Went fine. Called Tuesday morning, was told someone would be there that day and they would call about half hour before. At 10AM, I received the call and the technichian was there within the half hour. Repair was done an hour later. We also signed up for a yearly service contract. The technician was very good. Explained everything clearly and gave options for the repair.

Service and installation was top notch. They worked with our schedule, a great experience all around, would highly recommend them.

It went very well. I was pleased.

As usual, Bradham Brothers has come through for me. My downstairs a/c unit was running, but no air was coming from the vents. I called Bradham Brothers on 9/5/12 in the evening to report this to them as a non-emergency situation. This morning 9/6/12 at 7:28 am I was contacted and told that a service tech. would be out in a couple of hours. I was contacted again at 10:00 to let me know that the tech was on his way. At 10:15 Tommy Hamilton arrived. Within 3 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem **he could smell the motor from inside the house ~ amazing **. As it turned out, the motor located in the crawl space had burned out and he was able to replace it with no further delay. I am very happy to have Bradham Brothers to turn to when I need help with my air system.

They were extremely professional and had excellent customer service through their office. I will call them for all my air conditioning needs as well and plan to set up a maintenance contract with them that will be ongoing. They were so nice to deal with during this process.

They were very prompt and courteous. All business came in. I know a lot of companies would come in and "Lo and behold!", they will find something that needs to be updated, replaced, sent out for maintenance. There's always something. But they came in and cleaned it. It looks great.

My air conditioning unit went out on the 4th of july and i called them first thing on the 5th. They said they would be able to come out same day. I called one other company prior and they could not come out for a week. The office called at 4pm and said they were on the way. They arrived at 430 dertermined it was a bad capacitor and had it replaced in 15 minutes. I paid for the service call and the part. I will be using them for future work and recommending them to others.

Price was right $230 vs. $2,300. I know at some point the unit will have to be replaced but for now I am pleased with how it is running and cooling. They also gave me a 10% discount didn't even mention the angie list offer.

I am not satisfied with their responses. I spoke with them several times and they never gave us a quote.

After making the recommended repair, at a cost of only $225, this old A/C unit, which we expected to have to replace, is running perfectly and cooling the house just fine. Not knowing any better, we could easily have been sold a brand new unit. Bradham Brothers was extremely honest and demonstrated a level of integrity that is something really special.

The service was just superior. We called several business and no one would come out to our area at night. They came out within 30 minutes completed the repair and was very professional. I will us them for all my heating and cooling needs.

It was obvious when we got up at 6:30 AM this morning there was something wrong with the air. The temperature was 77. I called Bradham Brothers because of their reputation on Angie's List, their location close to our home and because I had actually gotten an estimate from them 3 years ago for a complete replacement system. At that time, we decided to wait since our old system was still working. I was able to contact the office by 8:15 and a technician, David, was dispatched immediately. He arrived and began the diagnostic process, beginning with the outside unit. He hit on the capacitor right away. It was rusted so bad, he could not read the parameters needed to determine the replacement needed. Fortunately, these guys know what they are doing. He called in the unit info and was able to install a new capacitor to be sure that was at least part of the problem. It immediately started working again. He then checked the freon level and the amps and came inside to check the air handler. It's ancient as those things go, but still great. He replaced the filter I had on hand. David was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He was gone by 9:15 - just one hour since my first contact with the office - and by 9:40, the temperature had dropped to 73. YEAH!!!

I was pleased with the fast response for an appointment. I called in the morning and the technician arrived that afternoon. The problem was accurately identified. I was advised to replace the motor assembly, but not pressured to do so. I went ahead and had it done so would not have to deal with a complete failure at a later date. The work was done well and very much to my satisfaction.

Bradham Bros and Randy Gaskins are top notch, they price their services very competitively and do what they say, when they say. If you have a Trane system, we highly recommend them. They are honest, hard-working and provide superior service.

Everything turned out great. We had an upstairs AC unit that never blew cool air, it just trickled and it wouldn’t cool the home. We had an estimate from another company and the only solution they could give us was that we needed to buy a new unit that would cost $8,000. Bradham Brothers came in and found a small problem with it and only charged $400.00. I was very happy because I told him that I thought I had to replace the unit and instead he came up with this great idea, said, “Let’s try it” and it’s still working beautiful.

Great. From initial meeting with Gary, sales representative to the actual installation, we were very impessed and happy with the company. Would not hesitate to recommend Bradham Brothers.

Awesome! Excellent service. The job was done in one day. My house feels wonderful with the new unit. Process went just as they said with no surprises. Price was great as well.

We had an outstanding experience with Bradham Brothers. Randy Gaskins came out and gave me an estimate on replacing the upstairs unit. He was very thorough and explained the pros/cons, measured the entire space to perform a load calculation, and fully explained his recommendations. Once we had decided to go with Bradham Brothers, the upstairs AC actually went out. Randy had a service tech come out the same day who got us up and running until they could do our installation. He also pointed out that our downstairs unit had froze up as well, so we asked Randy to come give us an estimate on the downstairs unit as well. The rebates that were being provided, overall competitive pricing, and Bradham's longer labor warranties compared to others were the keys to our decision. I also felt very comfortable with Randy and his approach to our needs. We ended up having Bradham Brothers replace both the upstairs and downstairs units. They came out the following Monday with two crews and knocked out the whole removal/installation in a single day. The crews were very professional and cleaned everything up. BB also coordinated all of the rebates and inspections from the county and was always willing to work to our schedule. I would highly recommend these guys to others and look forward to working with them in the future to service these units.

I have a service contract with them, so they come out twice a year. They are punctual, professional and do a good work. They make sure that I don’t really have any issues with the heating and air conditioning. I have used them for years. I would definitely continue to use them.

They were very polite and trustworthy. Their pricing was affordable and fair. I would use them again in the future.

My upstairs a/c unit was blowing air but it was not cool and the temperature was rising inside to 78 degrees quickly. I called Bradham Brothers. My phone call was immediately answered and told that a technician would be out today. Within 10 minutes I was called back and told that a technician was on his way. Within another 10, Lance was at my house. He showed me the problem almost immediately, and quoted me the price of the repairs. He actually invited me to watch him work on the unit outside as he showed me what he was doing and gave me some tips on keeping the air handler lines clear. My air was cooling before he left. Lance was professional, courteous, honest and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier.

HVAC Tommy went through the system and is helping me keep my old unit alive for another day. Do read Angies list and ask questions. The $30 coupon paid for the membership. Tommy stopped me from writing the check because I was so happy about the price and the news that I almost forgot about the coupon. Think about it, I was so happy with the work and the price that I forgot about the coupon. Bradham Bros. has the integrity that their rep wanted me to be as happy as possible. This is a rarity.

The job was begun at 8:30 am and they were done by about 4:00 in the afternoon. There were no surprises but they did call to ask my preference on one part of the design pertaining to the air filter. The unit works well and the installation looks very professional. Bradham Brothers did an excellent job throughout the quoting of the project and installation. am.There price was very competitive. I had gotten two other quotes. I think one contractor tried to low ball the job by quoting a smaller furnace. But, his quote was still not all that great when compared to that of Bradham Brothers. I can recommend the company without hesitation. Frankly, I've had mixed experiences with other contractors and it was such a pleasure dealing with a professional and honest company.

It went exactly as they stated it would. They told us when they would come and how the process would be conducted and everything happened just as they said it would. We are so happy with the new unit. It is much quieter and more efficient than our old unit. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.
