Ethan called ahead to say he could come earlier than planned, which worked out great. He got right to work, checking the unit, the fitters, and the air handler in the attic. He was very pleasant and answered my questions about the future of freon (R-22) prices. I also appreciated the coupon the company had on Angie's List.

When we called Bradham Brothers to let them know we had chosen them to perform the work, they told us they could begin Monday morning (which was within two days of the call) and that they would arrive at 8:30 a.m. to begin. They arrived precisely at 8:30. They put down a runner on our carpet so they wouldn't get it dirty. My daughter was the only one home during the two-day installation process, and she never felt uncomfortable being home alone with a houseful of men, and they always referred to her as "Maam" when they had a question. They never barged in on her, but gave her the privacy. They also let her know when they were going to lunch and when they'd be back. They always lived up to the time schedule and commitments and showed an enormous amount of professionalism.

Early afternoon, I heard outside unit start up then change into this whirring/grinding squeal. I checked the unit to find that the fan was not spinning, so I cut the unit off. I had used Bradham before at my other house, so I gave them a call. They were able to send a guy out later that afternoon. He had a part in the van to replace the motor and put it on to test it out. It was a bigger motor than the original equipment, and ended up shaking the top panel a bit too much. So he ordered an OEM (original manufacture piece) and told me that the one motor would do for the overnight but that the replacement would come and be installed the next day. He also said that there might be an additional charge if the new piece actually costs more-so there would be no surprise. Overall, the afternoon was getting warm and I had AC working that afternoon! The next morning I got the call that the part was in and would be on its way shortly. That part was put in and tested and worked fine. I had my AC back in good order before noon that day! (No extra charge for the two separate trips!)

Their salespeople made me feel comfortable. They were not pushy, but were straightforward with the cost and made me understand clearly what I was buying. They made me understand what happens in the environment and the energy efficiency of the units. We bought a duel fuel that had an air compressor which was louder than what we were used to. The crew came out several times to ensure that we were satisfied and worked to deaden the noise, and we did not pay for that. They did not ask for payment till the issue was completely resolved to our satisfaction. They were one of the least expensive providers, and were truly concerned about our satisfaction.

His price was good. He took the time to explain things when I asked questions. He did not put me off or rushed through. His team was very polite and thorough. They cleaned up well after themselves. My overall experience was very good.

Pete came out and gave us the measurement to be sure we would get the right sized unit. When we decided to use Bradham brothers, we set up a time and they were there on time. The overall experience could not have been better. We were very pleased with them. We would certainly use them again. I highly recommend them to others.

They replaced a HVAC unit and hauled away the old one. We have used them several times and have always been pleased with everything they did. We find them to be professional and trustworthy.

I had not had an HVAC service contract and I anticipated problems with my unit. When I asked the technician if I needed a new unit, he said no, mine was running okay(that honesty really set this company apart for me). He said I needed a new pump, but since I signed the value contract, I received 10% of parts and labor which for me was very helpful. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and he was honest and upfront. Great experience and I will be using them for my HVAC needs.

They are excellent. I am happy and have been using them for 32 years. They come out right away after calling. If there is a problem, I call them and they come fix it. I will continue to use them.

They have always taken care of us. Whenever we have had bad storms or flooding they have come by to make sure we are alright - they are just wonderful. They also take the time to explain things thoroughly so that we know what is going on and what to expect.

They did the replacement of the furnace, and they did a very good job. They were professional, responsive, and the quality of work was good.

Owner and techs. were professional. They replaced a 20 year old unit for us. No mess. They will likely get the upstairs unit job when it needs to be replaced.

Their price was reasonable and they had good follow through. They also did good job of explaining their services and did pressure us into anyting.

They were very thorough in their inspection and evaluation to give us a very accurate estimate. A few people came out to estimate the job and Bradham Brothers identified things no one else even mentioned. They were a little expensive but very good. We'll use them again.

We have a small on going leak with the freon and the technician talked me through it and confirmed that we have to check on it in a few months, before we troubleshoot and have to take everything apart. The technician we had was very thorough. They did very good service.

After contacting Bradham the morning of the problem, their dispatcher sent someone to my home within 45 minutes and he was very professional. He walked me through his diagnoses of the problem and located the defective part which clearly was burned out. He replaced the part and everything worked normally. The experience was prompt, fast and professional from the moment I called Bradham.

I was very satisfied with the work Bradham Brothers did for me. First, their price was very good. I got one other estimate and it was higher for a lower grade unit. The installers had to work around two large hydrangea bushes I have near the unit. They managed to get the old unit out and the new unit in with no damage to these bushes. The communication was very good from beginning to end and everyone I dealt with was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I'd like to note that their office help is also very efficient. The installers cleaned up after the installation was complete. This was a team effort with electrician, installers and service people all doing their part in getting my unit installed and up and running in one day. All I need top do now is get my county inspection which Bradham Bros. has already scheduled for me. The office also quickly mailed me info on my Trane rebate.

With such a big job, I made sure to check the list and get 3 quotes. Bradham brothers wasn't the least expensive, but I feel that I got the best value. Rodney Bradham was right on time for his appointment for the estimate, and was very thorough in his description. After schedule the job, his workers were prompt and professional. They did a great job, and were very neat and clean. They didn't mind my observing their work and answering questions as the job progressed. Custom duct work was done professionally and to the highest quality. After the job was completed, they had to return to relocate the thermometer sensor and adjust the unit to minimize some minor noises. They were very responsive to my request for followup and arrived quickly after my call. The system works great, and I am comforted to know that they will be here as needed during the ten year warranty period. Outstanding service!

We had two separate systems installed by Bradham Brothers a little over two years ago when we did some remodeling. We had not had them out to inspect them since the installation and I wanted to make sure they were operating correctly, etc. They called about half an hour before they came, as promised, and checked both systems. They assured us both were in great shape, with no problems. One filter was so clean they said it didn't need to be replaced just yet, so they left a clean one for us when it did need to be changed. They were professional, courteous and prompt. We were pleased.
