condenser fan outside was blowing cool air, not hot, means the compressor is not working properly). So, we turned on the fan (only) for the system which shut the compressor off. It was hot that night, but we managed. The next morning we received a call around 8 A.M. saying a technician would be at our house by 8:30. He arrived about 8:15 which was fine by me. He diagnosed the bad run capacitor within 20 minutes. However, the compressor did not come back on, and he said the coils had come apart (by design when the unit overheats) and that they should come back together when the unit cooled off. He ran water from my house through a hose to cool the compressor for 15 minutes. With the unit being 17 years old there was a chance the coils would not come back together and he warned me that it could be costly. At my request he quoted replacing the compressor ($2,500) while he waited to see if the old one would work. Luckily for me, water cooling the compressor worked and I got out with $140 for the run capacitor, $80 diagnostic fee, and $40 to repair a burned out wire on the compressor. I think a dishonest operation could have said the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. His knowledge and effort to fix the problem without trying to charge me for the maximum (or scare me into spending more) is appreciated. The technician was knowledgeable, answered my questions, friendly, thorough, and fairly quick to make the repairs that were necessary. At my request, he suggested replacing the entire unit and the coil inside "when that time comes" since the unit is 17 years old and I'm running on borrowed time. He said the average age for A/C units is 15 years.

Our AC unit on the downstairs went out at 5 pm on a Sunday night. I searched Angie's list and found their name. I called them at 7:30 am on my way to work on Monday morning. They said they would call me later today with an appointment. They called my wife at 8:00 am and said they would be there by 8:30. They arrived at 8:20 am ready to go. When they arrived, the AC unit was working. The installer took time checking and rechecking to determine why the AC did not work for us, but did for him. He went outside and found that a bug had gotten stuck in the contacts of the ac unit. The "pincher bug" was causing the AC to short circuit the switch. They replaced the switch and were on their way.

Phone was answered promptly at 7:30 am and I was told that someone would be able to come out that morning. A follow-up call around 8:10 let me know to expect a technician around 8:30. Technician arrived promptly. I had already diagnosed my own problem (clogged main drain line) so he went right to work using compressed air to unclog the drain. He explained to me that the main drain line runs from the attic to the crawlspace and could have additional pipes leading into it (like from the washing machine). It would have taken gallons of water to truly test whether the pipe was successfully unclogged, so I opted to take the chance that he was successful instead of pouring water into the pipe. The technician was willing to do this, but since he heard the clog break away and water running down the pipe, I was willing to take a chance without wasting lots of water. I have been checking the drain in the attic periodically to make sure it remains clear. Technician also checked freon levels on both machines and told me about their maintenance plan in a no-pressure way. I thought the cost was a little high since I had done the diagnostic work, cleared the path to the drain, and already moved the drain lines, but $80 for diagnostic fee (I think that is a flat trip charge) and $136 for unclogging the drain was well worth it for the fast phone response and the speedy service call.

The technician was thorough in his work and explanation. I appreciated his recommendations and attempt to alleviate the problem.

They were great. There was a little bit of a lag time for a part they needed to get but it didn't effect our heat or air so it was fine. They were professional. He explained the system really well and he was really knowledgeable.
