We knew of them before but did check their ratings on Angie's List before hiring them. Our heat stopped working so we called them and their technician came by. He got the heat working again but knew that it was a pretty serious problem so one of the owners came out to give us a quote. The owner explained everything that needed to be done and gave us a variety of choices and options. He gave us time but did call to follow up but did not bother us about it so we decided to replace everything. They did not charge us for a service call and one nice thing was that they told us about available rebates and even took care of our gas rebate for us. I will use them again in the future.

Shortly after I moved into my home this past summer, it became apparent that the air conditioner was insufficient for a home this size. I decided to get estimates on a complete HVAC replacement this fall. I got three estimates. Bradham Brothers bid was right between the other two but I was impressed by the throughness that went into compiling the estimate. They not only recommended the properly sized unit but also a significant re-work of my ductwork. (The other estimates included a small amount of ductwork.) Bradham Brothers patiently explained why my existing ductwork was inefficient and why I had an air flow problem in parts of the house. And they explained in detail the changes they would make in the duct system to correct the problem. It all made sense. The installation went flawlessly and it was apparent that eveyone involved knew their jobs well, had pride in their work and worked together quickly and efficiently to the the job done right. Over the two and a half days to do the work, we had a total of 8 Bradham Brothers employees working on some aspect of the job. The crew was prompt, neat and thoughtful. They did the work as if they were working on their own homes. When you consider the amount of work that was done and the number of employees dedicated to finishing it, I'm amazed that the price was so low. Starting with the office personnel, to the estimator, to the installation crew, to the service crew and the supervisor, I cannot praise this company enough for an excellent job! I highly recommend Bradham Brothers.

We have had good experience with them. They worked with us under a constrained time schedule. They always come out when we have a problem with our HVAC units in our rentals. They work with us on some dumb calls too. Basically, they have been very reliable and we are repeat customers with them because of their ability, professionalism, and patience. They are very responsive. That is the best thing about them. We were trying to get a heat pump under time constraints and they got it for us real soon. Their pricing is competitive and good.

Service techs arrived in the slotted time and spent approximately 45 minutes checking the thermostat, blower unit in attic and the outdoor heat pump unit. The tech checking the cooling system suspected a possible leak in the system and performed a leak test check but found nothing. Bradham Bros about two weeks later sent another tech to performed a more complex, detailed check (at no extra cost) to locate possible problems. None was found. Tech checking the heating system confirmed no further indications of leak. Bradham Bros consistently shows attention to detail and conscientiousness in their work.

After interviewing four different companies, Bradham Brothers was the obvious winner on all fronts. Gary came to our house to discuss the available options including repairing existing system. He was extremely thorough, evaluating the duct system in the crawl space (something no one else did) as well as investigate the problem with the existing system. He presented the different options which were considerably cheaper than the competitors. They even offer an additional discount if you pay with check on the day of installation. We had our unit installed the day after we decided to use Bradham. The installation team was kind, courteous and efficient (even with the pouring rain). They went above and beyond, even fixing a small problem another company suggested we do on our own. I was impressed with each individual I came into contact with from this company.

Our A/C for the 2nd floor went out completed and could not be repaired. We went to Angie's list and had 4 bids fro A rated companies. Bradham Brothers really stood out from the crowd. When they came by they stayed in the house a long time measuring all the rooms, running the calculations and uncovering issues that the original units had when they were installed. The other companies tended to look at what we used to have and have reocmmendations in hand about 15 minutes later. We just felt that Bradham Brothers took the time to figure out the real need. Once all the quotes were in Bradham was at or near the lowest cost. When we called the other companies back, they wanted to revisit the price, but, our view is - if you're going to recut it a bunch of times then you were likely trying to take us to start with and we'd rather go with the right price from the beginning. The installation went well. They took all the precautions to not mess up the house as they accessed the attic and installed the furnace. The weather prevented some roof work on day one but they were back the next day and completed the work. They arranged for the county inspector to come at a time that worked for us - and everyting passed without issue. They provided all the documents, CO detector and showed us how to use the new thermostat. They are still processing the paperwork on the tax credits, etc so I'll update this report if any issues there but I don't expect any. When, not if, we need to replace the downstairs units - we'll be using Bradham Brothers.

We have used Bradham Bros. for a number of years. They are very profesional and curteous. I will continue to use them since I know they are there for me when I need them! They were very promp during our time of need.

AC broke over the weekend, technician called back promptly and walked my husband through troubleshooting. Paying the weekend rate wouldn't have helped as it was frozen and they didn't take advantage of that. Technician showed up promptly on Monday morning, fixed it, and it's worked fine since.

Bradham brothers are excellent. They are very ethical. They're family-owned. They're very efficient. They're easy to contact and you can usually get them out within 24 hours. I've been using them for years and years and they've always been excellent.

They are excellent and are probably highly regarded because I got the name from Angie's List. They installed my heat pump which is still under warranty so replacing the contactor was covered under the warranty. They are reliable and professional. You get value for the money and they are good people to work with. They will answer all your questions and I think I got a good price for the installation of the heat pump. I have enjoyed my association with them using the preventive maintenance contract where they come out and do the summer AC visit and there is a winter heating visit. You can't go wrong with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

The repairman was polite, on time and took the time to show me the problem. In additon, he changed all of the filters in the house. He seemed to take the extra step to make the customer happy. I would use them again

They were very professional and they explained everything to me. I really liked them, but their pricing was too high. They are also not local, so if I were to have an issue it would take longer for them to get to me and I like to keep the business local if I can. The price they quoted me was $4500 to $4800. They were very good and I was impressed with them.

They were extremely knowledgeable about various systems. They were very helpful. They really broke it down into simple words for me to understand as far as what needed to be done, what ports problems I had and what budget suits for what I asking for. They also got high compliments from another company who were here at the same time to give an estimate for the same work.

Everything went great. They are very professional and helpful. They are great with communicating with there customers. I would recommend this company to anyone and would use again if needed.

Bradham Bros. has been servicing two heat pumps/air handlers at our house for six years and they have replaced a few minor parts, particularly on the unit we had to replace. When the spring service was done, the upstairs unit needed a large amount of freon and the serviceman said we probably had a leak and said we had a few options, and one was just "wait and see" - no pressure to get a new unit. I opted to get a few opinions on a new unit since the one in question was a 27 year old Trane, and I didn't want to make a rush decision in 95 degree weather with no A/C if it broke down completely. Randy Gaskins came out with Rodney Bradham and they did a thorough assessment of the entire system, asked me what I wanted to accomplish and tailored a proposal to my needs. They were very knowledgeable about their equipment, explained it well in a no-pressure approach. After I had checked with a few competitors, we decided to have Bradham Bros. replace the old unit. The work was scheduled, the 1st team of workers arrived right on time and I was interested to see they had another team arrive to complete different phases. Randy Gaskins, the salesman showed up to make sure everything was going well. Everything was done with calm efficiency and neatness. After the installation, Randy called to make sure everything was working, the County inspection was scheduled and passed without a problem and Randy mailed me a thank you card and later I received the Trane Warranty confirmation. The new unit seems much more efficient and I am sure I will notice a decrease in electric bills. In summary, this was a first-class operation start-to-finish and I highly recommend Bradham Bros.

Bradham Brothers has serviced my AC/Heat units for 3 years now and I am very happy with the service provided. They have always shown up on time, performed the service / inspection in a timely manner and very respectful of my house and time. The level of service provided to the cost of the maintenance agreement is well worth it!

Our old furnace and a/c system had been checked and serviced (tune up and inspection) seasonally. On this past service, it was noted that the furnace had some aging burn spots, the a/c had some issues that would cause us to spend some money to repair it. I determined that due to the age of the system, it might just be a better idea to replace the system. I screened the "list" to find four very good contractors and requested quotes from each. I received two quotes for Lennox equipment and two quotes for Trane equipment. All of the quotes were slightly different in the models and SEER ratings. However, Bradham Bros asked me what my goals were in procuring a new system. Did I want the best efficiency at any cost? Did I want the best value for the money (i.e. present utility costs vs what I might expect fom new system)? Did I want the cheapest unit available? I appreciated Rodney's (RodneyBradham) approach to the subject. With my input, Rodney made a couple of suggestions. It certainly appeared to me that he had my best interest in mind. He didn't try to oversell me or make me feel inadequate due to my lack of knowledge on this technical subject. I reviewed all the quotes and determined that Bradham Bros should get the work based on equipment, price, warranty, workmanship, reputation, etc. Rodney and I settled on the date on May 24th for installation. The workman showed up at 8:30am sharp just as scheduled. They went right to work disassembling the old unit. They ran into some problems but quickly overcame them. After moving all the old parts out, the install of the new unit got underway. The electrician, install supervisor, thermostat tech etc came and went with pinpoint timing. Rodney stopped by to check and even brought a crew that had finished another job, so we could be completed that day in order to have cool air that evening. There was one minor issue that I called Rodney about the next day but that got resolved within a few hours. All the workers were courteous, professional, and extremely hard working. They will be my HVAC contractor of choice for yearly inspections/maintenance. Satisfied customer!

Bradham replaced the lower A/C unit. Very professional. Everything was done very promptly. There was no deviation from quoted price. Explained various options without pushing me either way. I asked if it would be more cost efficient to replace the upper A/C unit at the same time and they recommended I use it until it gave me problems. They would come right out and replace it then. All in all a positive experience, explained things in detail, quote a fair price and did everything they said they would for the quoted price. When the upper unit goes out, I will definitely use them again.

Everything went like clock work. They were on time and did all the work that was in the contract.
