Wonderful experience. They came on the same day I called. They identified the failure, ordered the parts, came back the next day and fixed everything. They showed me it was still under warranty so there was no charge. What a great company to work with.

Went very well. Old unit was removed & replaced with new unit. They also replaced the return air vent downstairs. No issues, no problems.

I have used this provider for a couple years and they have never let me down. They came out in March for our semi annual servicing. The technician spent almost two hours here and did a very thorough job. We had a leak in our AC and freon was replaced.

I have used their services for years. They have been honest with me, and helped me keep my air conditioning limping along. In their words, "you can keep it running like this (getting Freon refills) until it gets too expensive to maintain, or until it dies." After 3 years, the downstairs furnace died, and the upstairs coil leak was getting pretty bad (filling it 2 times a year). So, they came out an gave me a quote. Their quote was priced well (not the cheapest, but not the most expensive by any means). But, what I really appreciated was the fact the rep was honest, and did not try to "up sale" me. We looked at the prices of the units, rate of return, rebates, and then talked about how long I was going to live in the house. Based upon these factors, the rep told me we could go with three options, but advised me to go with either of the lower two options. There was no pressure to chose. I had done my research, and I ended up choosing the middle option, which was still a great value. Because their install crew was backed up, they refilled my Freon for free, and told me to call them if I had any problems before the install (and they would come out and fix it). The install crew was professional, punctual, and took great care to put down tarps over my floors. One unit was replaced each day, over two consecutive days.

They are just great people to work with, everything they said they were going to do they did, I compared to other companies and there prices were good as well.

Randy is highly recommended for his professionalism and knowledge in advising us the options in replacing an old malfunctioning AC unit. It is rare to find a company and installation crews/service technicians that still take pride in their work. It is even more rare to find one that does this and makes a sincere effort to save the customer money. You will be hard pressed to find a company that does this bettter than Bradham Bros. Inc. Heating and Air Conditioning.

Bradham Brothers did a great job, from the quote all the way thru installation. I went thru a process of obtaining quotes, and ended up with 6 different estimates. Bradham Brothers had a great price, had good reviews on Angie's List, and also some good references from other people I know. I felt very comfortable giving them the work. As for the installation, they completed the work in two days, one day per system. The teams that came out to do the work were very capable, verified the quotes and installation locations before starting work. They took great care to make sure that they were covering the workplace areas inside the house to keep it clean. I was available during the install to answer questions, and they made sure to ask or inform me if anything was changing from the original plan. I did inspect all of the equipment before it was installed and one of the evaporator coils had quite a bit of fins bent, and they brought out another coil to replace it without any issues. The new system really hasn't been required since we did the install, but they will come out to verify everything is working properly once we can put a load on the system when it gets warmer. The new thermostat that was installed for the system with the humidifier is working great, and the humidifier now can run on its own with the fan to increase humidity in the house without requiring the heat to be running. The inspection by the Mecklenburg county inspector went without any issues. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Bradham Brothers to others. Update: It's a year and a half later and the new units are working great, our energy bills are noticeably reduced, and when one unit started making a clunking noise on shutdown this spring, it took one call and they had a service guy onsite the next day to fix the issue. I remain very impressed with Bradham Brothers.

Everything went smoothly. I did get a letter from them to their customers warning that the costs of Freon were going up and that we should avoid leaks in the system to avoid our bills going up. The office staff was able to check out my past receipts and told me that I had no reason to worry and it didn’t seem to be a problem for me. I have been using them for years. They aren’t cheap but I am very confident in them and they provide very good service. You get what you pay for.

For nearly nine years, I had used a different heating and air company. For the first five years, my unit was under warranty. Once the warranty expired, the company seemed always to find very expensive problems with the unit. Their business integrity, began to feel questionable to me. I felt they were overcharging, but could not prove it. Then, I joined Angie's List. While searching for a/c companies ,I chanced upon Bradham Brothers. I called to make an appointment. On the morning of my appointment, I realized that I had not received a reminder call, So, I called the company. A mistake had been made, and I was not on the appointment list. However, the person with whom I had spoken, made everything right. A technician was dispatched within an hour of my conversation. Now, that is a responsive company. When the technician, Tommy, came out, he did a thorough check of my system. He explained exactly what he would be doing step-by-step. There were no shocking discoveries about a problem with my system, as the previous company so often found. For the first time in almost nine years, I know (with certainty) I have found a company that will be honest with me, and will only make repairs that are necessary. I look forward to a long partnership with Bradham Brothers.

When the buyer of my condo in Charlotte had another HVAC company come out to inspect my HVAC system, the contractor indicated that I need a complete new system. I checked Angie's List and found Bradham Brothers who came out the next morning to check my system and then performed a service check that afternoon. A simple tune up and less than a one pound of Freon and the AC was as it should which made sense since the unit had been working fine and I knew of no problems until the other HVAC company claimed I needed a new unit. Thanks for the promptness and quality of Bradham Brothers. I can highly recommend their professional courteous and prompt service.

We called about 7:30 in the morning after we awoke to a cold house. Bradham Brothers had an time slot for us first thing in the morning. Lester arrived at about 8:45 am, had a unit working again and on his way by 9:30 am. Bradham Brothers have always been fair and honest.

We are very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them to others.

I contracted with Bradham Bros to replace my existing ductwork and gas furnace. They arrived on a Thursday morning and immediately got to work removing the old ductwork and furnace. These were in the crawl space under my house, so not the easiest working conditions. In about half the day, they had everything removed and proceeded to begin installing the new ductwork. At the end of that day, they removed all the old ductwork and furnace and cleaned up around the area. On Friday they returned, installed the new furnace and ductwork and had the job completed by the end of that day. All of the workers were friendly and hard working. The last guy who came, to actually start the furnace and make sure everything was working properly, explained everything to me and answered any questions. I have been very satisfied with this company and will use them again in the future.

Called to get an estimate and they were able to have someone there that afternoon. Salesman was informative and provided a fair quote compared to quotes from other companies. Installers arrived promptly when scheduled, were very professional, performed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up all debris. Techs provided instructions on the equipment and the new thermostat.

A no hassle appointment was made. They called and said tech could arrive earlier then scheduled if okay with me which was fine. The tech Charles came cleaned and serviced the unit. Based on his performance I signed up for a maintenance contract.

Existing heat pump was working, but inefficiently. Got quotes from four different companies including Bradham Brothers. Different SEERs and manufacturers of units made it difficult to compare one company's units with anothers and some SEERs were slighltly different. Went with Bradham because they engineered specific unit for upstairs size and promised to correct long standing cooling issues in some rooms. Unit was sized and air ducts fixed to correct long standing problem. All of this was discussed prior to installation. Went with Bradham because of customer service and high marks for Trane products. All people that came to this house during initial visit or installation were excellent workers, polite and considerate of inside of house. Will always call first for heating/cooling needs.

The heat service visit was scheduled for November 1, 2012. I scheduled the service for the time frame of noon to 3 pm. The service technician, Alan, called shortly after noon and said he would be here in about 15 minutes. He arrived as scheduled. They provide filters as needed. He proceeded to work on the heating system. I'm not sure exactly what he does, but according to the paperwork, they check the thermostat & vent pipe, oil the motor, check gas valve & gas pressures and check the heat exchanger and clean burner, if needed. It usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour. I had the air conditioning service on June 28. They check the refrigerant, oil the motor, clean coils and check the thermostat & drains. My heat & air conditioning have been running well since I have been getting the maintenance services. The technicians have been knowledgable and friendly. They have not tried to push extras that are not needed. Every year they send information and ask if I want to continue the service for the next year.

It was quick, good, and reasonable. They were extremely professional and courteous. It was an extensive job and well worth the money.

Very pleasant experience with Bradham brothers! Rodney came to my house personally for price consultation the same day after I called to schedule. Relatively good price compared with other companies. The installation went very smoothly although I have a pretty tight crawlspace. Everything works well so far after more than 6 months of usage. I would like to use this company again if I have any other Air/heating needs. Highly recommended.

Bradham Brothers did a great job replacing our old furnace and the old duct work and filter. They also repaired our crawl space door along with insulating an area around the air return. The job took almost three days total and they worked as efficiently as possible to eliminate our time without heat.

It was a friday my AC was gone and it was 95F. I attempted to contact a few places and no one was available until Monday. When I did get to speak with someone on Monday I was told my earliest appointment for a new AC unit would be in two weeks. I was told this a a couple of companies. I called Bradham Brothers and they arrived at my home in an hour. I explained what I needed and in 3 hours they informed me they would be able to install a unit the next day. Within 48 hours I had AC. My family was very happy.

Bradham got off to a good start by sending a follow-up email, explaining who would be coming out, when, and what to expect from him. The estimator showed up on time and checked out our vents. He then provided costs for a repair and a replace option, with a recommendation for the repair. The repair was scheduled and performed as expected. Everyone we dealt with, from office staff to extimators to installers, was very professional.

They came out right away. Made the repair and been fine. Very happy and would use them again.

Urgent repair - technician was on time, identified and repaired issue on the spot. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
