Great service. They came out to fix my A/C unit the same day I called, during a heat wave that, I was told, had already over-filled their schedule. The service person fixed the problem with a part he carried in his van, and quickly got the A/C unit working. He also took the time to answer several other questions I had about both the A/C and the furnace.

We had used Bradham Brothers to replace our downstairs heating and airconditioning system several years ago, and called them when our other system failed. The system was from 1992, so we opted for replacement with an energy efficient model. Installation and removal of the old unit were all done in a day, with minimal disruption to us, all as promised. From the person who took my phone call, to the young man who came out to review our system and provide an estimate, to the actual installers, everyone was prompt, professional and courteous.

As always, I forget to get my units serviced regularly. As always Bradham comes through, gets it done timely, effectively and no salse job to buy new units which is what others have done. They arrive on time, very cordial, very informative.

Didn't use them for my new unit. Used ARS instead. The only reason why I didn't use Bradham was because of the price. Just slighly higher than ARS but they had the 10 year labor warranty and a slightly more efficent AC. I would use them for repairs and consider them for anything else in the future. They were professional and very knowlegable.

He was professional and honest. He didn't try to sell me a new system like others have done. I appreciate the good honest work.

What a wonderful experience! It would be a couple weeks before my schedule and the company's could coordinate, and my cooling unit wasn't working. The company sent someone out to see if they could fix the unit enough to keep me cool in the mean time and didn't charge me. When a date for service was finally set, the men arrived on time and were very courteous. The work was done beautifully- I no longer have a huge, bulky unit and they were great about coordinating a time to have a city inspector over to check the work. I would DEFINITELY recommend them.

They came out last year to my home and did a fantastic job providing me with service to my AC unit. But this year I decided to get a new one. So I called them and to my suprise they were a no show. I ended up going with another company of course but from my past experience they were nice to work with.

I had a bid for this work from another vendor and the sales guy was very high pressure, continually pressing me to buy additional options (i.e. an air filtration system) I did not want or need. I found Bradham Brothers on Angie's List - their numerous positive reviews gave me comfort knowing I was dealing with a solid vendor. A neighbor of mine had also used Bradham - I asked her about her experience (she got a new AC unit) and she was very happy with the work and her dealings with this vendor. When Gary from Bradham Brothers came to inspect my home and write up an offer, he was very easygoing and I never felt pressure one way or another. He wrote up several options for me and educated me on the differences of each one - he also said he knew that this was a big decision and he would give me some time to think about it. I called Gary a week later and made a decision - a new Trane AC unit and a new high-efficiency Trane furnace. It was probably about two weeks later when the actual installation took place. Randy and Johnny, the lead installers, showed up promptly and were very friendly and professional. They proceeded to remove the old AC unit and the old furnace, all the while answering any random questions I had. They, like Gary, were easygoing and great to work with. As the day progressed, several more men from Bradham showed up at my home to assist with other aspects of the job (i.e. duct work, electrical, etc) - they too were friendly (sorry I can't remember all the names) and professional. The entire job was done by 5pm - if you are having this type of work done, be prepared for a full day at home. About two weeks after the job was done, an inspector from Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement came to my home to inspect the job. The job passed inspection without incident. My new system works wonderfully and I feel very fortunate to have had it installed before the peak summer heat - the cool blows nicely and automatically shuts off based on the programmable thermostat. Bradham Brothers does great work!

Did a fantastic job and even approved us for a 0% interest payment plan. Provided "extras" other companies didn't offer. Honest, up front.. we feel we got a great deal. Would work with them again.

Two gentlemen came over one time & after calling to confirm I was at home, checked that air unit wasn't working, found a bad switch and replaced. About 30 minutes to find issue 7 fix - air working great.

Bradham impressed us from start to finish. We got quotes from 3 companies and Bradham had the best price, and was the most thorough in their quote and providing information about our options. They also agreed to keep our existing system in coolant until they could schedule the job for us, which ended up only being a week (they moved us up on the schedule). This was particularly valuable to us since we have two young boys whose rooms are upstairs. They arranged the permit for the work, did all the paperwork for the rebates (from Trane, Duke Energy, Piedmont), and set up the follow up inspection from the county. When the downstairs unit needs to be replaced, we'll definitely be calling Bradham again. The only constructive criticism I can offer is almost too trivial to even mention: one of their techs left cigarette butts outside and they didn't ask before putting a sign in our yard (which we left there since we enjoyed their work so much). They also undercharged us $60 by accident but when they called and realized it was their mistake, they just ate the difference.

We had an entire new heat pump unit put into our home - these men know what they are doing in every sense of the word., they are polite, professional and take care of every single detail. They do quality work and do not force you to make decisions or purchase things you do not want or need. They were fair with us and very up about what they were repairing and/or selling. When the inspector came after the job was totally done, even he said what a wonderful job they had done. We would recommend Bradham Brothers to anyone.

They were good. We did not have any complaints. They come back every year for service.

We called Bradham Brothers to repair our heater. They were available to come that afternoon, but we made an appointment for the next morning. The technician was right on time, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The entire experience was a pleasure.

The heat on the first level of our house was blowing cold air. I looked on Angie's List and called Bradham Bros. based on the reviews shown on the site and the distance from my house. I was informed that a technician would be sent my way as soon as available. I was not expecting to receive a return call in 20 minutes telling me a technician was in the area and on the way. Within 1 1/2 hours of my original call, the issue was diagnosed and repaired. I was very impressed with the prompt response and the fact that did not feel pressured to buy something that I didn't need. I would recommend Bradham to others and will certainly use them again when needed.

When our electric bill was double the normal monthly amount, I immediately called Bradham Brothers. John, the service tech, was on time & polite. He checked things out & found a burnt wire in our downstairs unit. He repaired that & fixed this issue. The auxillary heat was on a constant cycle due to that burnt wire. Ewww! We didn't need a new unit, just a new wire! Our next month's electric bill was right on target. :)

They were prompt, pleasant and nice to work with.

I contacted Bradham and they had a repair person to my house within 45 minutes. The representative was courteous and professional and completed the repair inside of an hour. The problem consisted of a blocked hose and bad capacitor. After the repair, the heating unit worked fine.

Great as always. I trust these guys and like dealing with them.

It was a good experience. They were fast and on time. They got the work done and it's a good product. The price is average.

Our experience with Bradham Brothers Heating and Cooling was excellent. Within two hours of my call advising that our furnace was working improperly one of the owners was out to inspect the unit. He advised that the failed heat exchanger was under warranty and his quote for labor was reasonable. The next day at 10am the unit was repaired. The following week they also replaced some damaged ducting, and did an excellent job. We could not be more pleased with the service and quality of work. They have are highest recommendation.

We got 3 estimates (from 3 companies with A ratings on Angie's list). Bradham Brothers price was the best. One of the other companies was nearly the same and the reason we went with Bradham was because Pete was not pushy or trying to sell us more than we needed. I really appreciated his approach and so they got our business! They completed the job in one day and did not leave anything behind. Actually when the city inspector came to make sure it was done properly he said that Bradham Brothers always does a great job and they (the city) never has problems with their work. The only problem that I had was that the supervisor told me that he would call me to schedule a time to have the city inspector come out. A week and a half later I had to call the supervisor so that he would schedule it (thus the B for responsiveness). I would absolutely use them again and as a matter of fact I will be switching to them from this point forward for repairs/maintenance.

Our furnace fan motor stopped working late in the afternoon and we had no heat. We didn't realize this until after regular business hours, so I called to ask about emergency service. The answering service took a message and the on call tech person called me a short time later. He assured me this could wait until the following morning. I'm thankful for this honesty and for saving us money! He said the office would call us first thing the next morning and they did! A service person came out by 9:30. Fortunately, they had a part in stock and the motor was replaced in less than an hour. By noon, our house was warm again.

I would definetily use Bradham Brothers again for my AC/Furnace needs.
