Excellent from beginning to end. Courteous, professional, exceedingly attentive to covering carpet and flooring with heavy duty coverings. Every step of the operation was done perfectly. Each step off the process was done in the utmost cleanly fashion and the work areas were left spotless. Quality work !!

I got bids from about four or five different contractors and Bradham Brothers had the best bid for the service required. They've been doing a good job. They've been maintaining it. I wouldn't have any problem recommending them. They've done a good job for us. They'll be coming out tomorrow morning to do preventive maintenance on the heating and air conditioning. I've got a gas pack and they'll be doing preventive maintenance on that. I bought my unit from them and they installed it and they did a good job. I believe it's a Trane unit; I believe that's the brand name. They were one of about four or five people we got estimates from because it ran into quite a bit of money and we were trying to get the best deal we could, of course. I can't remember how much it was; I just remember it was expensive. They were the low bidder and offering the same quality unit as some of the others. In fact, they were under another bidder by a thousand dollars. They were the low bidder of about maybe four companies we contacted. We haven't had any problems with the heating and cooling unit. Of course, they've been coming out and checking it every six months. They showed up when they said they would and they got the work done within the time they told me they could do it. It started out with two people who came out to install the unit and then I think there were three. I believe overall most of it was done in a day - I believe about a day and a half.

I will not let anyone touch my AC unit. They are extremely honest. I called them one time when the AC was not working, the technician came out, took a look for 5 minutes, came in and showed me what the issues was and then fixed it. He did not charge me for the such a simple fix. He was honest enough to show me what it was and I really liked that. They also service my parents AC unit as well.

My old unit was 17 years old, it was time to get a new one.

They come out twice a year. I'm on a service agreement where I pay them every month and preferred. It was service agreement and they ended up putting in a gas pack in their last April, it was a pretty good deal. I had been paying them before they put the new unit in there for the monthly thing. It's always somebody different that comes out.

Estimate prompt and fair, installers were professional and job was done on time.

We found them through some friends about 20 years ago. It’s a very good company. Their services are the best. The price as far as I know it’s not outrageous, I think it’s in line with everything else, but I just don’t recall off hand, I haven’t compared them or anything. I just know that when you call them, they come. Quality is very good. The guy, the service man has been here before and it took him about 30 minutes to fix it; and it’s been working fine ever since. Punctuality is top notch. They’re very professional, very friendly. They're coming next Wednesday to do their annual service on the air conditioning to be sure it's alright for the summer. We use them all the time. One person came out to do the service. He left the area extremely clean, there is nothing left behind. We’ve been using them for 20 years. They fixed our heat upstairs a couple of years ago and they come out and service twice a year. We’ve been real pleased with them.

We bought the house back in 2001 and the units were already here, but one condenser went out about 3 years ago and they put that one in. They have just been servicing them regularly ever since and they come whenever we have a problem. My first impression of them was very good. They were very professional and very friendly. They knew what they were doing and whatever problem we had, it was fixed and solved before the guy left. They do everything really well. They do everything, they do the service work twice a year and they come when you call them. I don’t know of anything they don’t do well.

Bradham Brothers provided ideal customer service, something we value highly. They were fast to respond, on time for all appointments, provided instructions for the new equipment, and filed the paperwork for rebates. If only all companies operated this way...

For years we have used them. We've been very happy with their service. We've been using them for almost 30 years.

They did a wonderful job. They've been doing our annual inspections for the last 4 years. I knew they were the one I wanted to call, and I'm glad they were able to get everything done so efficiently. I can't say enough good things about them, and I would highly recommend them.

Service was great. I have a new-ish system so no major issues. Tech was knowledgeable. The only thing I would recommend is do NOT opt to be put on the work in list for them to call you if they have a cancellation. Make your appointment and just stick with that time.

I have been using Bradham Brothers for several years, ever since a neighbor made the recommendation and I have found them to do good work and very fair to deal with.

They have been exceptional and fast service. They are professional and call back quickly. They came when they said they would. They are very trustworthy, we don't expect to have any problems and if so they will take care of it. They cleaned up well after work was done. The technicians are pleasant and professional. There is a automatic trust since their work is so good. They fulfill their promises.

Compared to other companies we've used they are exceptional. We were very comfortable with them be here in our home walking in and out.

Excellent ! This was a high quality team of professionals, from the first person we met to the last quality control inspector. Our air conditioning removal and replacement was handled by at least a dozen different people from Bradham Brothers. They found solutions to the problems we asked them and never pressured me to sell us something we didn't need or want. We had asked them originally to replace our furnace and a/c unit and use the existing ducts. After they had removed the old equipment, I was down in the basement asking questions about cleaning my ducts. They showed me how flimsy and worn out the ducts were and my wife and I decided to replace everything. They requoted a new price for the additional work which was fair. This was completely our decision. We are Very Satisfied ! When the county building inspector came by to inspect the installation he told us he never has to worry about Bradham Brothers work. "They are a top of the line company and they really know the building codes". He said, "They made his job so much easier". They were not the cheapest company we found nor the most expensive but, clearly they are one of the best !

Couldn't have asked for better service from the time of the sales appointment until installation was complete. Highly professional, experienced and knowledgeable staff.

Brilliantly. Each phase (assessment; discussion of options; estimates; scheduling work; completing work; cleaning up behind themselves; explaining functions & options of new system) was handled promptly, efficiently, courteously, professionally. We had an experience with a company sent to us by our warranty company that was as poor as you can imagine, except worse. We sought recommendations and are quite glad we did. A follow up from the company after the job would have been nice.

Excellent. Minor performance issue next day after system startup but service tech responded in a timely manor and quickly corrected the problem. System has been running great since. High efficiency variable speed air handler and condenser plus high efficiency 5 inch filter is the way to go. Very quiet. Internet connectivity of control panel for remote system monitoring is also a plus.
